I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
Macy's customer service is the worst. I have talked to 4 supervisors to try to help me with a return. The supervisors have lied to me, dismissed me, told me it was not their problem. 2 of them told me it was handled and I would get a confirmation e-mail within 24-48 hours which I never received. Their supervisors are not trained and don't care about the customers. They say whatever they have to so they can end the call. When I asked to speak to one supervisors manager, they told me I was not able to speak to anyone higher.

It is wonderful to be able to shop online with Macys. You already know they have good quality products, clothing and it is fairly simple order process. Wonderful for those of us living too far from a Macy's store.
I have bad experience with Macys store online. I've been trying to buy a product and the two times I bought it, they cancel my order they don't know how explain what happened with my order is so irresponsible.

You have to shop for real at Macy's and you will get a great sale. Loyalty pays off with Macy's if you know their merchandise you can get a good deal even in gold. They will make adjustments, and they often have trending items on sale. I just hope they keep their doors open and stop downgrading their sales merchandise CEO Jeff Gennette!
More high-end designers mixed with mid-level products is what is needed.

I was asked by Christina Rodgers and Chance Cooper to custom create a flower kit for Macy's upon receipt included custom cutting ribbon to a specific size and custom creating signage Macy's decided that they did not want the flower kit. I lost a lot of money in this transaction. Do not do business with Macy's thinking they are acting in good faith. They are not.
They do not care if they lose customers or not. Thirty years customer but no more. Their APR is now 29.74% for inferior service, products and limited perks. Macy's use to be the place; Macy's is now like a K-Mart or Mervins or Kohl's.'

Terms of use policy for kleargear should deter anyone from doing business with this company. Read the fine print. Do a little DD and you will also find the conduct of this company appalling when faced with a negative review reguarding it's lack of service. Beware
We only bought one thing from there and that was silverware. We went there on a recommendation. The silverware were bend and not shaped right. Took them back and it took 6 boxes of the same silverware and at least 45 minutes to put a good set together. Won't go back.
We have ordered from Macy's online for the past three holidays and every year we have had problems. First we received merchandise that we didn't purchase, but never got what we ordered. The next year we had to get three separate shipments before we received the item we purchased. This year two separate items were severely damaged, not from shipping because the shipping box was not damaged. This was amazing since there was a slip stating the items were inspected at the wear house. How do you miss a huge crack in a stainless steel pot? We sent several emails and never got a response. Will never order from Macy's online again. However, the sales people in store were very accommodating with returns.
I did not receive an item that was supposedly delivered to my house. I called Macy's the same day it said it was delivered and was told that they would issue a refund as the item was no longer in stock. No refund yet and no email confirming any kind of refund or explanation. Will never shop with them again!
It happened that I needed to return a dress within 2 days of the return window. This is where the confusion started. First of all, the typically available mailing label print icon was not visible online. I had to call the customer service to get it. This is when I found out that there was a 60 day return window for the dress I needed to return. The customer service, however, had no idea if the return date is marked when the package is sent back or received by Macy's. They suggested that I return at the store. However, the store is far from when I work and I would have to wait 6 days until the next weekend to do so. I am still going to send the package tomorrow morning and see if I get the refund or the package will be shipped back to me. Considering that I have a Platinum card with Macy's. I expected a stellar customer service. Apparently, that has not happened. BOTTOM LINE: Clueless Customer Service.
This company has gone so far downhill, they are now underground! There credit card is a scam. They don't send the bill and they wait months to notify you that there is a payment due - this arrives in the form of a letter usually, not a statement. By then, there are hundreds of dollars in late fees and they've reported you to the credit agencies. They are horrible at customer service. Any time I have called with an issue, I have had to wait extraordinary amounts of time (over and hour) and usually get to talk to someone who I can't understand and who can't understand me. They never do what they say they will do. There online bill pay never works, I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Stay away from Macy's!
I'm Brazilian on vacation in Massachusetts, yesterday I went to Macy's Store at Solomon Pond Mall in Hudson and the cashier named Eva treated me very badly. I said I didn't want to do the credit card, and she said several times in a loud voice that I couldn't do the credit card because I don't have social security. As if I were an illegal, outlaw here! Over and over again trying to humiliate myself in front of people. I have never been treated so badly in a store! It's the second time this has happened in this store! I intend to file a lawsuit against this store for not demanding respect from their customers!
Ordered a beauty set that was a great offer because it included 2 gifts with three items; without the gifts, the price was not an offer. Once at checkout the gifts were in stock and it let me choose the items. However once I received it, I didn't not have the extra items. I contacted them and they offered me 5$ (for an almost hundred dollar missing item). Never again!
I can't tell how much in love I am with macy's. They carry it all and also offer free shipping on certain orders (I love free shipping). My beauty supplies, all of it. If i need to get something which i know little about, i head here! Never have to worry about quality.
I selected a coffee table and two end tables for my living room in August 2020. The two end tables were delivered in September and the coffee table was on back order until the first week in December.
As of December 23,2020 the coffee table has not been delivered and now the customer service representative said no availability information is in the system and an email will be sent with any update information.
Being a platinum customer at Macys is a joke now. This has affected my purchases at this store. I will never buy any furniture there. Happy customers support businesses, dissatisfied ones fo not.
Today I went Macys I'm used to buy clothes for the kids there. Today very disappointed with Ralph Lauren children and Tommy… I wonder if parents are buying those clothes? Our children deserve the best not what they are selling right now … it is a shame. The system did not allow me posted pictures. What happening to our community and our country?

I put an order in today. I ordered the wrong item, I needed a different version of the product. I called to cancel the order and put in an order for the one I needed but, nope! There is a 30 minute window to cancel. It is in the email but in tiny writing and I do things on my phone and didn't see it. Can't cancel so they said return it, here is a label. I have no printer. Oh, just deny the package at the door and we will reimburse you after three days... I don't know about anyone else but our delivery people do not ring the doorbell so that's not helpful.

I am currently in a dispute with my credit card company because Macy's lied to me and said they gave me a refund after they received the item I returned. However, I never received the refund. Now they're trying to spew more lies that they never received the item (I have proof) and that the refund policy is under question. Clearly, Macy's website states "returns are free." I have proof that I would be given a refund after returning the item and customer service said they did receive the return. This is it for me shopping at Macy's. Lying is something I'm not going to tolerate. Bad, Macy's.

They say 3-4 business days for standard shipping but It took 7days for my shipment. I received an email saying that my order has delivered but nothing was delivered! I called there customer service and all they could do was reship it and told me its gonna take 6 days more to deliver! Horrible!

This company is the worse when buying furniture. See been dealing with them since May of last year. Their customers is super rude and the company they use for delivery is worse. Today we were suppose to receive new couches since the first one we bought were broken and it's been an hours since they said they were going to deliver and we still haven't received our Couches. We spoke with one rep over the phone and not only won't she get us a supervisor but she said we will have to wait 3 days to get a response with no explanation on why they said they were going to deliver today but have no clue where our Couches are. Unbelievable.
9/19/23, I went to Macy in AZ chandler mall, I purchased skin care products, the paper bag was too small, I asked a manager to give me a bigger plastic bag to put my purchased items in, she said no, store policy not allow to give to me another plastic bag, she only can switch my small paper bag to a bigger plastic bag. She was not happy and roughed, checked all my purchase items and switched a plastic bag for me. I never be treat like this service before in Macy. So So….bad service, even she said she is the store manager.
I am a longtime customer and I've had lots of experiences with Macy's, both good and bad. Still, I continue to buy here and am not planning on changing that. It's a classic that you can't really go wrong with.
Your entire online process is ridiculous. Takes entirely too long for item to arrive and order to process. I see why your ratings for online continue plumet. I will just purchase in store or elsewhere! Change it!
