Money taken luckily not a lot but no windows office and no reply to emails sent
The chat feature on their website does not work, wish ide have seen reviews before i spent money

Purchased a license key, and got a confirmation email but nothing else ( not even in spam) They did not provide the goods I paid for. They did not reply to any of the 4 emails I sent.
I believe this is a scam site which I will be reporting.

I bought Microsoft Office 2021 online. From LXMINFO.COM. I received a receipt but NO download link or instructions. Their customer service is non existent. The feedback link on their site kept saying they'd be in touch. They haven't contacted me at all. The support email address wasn't recognized by my server.
I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this company to anyone looking to make a cheap software purchase.
