Luminess

Luminess is a great product! I saw an ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try! I was tired of my makeup not lasting through my long work days. Not to mention it took me a long time to get it just right. To get the look I desired, I ended up using too much and clogging my pores. But luminess is fast and easy all over coverage and it makes my face feel fresh! You don't have to use a lot either! I'm very happy with this product and it's anew permanent fixture in my makeup routine! I'm never going back!

Shipping took longer than expected. Spray primer doesn't seem to to anything at all. Foundation doesn't do much to cover uneven skin tone or spots/blemishes. Color isn't the greatest match but maybe in the winter it will.

Delivery was good. Product was amazing… for 4 days. I followed the manual's instructions regarding how to take care of the machine and clean it properly in between uses. It seems that the sprayer is clogged or something and now it's sporadic, when it decides to even work at all. Highly disappointed, to say the least.

Once I used Luminess for the first time I was overwhelmed with the smell of stale old lady perfume smell which thankfully went away after I had the foundation on for a little bit but it was very off putting at first. I followed the color matching quiz but it still doesn't match. Anywhere I have dry patches on my face, it emphasizes those spots which is very embarrassing. I appreciate that they do a free 14-day trial but I will be returning the product.

This product wasn't for me. I have hormonal acne after stopping the pill and I need something that will give me the coverage until my issue is gone. I normally don't wear makeup because my skin is so sensitive, so I thought this would do well with my skin. It was light, but sticky, and not enough coverage, even after putting 2 layers on. You could still see the blemishes on my face and it actually made it more apparent. And it didn't do anything for my fine lines around my mouth and eyes.

Customer service was excellent! I called in to let them know that I didn't like my trial and to cancel and I had no issues.

Love how it feels on my face BUT the color was totally wrong, to lite n had an orange tint. Used 1 time just had no time to send back or call. I need a darker color mine was #40 to light. Disappointed I can't use it and to late to send back.

Bought this after seeing TV ad offering the product for $27 including free shipping. Product arrived with note saying the fee was $39.99, and continued monthly payments of $39.99 plus $4.95 shipping. Since they were not up front about this when I first signed on, I returned the product immediately. Did not want to be dealing with a company that I could not trust.

I know how to airbrush so its not my technique. Its just not like in the commercial they say 3 or 4 drops will do it. Not even so and the package was missing 3 items that were out of stock. How can we get a fair free trial with out all the products? I will be sending mine back b4 the 30 days.

I have sent a chat the day I received my compressor system, and have not heard back yet...it's been over a week. The plastic stylists hold was broken off in the packaging. Not a great design at all. I need a replacement or upgrade at the black Friday price and a free shipping label.

My husband purchased Luminess Breeze for me as an anniversary present. I Received my Luminess this past week and ready to use it! I do have a scheduled appointment on Monday for the "beginner" so I can get this ball rolling.

My husband said shopping on the website was smooth. He was able to find the shades closest to my complexion even though I haven't worn foundation in over 25 years.
Im excited to see what it does!

This company is a scam. Nothing but. I ordered this product as a gift for my wife. Upon arrival 10 days later Luminess Air charged my credit card an additional $69.95 and another $79.95 for "future products". My wife and I realized that this was an unethical company and requested a return. The return policy seems to be non-existent and costly. Customers are required to pay for the return shipping; include your "Return Authorization Number" on the exterior of the box; call them back to confirm they received it and then they still would not credit my initial payment nor the the other two charges. Stay as far away as you can from this company as they are not billed as advertised. As a litigator, I would sue this company in a minute under a class action. But I'll wait another week to see if they want to challenge me on my return and refund all of my money back to my credit card.

Love this foundation! Excellent coverage and silky smooth feel. Doesn't even feel like you're wearing it! Will definitely buy again. You can go ahead and bill me because I'm definitely not returning it!

This system is awesome! It does take some getting used to, but if you practice for a few days, you'll fall in love with it! The customer service department is great and will help you with any issues you may have.

I'm not at all impressed with the quality of the makeup. For the price of this product, I would expect that it would provide great coverage without looking cakey, but that's not at all what I expericed with this product. I am pretty disappointed in my purchase and it's a real let down because I truly had so much faith in this being a great quality product.

I ordered a color that was too light so I ordered a new one

Better photos would be helpful. Since this is my first time ordering, I wanted to try to match my undertones, but it's hard to tell with the current photos. I don't know if I should though lighter or darker because I've never use the product. We'll see!

First of all...your product is good. I'll gladly admit that.
My order took 3+ weeks to ship and no one told me til I called to cancel it because I thought it was a scam. The guy on the phone told me they cancelled it and took my card off.
HE LIED. I got the order I placed a month ago the other day, so not only did he not cancel it, but there was no return label or anything so I'll probably get charged the full price now... If that happens... I'll be filing an affidavit to get my money back.

Great experience! I have see your ads on TV many times and decided to give this Makeup Application a try. I suffer from a Serious Tremor Disorder and because of this it has made this type of Application difficult for me.
