Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
My skin is starting to age and lines were becoming an issue as other foundations began settling in the creases. I am 72 so yes I expected wrinkles but I do not want to draw attention to them. The light application of diffused product minimizes the look at wrinkles and feels much better on my skin. Thank you for making a product that the average woman on the street can use at a price that is affordable.
My skin looks less cake like! Feels smooth and my fine lines are not filled with product at the end of the day.
So they automatically opt in to additional charge when you buy products and I didn't realize that. I claimed then customer service rep accused me because I didn't read carefully the instructions (very tricky)
Customer service rep was arrogant never apologized for inconvenience instead did not really listen when I talked! I made a claim and I got reply from "her" Or the company protected the customer rep and didn't say anything to me it's really funny! Keep that attitude and you won't survive!
By the way product is not worth buying...

For someone with rosacea and sensitive skin, I'm always nervous trying new foundations. I purchased the primer, foundation, and setting spray and I love it. It's buildable and stays on all day. Covers everything I need it to. I'm curious how long it will last though. If I can get a month out of one bottle, I'll purchase again!

The package cake damaged and there was a liquid item spilled all over the other items. Also I was completely unaware I would be charged more payments as the info commercial stated the price and what I would receive. It wasnt until I got my invoice that I was informed in small writing the details of further charges. Very misleading so I plan to cancel.
It's ok. Honestly its more work than it's worth…and a high price for how not simple it is.
Maybe I'm the problem but my daughter and I tired and tried and we always ended up blending it in with a sponge or brush anyway. So really it's an unnecessary hassle.

It's not anything like the videos show. It's not a clear match as shown, even after mixing multiple colors. It does not go on that smooth and it takes a LOT of makeup just to cover one small area. Overall not impressed at all.

I've been looking for a new foundation or skin tint that won't settle in my lines, etc. I had high hopes for this but it just didn't work like I'd hoped. It may be great for others but it's a hard pass for me.
In search of the right product for my skin
I love the product but encourage people to watch the instructional videos available! I will keep practicing, but my first try was much better than traditional foundation! I'm 56 and my skin loves this new way of doing my makeup!
I like the tool, it’s affordable, breaking the payments apart make it real easy to do something for yourself that women seem to never do enough of!

Shipped when it said it would and arrived on time. Feels extremely lightweight and color matched perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was when I opened the package it has a strong smell of paint thinner and I didn't know butane was used in makeup…apparently it's common since it's a spray foundation and primer. Never knew that lol. Anyways, I think I'm going to keep it and possibly order again in the future

My order came as expected, no issues there. I am disappointed in the results after applying the makeup. I think I must stop trying new products as I am simply too old to have any beneficial results. My lines and wrinkles are too imbedded to benefit from these products.

It would be nice to see Warm/Neutral/Cool in the color selections. I chose what I thought was the best color,I looked like a yellow zombie. Shade 030. It showed any flaw on my face that wasn't completely smooth (acne, post acne healing). Tried different application approaches including how I prepped my skin, same result.

The on-line website is fine.
However, when a customer requested a 2 day shipping for work - you could have costed me my job - as an Independent Contractor, you have to be reliable.
Also, the constant messages to buy more products becomes an insult to a Professional
Who relies on efficiency and time is of the essence.
The person was professional, cordial and said that I was not charged for the extra shipping cost - but they can only say what they are told.
