Luminess

I have only been using it a few days so I haven't made a decision on if it's better then my other foundation but I do like that it isn't caked on it feels light. I don't like a lot of foundation and this seems to be the right amount.

I haven't had a chance to try it out. I ordered the small shaver and the papers said it has an extra blade. I have no extra blade. Will call customer service tomorrow. It also said the professional air brush would be $10 more. $29.? In place of the $19.?. I didn't see anything that said $10 on the next 3 payments also. Sort of upset to see my card was charged over $67 dollars..

For years I have used and loved Silk 4-in-1 foundation in Shade 2. When I went to order more foundation, I discovered that the names of the shade colors had changed from one to three digit numbers. Because I had been using Shade 2, I ordered Shade 020 to replenish my diminishing supply. Unfortunately, Shade 020 is much, much lighter than Shade 2 and makes me look like a ghost. It was a costly mistake as the Luminess website states that "opened cosmetic products are non-refundable". As a common courtesy to its clients, the company's website should include a comparison chart showing the old and new naming convention.

Saw an Ad on IG and bought it thinking it would be better than the TikTok makeup. I was hopeful and the coverage is minimal if you don't want to build up coverage. Then it actually clogged my pores and caused me to break out so I eventually cancelled during the trial period. It has potential but I'm not up for trying various products when I'm more into an all natural look at 39.

She could have done better instead of just canceling. She didn’t care as to why I wanted to cancel she just said ok and did it. She could have saved me as a customer if she had put in the effort and offered more products to achieve the look I like.

This was much easier than I anticipated. I love the color match system they use to get you the right color foundation for your complexion. I have struggled with this all my adult life. But Luminess helped me to finally get it right!

I received my order quickly! I Love the smooth look of Luminess makeup. The air brush look is flawless. I'm 60 yrs old and it's the best makeup I have ever used. Matches great and it's light not cakey.

I've received the 30-Day Trial for Breeze 2. The Foundation shades were way too dark for me. During the ordering process, it did not ask any questions about appropriate shade for my skin. I am disappointed that I have to contact them to get a better shade which is "free" except that I have to pay for shipping (about $3). Now I will wait for 3-5 business days.

It was very easy to apply and didn't feel caked or heavy on my face

Nice product however the shade was slightly off and made my face break out after a few uses

I hope it is better than the razor (quality lacking) but have not tried it yet. Plus, I got stuck with a $45.00 delivery fee on top of what I paid. So far the actual product has not lived up to the hype.

I never thought that this could match and cover so flawlessly on my skin. Being over 50, finding something that works, and doesn't settle and isn't cakey is hard. This product is amazing. I've tried cheap to expensive.

Relief first I was disappointed then I didn't want to give up. So I'm glad I didn't give up. I still got others things to figure out but I least I got my foundation thank you for understanding

I have agressive vitiligo...I went from very olive complexion to completely turning white including my eyelashes and one eyebrow...I have always had dry skin, vitiligo made it drier and now I have entered menopause? It's at its driest.I loved the color! It matched perfectly.the idea of spraying on the brush? I didn't like at all because you lose product.loved the brush...for my skim? After 15 minutes my skin started to itch and I had to take off completely...It made my skin look drier.
It isn't the formula for my skin...my sister loved it and she is naturally very light...I would not recommend it to anyone with dry skin or sensitive skin

I purchased the airbrush unit and it was so complex I decided not to try it I called for a shipping return label and was told that I would have to print it and take it to the post office I'm wheelchair-bound I have to find an Uber that is compatible for me in the first place go to a printing place get out of the car go and have a return label printed get back in the car go to the Post Office get out of the car give it to the postal people get back in the car and come back home by that time I'm mentally and physically exhausted as it has been an arduous Journey for me and we'll have to take a 3-hour nap the option of even mailing me a shipping label was not feasible and a timeline was given in which to return it if I wanted my refund otherwise I was threatened with having to pay for the rest of the payments for the device and monthly Foundation obviously they're not well versed in the American Disabilities Act and will make no Provisions for people with disabilities but have no problem sucking your money out of your account so in a nutshell I'll have to pay damn near half of the original down payment just to give it back never again and the sad part was I was going to order the regular makeup brush with the primer and the foundation but I'm so disgusted at this point I don't even want to chance it

I used the liquids for smooth my skin from blemishes but applying the foundation.

This is the first makeup I've found that doesn't burn or itch my skin and it looks great! I just wish there was videos on how and when to use all the other stuff that comes with the kit. Makes my skin look and feel healthy!

Too much pushing for other products, but otherwise okay. I was out of town so I couldn't try it yet, but I will be trying it tomorrow. I'm charging it today. So I will update this after I've given it a shot!

So far, I liked my purchase experience. I had no problems with my delivery. My birthday is on Christmas day so I'm waiting until then to try it. I'm in a wheelchair now, it's been a little over a year & it's so hard to do things now. I'm hoping & praying Luminess helps. I'll definitely be sure to leave another review when I do. I can not WAiT to try it!

If you want your customers to use your products, you should also include a first time sampling.Primer, foundation, blush and contour.Aftert three passes of foundation it still did not cover very light age spots.
Does not save time as you have to also clean it out after use.

My experience phoning was very good. I am hard of hearing, and I appreciated someone that talked clearly, and slowly are usually run into people that have a habit of talking quite quickly and have an underlying accent, which is awful. If you’re hard of hearing you can’t make out what people are saying, they were very helpful. Thank you.

Luminess air is something Ive never had. A product that does & is exactly what the commercial says & more. I recommend all people who wear makeup to try Luminess. You wont go wrong & you will never buy anything else. Its the best yet. Thank you for such an amazing product!

This foundation exceeded my expectations! I finally found the perfect foundation! It's so lightweight, gives an airbrushed look and literally stays on all day. I pur hated the primer, brush, foundation kit. The color is spot on. I couldn't be happier. I'm tracking how many applications I get so I can subscribe and never run out. Try it. What do you have to lose?

They tell you it replaces moisturizer, concealer and foundation. Their own instructions tell you to apply moisturizer and concealer. After 3 try's and 18 drops of makeup it still did not provide good coverage. When I tried to return, they argued w me, did not address problem, interrupted, tried to sell me products to fix problem. After 27 minutes, he angrily said I will start return process, went offline. Came back in 5 minutes and said are you still there? When I said yes, he disconnected. And btw, no protection for my card. Once the have it they can keep charging it no matter what you say to the bank. Had to cancel my card and get a new one.

I ordered the luminess 30 day trial airbrush system and got the order very quick but the airbrush don't work and I upgraded to the better airbrush which didn't even have no power. So I call customer service and ask the girl what is the return process she got so nasty with me, lately there is no customer service any more... where is the saying customers always right... I work for emergency service if I talk to these people with the attitude they gave me they would not like it... anyway back to topic. She then stated she will send a replacement and it's been 10 days and no replacement yet... so I call back to say forget just give me instructions how to return and they tell me I can't return the items until replacement comes in regular mail. But had no problem taking my money and sending me something that doesn't work express in the beginning
