It's a great product I just wish I didn't sweat so bad and I thought it kind of helped with that but it doesn't with me unfortunately it's a good product though

The company has been awesome, but I'm not loving the makeup. The smell bothers me and it doesn't seem like my skin really likes it.

I reached out about returning the product and haven’t heard back yet

I was thrilled to receive my system and excited to get started. I watched the DVD and found most of it very helpful. Although I ordered the upgraded system and found no real instructions as to using the different speeds and they do. Also dvd instructions cover more steps than what came in my Silk starter kit. I found it easy enough to adapt to what I did have and am on day 2 of the 7 day challenge. It looks great on the larger areas of my face however I am not finding it easy to apply around eye area and the simplicity shown on DVD of site application has not been my experience yet. The make up color match is excellent and is much lighter feeling than normal make up. So far I am quite please with my purchase.

This is very light coverage. The color match is good. For me, overall, it's just ok.

I'm very disappointed in the product. It doesn't work with a darn. You have to refill the sprayer a million times just to get one small area covered. I'm not happy with the product at all. And want to cancel my future orders.

The first day I used it I thought ok this is nice but every day day after that wasn't so good. It didn't cover everything like I was as hoping and I feel like you waste more than you use by spraying it on the brush. Not for me.

After looking at the detailed DVD and reading thru the instruction leaflet, I tried doing it myself and was pleasantly surprised. It was almost easy to use. AND it was fun. It felt so light and smoothe going on my face and it looked very natural... but with no blemishes or redness that I normally have. I then used the eyeshadow, lipstick and mascara that came later. Eyeshadow was great, mascara was nice, but lipstick was a little dry. I did look better than I have in years (probably because I haven't worn make up in years) and I was pleased with the outcome. However, I had a terrible cold and within an hour most of my make-up had been wiped off because of sneezIng, coughing, and runny eyes. I have already recommended it to all the women in my family... There are 26 of us and I am looking forward to using this when I go anywhere. Finally, a product that I can recommend.

Finally got the bottles open. That wrapping is tough for an older woman. The 50 is still too light and 5-6 drops seem to empty before I get off one cheek. This morning it would not drop out of the bottle. I took the tip off to rinse it out And when I put it back on and tried to drop the liquid it popped off and poured on my dressing table.

Product took 10 day to receive after shipping notification. I paid shipping cost to get 14 day trial of product. Received product on 8/22/23. Full price of product was billed to me on 8/23/23. So much for try before you buy. Not a happy customer.

I love the foundation extremely light but does the job. I don't usually wear a lot of makeup and I don't like the cakey feeling, but this foundation is awesome and great for everyday use.

I have very complicated skin. It is super sensitive. And regular make up makes my skin so dry. Luminess is perfect. Easy to apply and very hydrating. The color match really had me worried but once I tried it it was perfect.

Leave your skin still looking fresh but flawless. This even looks good around my eyes. I feel like I do t need my concealer now. I may need a darker shade, but overall I would keep using this for sure!

There is a learning curve to using this product. It's to soon to say how I feel about it. I will say, that I did find it easy to get a good color match for my skin tone with the two foundations by mixing them. It's going to take time to master the eye shadow, blush, highlighter and bronzer.

I was so worried of making a mess on my clothing, eyebrows and hair. I wear glasses so I was also afraid of applying it on my face and not know where I am applying it without my glasses. But you can feel the cool mist on your skin, so you know exactly where the makeup is being applied. It works wonderful! L love how pretty my skin looks after applying. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

I have rosacea and dry skin so it's difficult to find a good foundation. Luminess felt light and didn't streak like some others I've tried. I wouldn't say it was flawless, but I'm sure on normal skin it would be!

It doesn, t work. You charged me a outrageous handling fee of 26% of the order. I tried to cancel recurring payments but your rep said the system wouldn, t allow it. Customers beware your getting ripped off

I received my Luminess is a timely matter. I found it was a little different to use. I followed the instructions, but I found that using the 6-8 drops was not enough to cover, (maybe it's just the way I was holding the button.), and my skin did feel very sticky at first.I'm not too sure if I like this, but I will give it another try.

One of the skincare products was leaking and the bottle had nothing left. The inside of the box was wet.
Today, for the first time, I tried to use it. But the Breeze power button does not work as it says. There is no way to set up for the 1-Speed. It automatically goes to 2- Speed no matter what I do. Maybe because the air blow is too strong, the 8-roppes was gone very quickly and I needed to put another 8-droppes x 10 times just to cover my face once. This product is defective and need to be replaced.

Nervous signing onto an "auto delivery" plan that I might not be able to cancel easily if not satisfied. I just received the products though & am excited to try! I wish for the price you end up paying overall that the products weren't "travel or sample" sized.

The shipping experience was great. I did the try before you buy. Love the foundation. Only negative is until you learn the spraying distance needed, you can make a bit of a mess. Aside from that, it's a great product with great coverage.

Not good. Was told I would receive the pack within 3 to 5 business days. I did not receive until 11 days. I was out on medical leave and wanted to try the makeup for an event I was going to. Well that did not happen. I thought the airbrush wand would come with. Did not. Everything you have to pay for individually. Did not even receive a charger to power up. I did contact Customer service

First it was delivered late and they wanted a review before I ever received item then I took the color match quiz and was sent a color that made me look like Donald trump then u can't even ask for a return online u have to call them and get a number then print out your own label and write the number on the package no wonder they suck you in with a try before u buy they probably assume you won't go through all that so they can keep your money no thank you

I have not used the foundation, but I have purchased a small eye shadow compact and the lip compact. There's just something elegant about having a lip compact instead of a lipstick! The colors are pretty neutral so that any skin tone could wear them.
