Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.

I have been using luminess products for quite awhile now - 3 or 4 years.
Since then I have pretty much thrown out all of my drugstore makeup.
I am light skin so I always order the 1,2, or 3 colors.
I ordered the 2 and the 3 this time and they are orange and a darker orange.
Only if I were an ompalula would these colors work
Now it is the holidays and I don't have time to play all of your product exchange games.
So again - very disappointed!

More than a year after buying and paying off the luminess unit, I wake up to find they charged me 39.99 for a monthly make up subscription that I never agreed to. Dont share your bank info with this company. I question they are broke and have to resort to stealing..

The make up feels good, but it is too dark for my skin

You claim I'll use less than normal foundation when I used half the bottle just testing it instead of 2 drops of normal foundation. Propylene glycol and other harmful chemicals are included in your ingredient list though you have a dermatologist claiming otherwise so I'm not happy.
Took WAY more than a few drops (3 times as much) didn't cover age and sun spots or dark under eyes as promised. For that kind of money, very disappointed. Color orangey all though I am willing to try another shade. Sally T.

Comes with a carrying case that's convenient for travel. The compressor and stylus are fairly simple to use. When applied correctly, it gives your skin a natural look. Luminess Air has provided a "how to" DVD that helps you learn the system. The makeup lasts all day.
Compressor only has on off switch in basic model. Wish it had variable speeds. Takes some practice getting the right amount out of stylus. Up closer gives, more precise application but at full pressure is too thick. Back farther gives thinner application but can get on hairline.
Everything was presented with class.The items were right.they were packaged very good.there were good instructions and suggestions.I enjoyed just reading about it before I used the products.makes me want to order more!

I truly love the try before you buy! That's wonderful! But it's not for me. Even though I have dry skin, the primer and foundation made my face too oily. And also didn't di much to my under eye wrinkles and some of my bigger pores. I even watch videos on YouTube to make sure I was doing it right I also received the spray and the squirt is horrible but overall this should work for hopefully anyone else just not me.
I saw the promotions on TV but I also saw one on Facebook that offered try before you buy.

Items are shipped almost immediately, super fast arrival, makeup stays on all day, product is what you see on the site. I will never ever put on makeup any other way, I've been ruined for old fashioned sponges, tissues, etc... when putting on my face. I strongly recommend everyone get this system.

Been using Luminess for approximately seven years. No idea what occurred yet my last two orders have not been correct. My gosh, just try to get a competent CSR on the phone. Ask for a supervisor and you will be placed on hold for hours and virtually disconnected. Emails go unanswered even when you email proof. Unable to understand the customer service representatives and then they become borderline belligerent. After hours upon hours of frustration, a nice CSR mailed my incomplete order. Unfortunately, it was mailed to incorrect address. The saga continues!

Very easy and user friendly to apply. Unfortunately I'm not happy with how much it bleeds even after blotting with a sponge. I won't be ordering it in the future. The shopping experience was fantastic.
Eveything is at your fingertips, making your shopping experience simple. I love you can try before you buy….I just wish you could swap out for a different shade. Mine is wrong and the 800 number won't get me to an agent.
I need to swap out the color as this one is orange and I was not able to reach a rep. I have been sick with Covid this week and thank you for reminding me I need to return this to not be charged. I’d love to try a different t color….this one I tried once, doesn’t match and it affects my sinuses….not so much hypoallergenic. I love the idea and the brush!! I love it.
