Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
So far I'm still learning how to use it, I love the way it feels. I didn't put enough drops in the cup. I think once I practice a few times I will get the right amount of coverage.
The DVD really helped a lot. Can't wait to do my eye brows, I didn't know that was going to be part of it, looks like fun. What a neat way to put on your makeup.
Haven't quite got the hang of it yet. The shades sent were too dark for me so waiting for lighter shades to arrive. Having a hard time getting it around my eye area without feeling like i am spraying it in my eyes. Will give it a little more time after the correct shade of makeup arrives before I make a decision.
I thought that I would try this product while the price was right. My skin is very dry. When it didn't arrive by this weekend, I began to worry. I called Monday & spoke to Handel who helped me figure out that it was delivered & I should probably check with the apt. Office. It was actually in our mailbox & my husband informed me that HE forgot to pick up the mail Saturday! Whoops!

I thought a different technique might work better for older women…
I was a little confused at the ordering process - mostly which product to try as I'd only seen the make-up via the spray wand. I actually ordered the kit w/ the brush which is a great product/alternative. Makeup color is a bit off but I'll be exchanging for the correct tone.

I love spray makeup. I've ordered this before from your company and like it the first time. I did get a little darker color this time. My last order was a slight to light but it was wearable. Thank you for your great customer service and product.

It's a nice system, but will be sending it back. Between the base, extra coverage, color, blush and sheen, it takes me just as long as my old system. I tried it every day for 6 days and am just not thrilled.
I have tried many foundations - I don't wear makeup a lot and have great skin. But this stuff is perfect!

Other than a little prolonged shipping time, my experience with Luminess was flawless, just like their product! Ordering was seamless and I love that they offer a 14-day trial for $5 so I could try their product without the commitment! But it was so great, I committed anyway!

The product itself is very nice but it just didn't seem to be any better than what I already use but I'm sure it works wonderfully for some folks. So, it was still during my trial 14 day period, I called to get return instructions and was astonished when they said I could keep it and I wouldn't be charged for it. What a great surprise! Very refreshing to deal with such great customer service.

You only really get 3 weeks and the product doesn't do what it's Claiming nor shows. The foundation is cakey not air brushed. Finished look is terrible and can't do whole face without it getting in your eyes and it's really cakey in the eyes. Not enough product for 30 days regardless. The extras I bought were so ugly. I want refund and send it back

The website never works for me and i don't get my points and discounts i always have to use amazon pay because it won't accept other forms of payments last couple of times i ordered i got wrong product and make up dried up quickly
Becuase i thought the travel version would be easy but it’s hard to clean any of the machhines
Do not like it. Want to return it. Makes the bags under my eyes more pronounced, not as quick and easy as advertised. They sent me two different shades of foundation and when I put some on my hand they were both the same shade.
Asked for more information on how to apply the products, the booklet is sadly lacking on step by step instructions.

I was unsure at first but I thought what the heck I've tried just about everything out there and to my surprise this product was amazing. I absolutely love it. It's light yet covers it's not cakey and I've gotten so many complaints on. If u haven't tried this u might want to it's amazing

I tried it once and it looked nice, but it made my face look very dry. It also didn't cover my darker areas on my cheek. I'm going to try it again and I may need a darker version. It does take a lot of work with the cleaning, however I think that should improve tremendously when I'm not having to read the instructions along with every step.
My husband saw a commercial and thought I might like it.

Ordering was fairly easy. When i got the package there was a large rip on the bottom of the box. I'm not sure what was in the box but I did receive the Luminess and a few bottles. I assumed it was all there.

Selecting items was easy, you need to be careful you are not signing up for repeat deliveries.
You never get an email saying your order has been shipped. You always have to call for status and shipping information.
He checked on status of my order and gave me the tracking number.
I like their products, however my machine broke cannot use my air makeup anymore

When I used the setting spray it flaked like I had a coating of hairspray on my face and looked terrible. I had to wipe my face off and start over with my normal makeup. Not a fan at all. I've tried to contact customer service via chat twice and have gotten nowhere with the return.
Tried the chat twice, to return my items, I was stuck waiting both times to no avail. Chose option to receive email correspondence days ago and have yet to hear anything back.

First off the color base spray foundation is too light and did not match my skin color. The amount of foundation in a spray can did nor provide full coverage. Unless if you're looking for a more natural look this is for you. You probably get a couple of weeks foundation use from a small can. I'll probably stick to my liquid or cream base foundation. Worth a try, but it's not for me.

I know the color I have is not right, but changing the color will help with the issue I have. I have watched several videos on how to apply and no matter what I try it's not even and smooth. I am very disappointed, I was really hoping this would be the 1 that I loved.

Having my free trial right now and am in love. I wore it to work a very long and hot day and finally get to slow down this evening to do my usual touch up, thinking I'm probably a mess by now and was so surprised when I saw I'm still looking pretty fresh! My eye makeup is a different story but my base hadn't creased, sweated off or faded. Still looked great

I've only used 2ce so far but I simply love it! Makes my skin feel very smooth yet it's so lightweight! Covers my dark spots and red patches amazing. Also my face doesn't get near as shiny as it did with other product brands. You've got a customer for life!

Unfortunately, this product was not a good fit for me. Choosing a color online and then receiving the color was not a good experience. I received a tan color that definitely was not my color. If I can attach a photo to this review, I will. But it was not a good fit at all. I am going to look into how to return this product. But thank you very much for allowing me too try your product.
