I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
I bought two things, and one was a $14.89 lip balm. The lip balm was out of stock that time, and they assured me they would pay me back. Ridiculously I had to call them 10 times, each time they said I'll will get refunded. Since it was the time of COVID I was understanding and did not bother to leave a review. But I called now, and they told me that there's nothing they can do since it's no longer in the system. I said I have all the receipts and proof, but it doesn't matter. I know it's $14.89, but it is the principle of the matter.

They included an incomplete address with the package although the address was correct in the online order. Now they won't reship the item and it takes forever to get a refund. They don't care about the customer.
Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a gift card over 2 months ago. Paid cash for it and the card was never activated by them, so I am unable to use it. I have called, sent emails to no avail. No response and no resolution to this problem. Am seriously considering never shopping with them again!

I mostly buy on line and Macy's is the best. High quality, great styles and prices that I can live with. Their choices are the best and it's tough to keep from buying from them. Once you see the choices it's hard not to keep on buying. It seems that all I do is buy. You don't want my Macy's card it's almost full up, ahh poor me, going on line again, bye.
I ordered a set of pots that was supposed to be delivered on the 25th of March. They were delivered to the wrong address. I have been emailing back & forth with the contact service. The service department basically told me to go ask my neighbors that my package had been delivered. I paid my money and never received what I paid for. I also told them that I have ring cameras all around my house and no one even attempted to deliver anything. The company is not trying to make good. I am out of my hard earned money! You don't ever have to worry about me shopping here ever!

Customer service is awful. I ordered a sofa 2 months ago, the time of delivery I called them and they say sorry the company doesn't sell that to us any more and now this is canceled! They did not even bother themselves to call me.
The good news is I haven't agreed to ANYTHING with Klearger.com so I can write what I feel. They sold goods and didn't deliver them. Then they were going to charge $50 for items not delivered (order was cancelled when items were not received). No communication with their customers about items not delivered - just a $50 fee charged. Then when this situation was discussed in public - the company is fining the customer over $3,000. FAIL. Bad business practices. Bad customer service. Shame on Klearger.com!
If this is true, (a) the credit card processors should drop them like a bad habit for unethical behavior, and (b) any lawyer who assists a company with this type of behavior should be severely sanctioned.
Macy's is at the top of my list when I am looking for good value a decent prices. Their merchandise is pretty much top of the line. I generally do not leave Macy's without some sort of purchase. Clothes is the number one item on my shopping list, so much to choose from, quality and style, that's Macy's
Have ordered items for my bed and bath and beauty items. Love the quick response and delivery time. Ease of returning to my local store if not satisfied with product is a plus. All items ordered have been of good or exceptional quality. Have only returned one item and that is only because I did not care for the pattern of the bedspread once received. Would recommend Macy's to all.
Ordered a grill from Macy's and discovered after 2+ hours of putting it together that it had a big dent in the lid that caused the thermometer not to be flush. When I called them they told me to return it and they would ship a new one. Even if I wanted to take it apart and put together a new one there is no way I could get all the pieces back in the box. Asked if they would ship a new one and I would swap the lids and they refused. I ended up calling the manufacturer who by contrast was incredibly helpful and shipped a new lid right away. The only good thing I can say about Macy's is the price was good and I didn't have to wait long to get a rep on the phone. Overall bad experience, not customer-oriented. Will avoid Macy's in the future.
I've been falling into rabbit holes for hours & hours and still not able to solve my issue with MACY'S. The customer services are super slowwwwwwwwww and never picking up. Once they do picked up my call they are annoyed at me and just transfer me to other number. Rabbit holes! Macy's should expend their lines and educate their employees to become better service. Don't want to deal with this low-tech system anymore in 2020!

My only tip would be.. Don't make a Macy's credit card.
I have bought an expensive office chair from Macy's and it is turned very poor quality, made in China, 100% fake chair.
The most important thing is that they are not posting my review on their website because i am mad and pissed, the chair price i paid was $380 and amazan sells the same for $50, i mean not exactly the same but definitely the same quality for way more reasonable price.

This is a review of Macys policy of not giving you a bag. Just no. Saw the employee come out of the store with my eight item of clothing order in her arms; no wrappings of any kind. Macys is trying to kill itself. Bags keep things cleaner as opposed to having things loose in a car. I intended to try on and return items that didn't suit me. Clean new bags help in many ways.
I also received an email that omitted where to go to pick up a curbside pick up order. It detailed where to get an in store pick up order so I went there thinking it must be the same. It wasn't.
Due to all that I got distracted and over-stressed and cursed Macys. It's truly trying to put itself out of business. Shame on them.
My sister and I bought stuffs from Macy's for the first time. It was the best shopping experience ever. She bought stuffs for her new home while I go over the things I love (bags, shoes, accessories, etc). What's best is that they deliver on time and they ship the goods for free! Unbelievable, right? I can't wait for my next purchase at Macy's. Thank you
Macy's stores have average to top quality merchandise. The coupons are almost always only accepted if you have a charge card. Coupons seldom accepted by check or cash. The Customer Service is by phone and the worst. The Customer Representatives speak little and understand little English. I've been misunderstood and given incorrect information effecting my credit card. I have cut up my credit card. Dealing with Customer Service Repreps that don't know what they are doing isn't worth it.
Macy's is indeed one of my favorites but only when it is having a sale! Because no wonder there are so many cool brands under one roof it is often very expensive. However, when it has a sale going on its crazy and I love it! The clothing is adorable and great quality!
KlearGear.com has just cost itself a mega load of customers. What an idiotic thing to do! The proper thing to do would be to contact the customer and try to appease them. This is not the way to approach negative reviews. The negative review was TRUE. Not FALSE. You brought it on yourself.
I ordered two skillets and received one. I have tried to seek satisfaction twice, nothing has been done. They do not stand behind their sales. I recently ordered towels to give as a gift and paid extra for early delivery. They are NOT mailing them to arrive on time, however Macy's has not refunded the money I paid for earlier delivery. This company obviously does not care about customer service.
I purchased Karen Scott comfort pull on sports pants. I was amazed! The quality is outstanding, the fit is perfect and the price is beyond reasonable. I ordered online and got my purchase quickly. Great product at a great price.

Ordered online using Macy's card. Had receipts. Returned within 2 weeks to customer service desk in the store. Refunded less than I paid even though I did not use and Star Rewards on the purchase - customer service said since my purchase "earned" star rewards they were deleting value of those awards from refund. So I earned rewards towards a future purchase and in case I use them, Macy's deducted the value of those rewards I MIGHT use but DIDN'T from them refund. This is second time this happened. First time I demanded to see manager and 20 minutes later they did a "workaround " to get me full refund. Didn't have time for it this time. Was only $2 but still - I followed Macy's return rules. Had all receipts and returned ontime. I should get back what I paid! Never again ordering online from Macy's. They've lost my business for good!
I love shopping at Macy's because of the quality and prices on the items they carry. I am always very satisfied with my purchases. Making returns are always very easy I have never had any problems with returns. I have heard some Macy's stores will be closing but I sure hope it won't be any of the ones I frequently visit but if it does happen I will definitely order online.
Ordered 3 items for free shipping. Ordered said processed and then got email and the items were split and charged shipping. Tried cancellation and had problems with website. Then called and couldn't get customer service live agent. Never shop online with them again.

I purchased a coach watch! I was charged three time for the same watch that I never received. I called customer service which the only way to get a hold of them is through chatting which the person was not helpful in any way. I got no help what so ever. Macy's is still trying to get me to pay for the watch that I never received at my front door.
I made my first purchase right before Thanksgiving... I saw the product online and was able to use several coupons to get it even cheaper! I used the pick up in store option and it was a breeze! Will definitely order from the site again
