I would've preferred the airbrush make up for my airbrush machine and some thing more sensitive to my skin I'm trying to send it back for something different. But find it had to do with my busy schedule

Placed my order 12/12/17 but did not receive until 1/3/18. I tried the product, followed all directions carefully, 2x and was not happy. Results were not as I expected. Results were no better than the makeup I already use but it was more time consuming. I will be returning. I am also disappointed that the company does not provide their customer service number in more obvious areas of their documents.

The brush feels so soft when applying the foundation to my face. The foundation doesn't feel heavy and hasn't clogged my pores like other foundations have. I'm 54 so I was looking for a medium coverage foundation that looks flawless. I'm so glad I ordered Luminess.

Already using my Luminess! I used to airbrush ceramics, so it only took me one try to get the knack. I love the results! Can you make some brown and ash blonde colors so I can airbrush my roots between hair coloring appointments? Templates for eyebrows would be good too. Thanks!

Finding what I was looking for was easy and checkout was simple.
The only con was the fact that in order to get the "perfect" shades of base and concealer you really need to know that before ordering.
Still a good experience shopping from Luminess.

Airbrush makeup thought it would be a new experience so I paid for the trial. When mail showed up it was a spray on primer and a spray on airbrush makeup. It came in a spray can that u spray onto a foundation brush. There was no airbrush machine as advertised. When I called they said I chose the wrong trial yet I didn't see anywhere on the website where it had more than 1 trial not did they elaborate on the correct item I wanted. So at this present moment I personally wouldn't recommend. Either that or just make sure you know what your purchasing I guess double check the website

I paid for my order in full and on my statement it did not say that, included the information about the trial period. Very miss leading. Your system needs to generate two different purchase orders. One for paid in full and one for trial period. Even though, I have proof of payment and I am nervous, I'll be charged again because of the language on the enclosed purchase order.

Keeps getting higher price as you go. I am going to at least try this product. Tried the product, I did not care for the texture feeling on my face. Returning the product seems impossible. Still working on that.

I have received all emails from Luminess, except the one for the return code.

Originally the colors I chose didn't work(30&40) I needed the (10& 20) they were great in replacing them one time only with no additional cost to me. I thought how wonderful and what nice customer service. Unfortunately they kept sending the wrong colors. (the original colors I chose)for replenish, I called canceled my replenish( so I thought). I was sent another replenish and the wrong color again. I went online deleted my method of payment. No that didn't work I was sent yet another replenish of the 30&40 bottles called customer service, found out you can't stop anything online with their website. You have to call customer service. I told them don't charge me another dime. I will eat the 120 dollars worth of the wrong foundation. I did call and cancel my current credit card numbers for a new card. They don't listen and keep you in a loop of charges.

Once you give them your credit card number, you cannot cancel the automatic deliveries. I tried and they are charging me every month. Now they don't even delivery. Probably I have to cancel my credit car. They steal your money without shame.

I am highly satisfied with the equipment, but not the tanning product. It requires me to do too many layers to achieve any color, and that is very time consuming. The color I did achieve barely lasted a little over a day.

Right after the receiving my order I threw the package in my luggage and went out of town. It was a breeze to apply to my cleansed face and turned out perfectly. The only issue I have is the color is too light. I went to call but there is no service on cellphones where I am staying so I have to wait to call them.

I actually did not get through because of my location. I expect to correct that issue tomorrow.

My new ultimate favorite foundation… it is so light feels like u don't even have it on … and it stays on all day. And the coverage is amazing. It matches my skin tone better than anything I've ever tried. I'm in love..

I am very disappointed in Luminessair w/ silk. Not at all what is advertised or stated in the tutorials and demonstrations, I found the product accentuates fine lines and wrinkles and dries cakey. All products were not received, and the products that were sent are not the correct colors, too red/orange, too dark. It takes way more than the recommended 4 to 6 drops per application. Not easy to use.
I will be sending this back.

Am I the only one that gets orange hair from this product? I ordered the light brown color and the dark blond. I tried the lt brown first it separates to orange and brown. After shaking shaking and shaking the product. As I spray it in my gray hair it's orange looking! It's
Brown going in the breeze but before I can get my hair sprayed it's orange I even started shaking the breeze hoping the color would stayed combined. As I get to the end of bottle I'm thinking it's old stock as there is a clump of brown color that won't liquify? Now I'm using the dark blond and it's orange looking also. Seriously what the heck? Any suggestions………

I think learning how to use the makeup with take some time. I did find the color selection is a bit on the red side and will request a change. I'm feeling the face seems a little itchy but will give it a week before I decide if I want to send it back or keep it.

I had been using luminess for years and decided to switch back to traditional foundation and using a blender. I just couldnt find anything i liked better or easier than the luminess spray. I had alot left since i had set my preferences to be delivered every 3 months. Recently i noticed the new breeze airbrush. I ordered and absolutely love it, although you do have to use more drops than the original air brush its so much easier to control and sprays more evenly! I give the breeze air brush a 5 star review! Ive set my preferences for every 3 months again so we'll see how it goes…

Never thought I would enjoy wearing makeup again. I had completely stopped wearing any type of foundation because it just did not do what I wanted it to do. I gave up! I have been given so many compliments in just a few days. Can't wait to get the product to get rid of the small lines

I was on the fence about buying a LUMINESS airbrush system & I finally got one. The first time I used it, I was blown away by the way I looked. People complimented me but didn't know why I looked so good!

I received my system but the color was too dark. Per the ad, I called for my free replacement and after 3 tries still could not get through to a live person. I was asked to give my name and number for a call back but never got one. I still have yet to speak to anyone and am assuming by the time I get the replacement color and actually get to use the system - my 30 day trial period will be up so I will be stuck with it whether I like it or not. I am thinking this is the way they make their money.

I just received this my 1st time using it and I loved it very easy to use my makeup looked great the cleanup was so much easier than brushes & even applying was so quick & easy im going to keep trying to see if it will be my new go-to so far I'm thinking it will be but let's give it some time this is only day 1

One, it takes more than four drops drops to get the job done right. That's ok, however i see that you will need more product then stated. I don't like being under contract. The price is high. I do like the system its just noy for me.

The Breeze keeps clogging & is difficult to clear even with the Tip Top solution. I use the solution after every different color within the same application process. I believe it to be the final seal since that product is almost sticky. I spent too much money on this not to use the Breeze, but I am NOT satisfied at all.
