Luminess

I have 49 year old skin that has been well cared for over the last 10 plus years. I was hoping this would be a hydrating product but it settles in my very fine lines under the eyes as well as marionette lines. I used the primer and followed instructions but after several attempts perhaps the learning curve is too much? I regularly use a cc cream which looks glowing and blurs lines. I had very high hopes but this would be great on younger skin or someone with less balanced skin.

The make-up is not what they make it out to be I sent a cancelation email & i still have not heard back and that is upsetting because i don't want to be charged for something that dis not look good on my face at all not even a little bit. That makeup does not go on as it does in the video's with all the models i guess that's fake or to good to be true. I am not choosing any stars. It's not letting me submit withiout choosing any stars.

I canceled the order this foundation did not work properly with my face & skin it looked horrible. It's Nothing like the ad. I even bought the setting spray but never used it because the foundation did not go on my face well at all . I'm not choosing any stars my experience was not good at all. WELL I CAN'T SUBMIT WITHOUT CHOOSING ANY STARS. GO FIGURE

Called the number and they just repeated what the email said? Not helpful. I keep getting asked to update my review, and I will; it says it's coming, but we'll see. It's been a month. Even if it does come, the experience was still the worst and I won't recommend this to anyone or purchase again.

First of all, I'm 70 y/o. I was so excited to think that I was finally gonna get a foundation to cover most of my wrinkles. Didn't happen. I'm so disappointed and I've just wasted money once again believing an ad that I saw on my phone.

I will be returning products. The sprayer did not work as described and the amount of foundation needed to cover my face was far greater than advertised. Results were blotchy and disappointing.

I did the shade match and wow did it work 👏 I got the spray primer and spray foundation kit with the brush to blend and I am more than satisfied! You can add more product to make it a more fuller coverage if needed and it covers problem areas better than any other foundation I've ever used. THANK YOU LUMINESS!

Qick to answer and resolve issues

I have never worn make up but trying new things for an over 60 year old. I do have very sensitive skin and broke out around my checks and on my forehead in a fine rash. I do not plan to use the make up everyday, but want a little glamour with this top new makeup Luminess. So I am trying it longer.

The color I received does not match my skin tone. I will need another shade and need to return this one.

First off, the ordering process itself was a task as the site seemed to be having difficulties processing my order and it took several tries over multiple days before I was actualy successful in making my order and receiving confirmation of my purchase. Second, I was very excited and had a lot of anticipation around receiving the order as I could not wait to try it; unfortunately, I did not enjoy the product like I had hoped to. The machine is simple enough to use, though application is not as simple and seems very inconsistent. I also did not like the way that it felt on my skin. Third, I have been looking for something in the emails regarding how to go about returning the item, as I would like to do so BEFORE the 30 day trial expires, however, I have been unsuccessful so far in locating this information.

I just reached out today via chat and I have yet to receive a response; typically these chat options are pretty immediate with most websites, so I was pretty disappointed.

I'd like to send my order back. I feel the spray is dry. And my skin seems dry when using it

I like this version better than the spray on. Color match was exact. Mt other spray on was too dark and you use way more product to achieve look and it is more time consuming.

When co tasting them with my first oder, the spray on, to get the correct color match, was told that since my Husband bought on amazon, that someone else will contact me about correcting my color match. It's been 3 months with no response so I can't use other one until I get correct color, that's why I purchased the brush on now.

Ordered on 01/21/24 and as of today (02/09/24) it still hasn't shown up. I received an email last week saying it was delivered. I chatted with someone yesterday (02/08/24) and they said it had been out of stock when I ordered. No one bothered to tell me. She also said it shipped on 02/02/24 and yesterday the 8th, tracking said its in TX... I'm in NH. But I had received an email saying it had all ready been delivered... We'll see if it ever shows up. At this point if it shows up I'm planning to go ahead and send it back.

Called the phone line and it rang once then nothing. I started a chat that said there was a 7 minute wait... 25 minutes later someone came on.

I was hoping I'd love this and want to keep it instead of already knowing I'm going to return it from my 30 day free trial. They recommend that you replace the sprayer head every 3-4 months. I'm certain that wouldn't be a cheap purchase to replace. The foundation is lighter than my actual skin tone. You get two shades but they were both too light for me. We've had some warm days here and I guess I've got a bit more sun, than what I had when I put in the order. Aside from looking like a clown, it takes some practice to figure out the movement along with how much pressure you put on the sprayer.

1 button touch does not work., But 2 button does work. Everything is fine anyway.

Perfect. Everything arrived perfectly and in a timely manner. I love the way this product feels. I love that it's thin but very buildable for a full coverage. Look. I absolutely love the feeling throughout the day and that it does not feel heavy or greasy, but it does have a moisturizing feel. Wonderful products. I will be ordering a darker shade next time as I was a bit conservative with my shade this current purchase.

It is really hard to find a makeup online that matches your skin tone exactly because you cannot check in person. But luminess really made my skin so flawless and good coverage. I used a beauty blender which made the makeup so smooth and easy to apply and I was able to build up the coverage.

I just did not get the right shade match, it was way too light for my skin and did not make it look airbrushed.

Not any better than my drug store makeup or wherever I buy my face makeup. It leaves my face shining. I don't like that

The color was a little too orange for my skin tone. I don't feel like this makeup is anything special, however I do feel like it stays on pretty well.

The primer, foundation, and sealant combination truly make your face look flawless! Loving it so very much
