I have made payment for online consultation but neither doctor has responded nor given any prescription. I tried to call lybrate healthcare executive but each time the concerned person on the other side disconnected the call. Also I dropped mail for full refund but no reply received from lybrate help desk. It's totally scam app and horrible experience for me. I have consulted doctors in practo as well but these has never happened and I received the refund immediately if the consultation undone
Fake prescription, Dr Narasimhalu C. R. V (Professor) Skin Doctor (Sai Skin Clinic, Dr. Narasimhalu) took my 600 INR and because of him, my skin is fully damaged. Full of scars... my skin complexion has been more darker. I used to be fair but after using his medicines... thanks to him... my whole face has scars... they're looting people... misdiagnosis. Don't ever use the online app for doctors. Instead go in-person and get examined...
