Timely delivery. This air brush foundation is exactly what was described. It hides imperfections, even on my 48 year old face. I added a second layer after the first one dried for the perfect coverage.
The overall experience of luminess perfect shade, is nice. I am a black girl with golden undertones and this formula does not work completely for my skin tone. I have tried a variation of colors to match. The pros: lightweight formula, easy to blend. Cons: color choices are limited.
I don't like how looks like I'm wearing a ton of cover-up.

Overall experience is not great nor awful, just meh.
It would have been kind of cool to have that 'try on' feature for the products, to determine tones or color palettes. While they are not foolproof, sometimes it can give pretty close ideas.
My package showed up over 5 days late, even with the holidays and weekends, that seems a little bit long.
The items received (3 total), two being for lips - were crumbled boxes (inside the actual boxed package), and appeared to possibly have been tried and returned, so I won't be using those. Lipstick I would, but the stain could be contaminated, and it was the worst one.
The spray makeup (not airbrush), I tested it on one side of my face, and wore my normal brand that I was considering branching out from on the other side, to see what they looked like coverage wise throughout a long day. Nothing wrong with Luminess, definitely a lighter coverage, even when layered. Unfortunately seems like a bit of it gets wasted being an aerosol can, but I understand the concept behind that.
I will be returning, it is not as amazing as I hoped it would be, so there is no reason for me to switch.

I love the new cordless wand style. But your makeup seems a little stickier than it used to be. I think you tried to do too much with the new makeup it should be just a simple basic cover nothing more. Maybe too much glycerin I think.

My boyfriend ordered the Luminess Breeze air brush system for me for Christmas. The order never went through, but we received a call from customer service who placed our order for us. She was very helpful and friendly. We placed the order Dec 26th and it took a while to get but it finally arrived Jan 4th. I took it out of the box, charged it for a few hours and used it. I have to say I love the Luminess Breeze way better than the Icon pro! It's easier to use and it goes on flawlessly! I absolutely love it! I can't wait to use it again!
The customer service representative was amazing! She was very helpful and friendly!
I chose Luminess because I liked Icon but it broke so I decided to upgrade my machine and go with the new one!

Having used it only once since I received it was and experience I've never had before and I reallly like it thus far. I received a complement on how well my makeup looked. I think I am going to like it once I get used to it. I'm looking forward to that experience. Thank you for making such it affordable.

My exsperience was when i called the representitive about my trial kit going to a duplicate address the issue was resolved but for future orders they will have to add notes that i live in a house other than that it was fine. Also during the call i was irritated about trying to offer me more items to purchase.
The agent i talked to made me aggitated bcause it was long winded talking about other offers when i just wanted to address my mailing issue. I was very annoyed by it to be honest.
Because the makeup i use breaks my face out and i wanted something thats not cakey on my face so i want to give it a try as i have very sensitive skin. Once i start using the product i will update about the results. Thank you

Do not purchase the Luminess air. Sticky, runny even if you put on fine. It say it's hyperalgemic but it's not! Had to go to my Doctor got in my eyes and eyes swelled up. This product is terrible and to try to send back is even worse, watch out this pttofuct does not make you want to turn back time!

The makeup is lightweight and feels good.I just can't get enough coverage with it

I received my order and was excited to use it, I like the product but for some reason my face still comes out very blochey and the foundation don't settle in right ill definitely keep using it untill I figure it out. Thank you for a product that is different and easy to use

I have a hard time with my can it sputters Anna kinda splatters out. I ran warm water over it and it helped a bit. I love the color match tho. But I'm feel like I can't get it to go on smooth enough. I really have to bleed and then I feel like I've blended it off.
