Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
I had the first model with the stylus that a absolutely loved, but I found it difficult to use everyday and it was a little inconvenient for traveling.
I purchased the hand held model and it's perfect. I use it for skincare and my makeup routines daily. I can pack it in make bag and bring it with me everywhere.
It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my older sister. I had it shipped to my younger sister (where we were to gather) because I didn't think it would arrive in time for me to take it with me for the holiday visit. I hoped the three of us could unwrap it and experiment together. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive at my younger sister's house until after we left. My younger sister will hold on to it and we will try again in June when we see each other again.
This airbrush foundation is amazing. I put it on and it looks like it's my natural skin. I love it! Buying more!

I took the test and a particular tone was suggested and I did not believe that would match so I order another tone in addition to the one suggested. When I received them both the suggested by Luminess was perfect! I'm sold.

Yes I would have preferred to know the monthly amounts and how many months and the total cost. I think there a individual that think they are getting it for the introductory price but don't realize the actual cost. It worth every penny.
Due to an error on my part 2 were ordered. I spoke to customer service which were happy to help me and email me a return slip with no postage necessary. I found that to be very thoughtful since I made the mistakes.
I purchase a model five years ago the stylist need to be replaced. The I saw the new cordless Breeze. I decided to try it since the older one worked so wonderful until the stylist die.

This product is so much more amazing than I could have ever imagined. I have tried several other "top of the line" foundations and the second I put this product on the others went right into the trash!

After I retired, I didn't use make-up like I routinely do daily. It was not my top priorty. I was satisfied with a bareface look. However, when I tried the Luminess trial package, I looked a little bit better & younger. It made putting make-up easier and spend less time compared to my previous make up routine.

Sorry, but I received just three of the five items that the packing list says were sent. (There were also two other items on back order.) I left a message yesterday for a callback. I did not open any of the items that I received because I am leaving town in a few days and so I want to return them and cancel the rest of the order before I go.
I do like this product, but I am still getting used to using something different. I like that it's light and not heavy on my face. I do think my shade is a tad to light, but I can definitely still work with this shade.

I tried to order at least twice before at different times and the website would not allow me to complete the purchase. I was relieved that I was finally able to get through this time and received my order promptly.

The website so far easy and customer service responded quickly
My order was delayed and contacted them. They responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue. They emailed me with updates from my order as well.

Don't wish to order anymore and I don't wish to have the trial any longer. The sprayer stopped working on the primer the second time I used it. I'm not impressed with the coverage nor how it blends into my skin. Thank you

I received my first shipment only to discover that the starter package did not include the moisturizing foundation that was to be applied prior to applying the make up. I had to order that item separately. There was also no instruction booklet or DVD in my package showing how to use the product. I am still waiting for the missing items. When you advertise the product on television there was no indication that there was a necessity for the moisturizing item. At this point, I am still not able to complete my trial to determine if I would like the product or not. I probably will not continue use of the product unless I can actually try it out and see results.
Save your money. Tiny make up bottles that cost $70 to refill. Do not do it. Do not upgrade. Do not waste your time. You may get refunded if you return with in the 30 days since they mail it out but dont trust that either. It will cost you an additional $12 just to mail it back as that is not covered. It will cost you $300 if you decide to keep the system. I tried it, and to be honest with you, I prefer IL Makiage high quality far better product you can count on and totally flawless for far less money.
Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. They match your skin tone for you too.

I received the Luminess product I ordered, but was disappointed there was no written instruction manual and my phone was not cooperating to allow me to access the video tutorials the code I was supposed to scan. I tried to find videos on YouTube but none of them showed the basics of how to use my product. So, it was trial and error and I quickly learned it is challenging to use the lever that adjusts how much product is dispensed.

I inadvertently must of selected to receive eyeshadow for $19.98 that I did not want. I immediately emailed you all to say it was a mistake but it was sent and I was charged. Not happy about that as I don't even wear eyeshadow.
Try something new
I liked the thought behind the product but more shades would be great. I found the medium had an orange tint and didn't look right.

Fast,easy decious on verifying color match. I was dissatisfied when I called in asking where to return the unopened primer as instructions say to do so.I was told it holds no value along with brush tho asked price if pur hated separate and was 19.made no sense and was told no returns do to summer and heat even of unopened.As I said I only woukd need the color match not another brush n primer every month.he said he woukd just cancel and 2 keep.
