Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
The color matched great but looked like I had 10 layers on my face. Thinking I used too much I washed it off and tried again. This time only spraying 1 time quickly, again my face looked like I caked on 10 layers.
I called to get my money back, per the 30 day trial period and I was only a wk into that from the time I ordered. The lady was trying to make me keep the makeup and she wanted to keep my money. I told her numerous times, the makeup did not work for me and I wanted to send it back and get my money back. After 3 times of her trying to keep my money, I got mad and said that they advertise to try the product and if not happy, a full refund would be issued and I asked to speak to a manager 2 times, and finally the upset woman said fine, and I would get my money back within 3 days. Hoping she did in fact refund me. Not a good experience at all!
Horrible! Pushy woman who didn’t want to give me my money back and continued to try to get me to keep the makeup.

Blends in so well literally looks like my natural skin was super surprised that they were able to get my exact color. Love how light it feels and how it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry.
I'm returning my order as I never approved this. I was thinking of it but decided not to order the trial. Why did it show up anyway?

I emailed to return it and they just said to call and never got a response. Bad customer service if they can't even answer an email.

On nene 25, I requested to cancel my subscription. The representative said that it would be two days before I would receive my return label. This is day three & no evidence of a label in which I know it can be done within 24 hours or less. I want the subscription cancelled effective 06/25.

The coverage was good, I could put as many layers as I needed for coverage because it was lightweight. The color was just not a match to my skin tone.

Great. Except too many pop ups to buy more products. Shipping cost is high. Bought a product that was recommended but is too dark/orange. Hoping this next one is perfect

After receiving a color too light, I called customer service and I was sent the perfect color match for my concealer. I absolutely 💯 love it.

My experience with ordering was fine but the product is not for me. I find it difficult to apply and the coverage is not there.
The color didn't match perfectly like in the advertisement, it's a little bit yellow and I need to correct with powder, but it's easy to apply

The website set up, was easy to use. The shopping experience was simple and fast. I did receive the product quick and easy. As far as the product it came as pictured and sealed, I've had issues with the product/makeup not properly coming out of the machine. Its like its just sitting inside the funnel of the handheld and not dispersing when Im pushing forward the button.

From what I saw on the Facebook ad it really looked like it was coverage as nice as Derma Bland but it did not cover my leg veins or my body spots as well as I thought it would

The primer does nothing and the brush to apply it is mediocre at best. The foundation is a good color match but it gets everywhere when sprayed.
Good experience just not the product for me personally, but thank you for allowing me to try it anyways.
Foundation is natural looking and easy to apply, making me have to write 50 characters to make your review page happy is silly

I ordered a new air hose. Waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. When it didnt arrive, I called. Response was " oh that is out of stock and we don't know when we can ship it. We do have a pink hose if you don't mind the color." Why did you not tell me when I ordered, or at least email me when you discovered I ordered something out of stock instead of telling me it would arrive in 5 to 7 days.
The person informed me that the hose I ordered is out of stock and don't know when it will be back in stock. I would think Luminess would have discovered this earlier. Now I have to not use my machine for a month!!! Come on guys! When I ordered it, you said 5 to 7 days. Not a month and that is only because I called YOU!!!

This make up is amazing and now my new foundation. I don't know how to go to the site again, it just popped up on my news feed but found you on Amazon 😀. The make up doesn't even look like you're wearing make up and makes a non experience user look experienced. The one Facebook buy I'm happy that I bought. It's so light felt and blends in so well. I received my product but the cans were all bent up because of the poor packaging. When I spray the product on my brush it goes everywhere

I was expecting high, I did not expect from Luminess to have so low graded product does not do any color shading, it is not even good as other simple coloring product, brush is big, spray is not setting the color to my skin tone, it will fade instantly. Overall not a worth for me
