I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
My son ordered a sofa online and after it did not show up he finally got a hold of someone that told him it was out of stock. He cancelled the order and bought another sofa elsewhere. A few weeks later the sofa from Macy's showed up and he was charged for it. Took me over a month to get issue resolved. So i learned a trick to get through to customer service. Call their customer service line and when the system asks what the issue is in a few words say "place an order". If you do this you get to talk to a real person and they will patch you through to real people. It is how I was finally able to get things handled. It worked every time for me. Hopefully it can help someone else.

I spent a lot of money in their stores, up until 2 years ago when their choice and quality of products seemed to decline. Their marked down inventory takes up a huge section of the store... says something when you cannot "give" away what you were trying to sell retail.
Ordered bedding set in October and periodically checked to see tracking status to no avail. Thanksgiving day, I called customer service. The call center rep in Philippines had system trouble due to high volume of calls... after 20 minutes he discovers the merchandise was never sent to UPS. He promptly refunded my money and politely said he did not know what happened - and, Happy Thanksgiving. No apologies. Will never shop Macys.com again. The competition gets customer service.
I ordered 2 blouses on Macys.com that were supposed to be shipped via UPS in August. They did not arrive after 3 weeks. I was going on a month long vacation so I thought they would arrive while I was gone. They did not. I went down to the store who called the Macys.com phone number for me. The man I spoke to (Joshua) said my refund would be issued in 3-4 days. When I got my credit card statement there was no refund. I called Macys.com again and was told by David that I could not get a refund since it was now over 30 days. I'm disputing with my credit card company hoping to get my $66 back. It is so ridiculous since when you press the Track Package button on my order it clearly shows nothing was ever shipped. Lifetime Macys customer that will never shop there again.

Order from someone else cause if the order doesn't arrive it is a nightmare to talk to their customer service and if you miss their 30 day deadline (probably in small print somewhere), you're out of luck.

I received an email advertising sheets that I had previously looked at for $23.99. When I clicked on the link in the email, the price was $200. I called their customer service and was treated like I was a liar. Even after I forwarded the email to them. They promised that I would hear from them in 24-48 hours…. I didn't. Poor company that won't stand by their email ads.

Almost everything I have ordered from Macy's I have kept, but the few times I returned items, it was never a problem returning it to the store for a full refund. When shopping in the store, they are always ready to find you any extra discounts available at that time. I always shop the sales & then use extra coupons.
I love every item I've ever bought at Macy's from Christmas ornaments to three piece suits for my college grandson to kitchen small appliances. Great place to shop. I'm VERY particular about everything I purchase from everywhere, no matter the item(s) or whatever.
I ordered men's Chanel Bleu. Great product! However, ordering from Macy's is ridiculous. They said I get to choose a free sampler with the order. I chose a men's fragrance sampler to possibly order more but they decided to send me the women's fragrances. I wrote them and they said I got what I ordered. When I said you sent me women's, they basically said they were sorry they were all out of men's and that I should go to a Macy's store and ask them directly. Sorry, I ordered online so I didn't have to go into their stores. Just plain incompetence. Won't be ordering again.
I've always liked shopping at Macy's. They have frequent sales that provide good value shopping for high end products. I often shop there for clothes that are high quality and stylish. Their online shop is convenient for me as well when I feel like shopping from home.

Tried ordering 2 dresses on line. The site will not accept a Canadian billing address. Dress was being delivered to a USA Macy's. Called the international customer service as directed by the on line customer service rep. What a night mare have 2 authorizations holds on my credit card but they could not place my order. Spoke to 3 individuals who have a hard time with the English language. Worst experience ever. Will be watching my credit card closely. Felt like I was dealing with scammers over seas. By the way I have ordered from Dillards and JCP on line with zero issues. Stay away from this nightmare!

Never had an issue with macys.com or in store. In many years of shopping with them I have never had any problem. The best sales price ever... Great selection of items and very well trained customer service. Fast shipping, but I will say their website sometimes too slow
What a shame Macy's have Borderfree doing their shipping. I have been a long time customer here in Australia never had any problems until Macy's gave the shipping contract to Borderfree.
I hate to think that I can no longer order from them unless they can give me another option for shipping.

Macy's Beauty Estee Lauder services their clients with any of your beauty needs. I am impressed at what they are willing to help me with in order to better my skin appearance. And the products work as they say.
Website is so poor that I couldn't even register there. See the CBS News report on November 5. According to this report, Kleargear is suing their customer for a review they feel is unfair. Is this the kind of firm you want to do business with? I have no direct experience with this firm, but I'd suggest avoiding Kleargear. With any luck, the FTC will shut this outfit down. Just don't hold your breath for a government agency to do anything right either. Honesty is still the best policy.
I have been dealing with this company for five months. They charged me over $1000 for packages I never received. They sent out the packages again. The phone rep sent them to the wrong address. They did this twice! Then they blacklist my account for purchases. Then they send me to apology letters for their employees making mistakes. They never remove me from the blacklist but they keep charging me for things I don't get it. Now I can't get my money back, I haven't got the products and they have me on some crazy list that has nothing to do with me. Good luck trying to get any help. I called once a week I spent about 46 hours. It's about the principal now for me. The phone reps are ignorant, do not listen, and have no idea how to handle upper level it is. Shame on you Macy's. Dishonest, treating your good customers like crap and never having a real phone number than anybody can get a hold of anybody to get through help.
I made a mistake in size on my order, contacted right away, was told to wait 30 minutes, then was told that they only have 30 minutes to change the order and I was too late even though I contacted right away and had to wait the 30 minutes. Then i asked to be transferred to a supervisor who I was told it would be 3 minutes nad they never came on. I called on the phone and the guy put me on hold then hung up. I would not recommend. It was a horrible experience.
Macys furniture delivery service dropped large bureau down my steps damaging walls, moulding railing and ceilings. Called Macys, referred to delivery company, and all we got after 7 months is the runaround! Had to go to small claims court, pending case. Macys tried to just wash their hands when I paid them for delivery and THEY hired the moving company, not me. TERRIBLE customer service... 0 stars!
I ordered a pair of dress sandles and a purse to match. Paid an extra $15 for it to be shipped overnight. 11 days late still waiting... Called their customer service they resent order said it would take 2 days. Still waiting. First time last time dealing with these incompetent morons
Macy's is a great place to order gifts from! My parents gifted me with a hoodie that arrived gift wrapped for my birthday and already has the return tag on it if I need to exchange it for another size. Talk about efficiency.
I love being able to find what I like using the detail categories. I am able to add my discount codes and save money, plus they offer free shipping. If I get something I don't like, returns at the store are super easy. Now they offer store pick up. I save a lot of time shopping online but get the satisfaction of having it right away.
I ordered on Dec 5,2014. The site states 5-10 days from date of order. It is 9:18 am on Dec 23,2014 and I have not received my order yet. When I called to inquire this morning, a phone message states a customer representative is unavailable by phone at this time. When I click help on the website I receive Sorry, but this form is no longer receiving submissions.
This is the worst company in the world, if you write a negative review about them they try to fine you $3500 dollars. Now a couple is filing a lawsuit against them to get this resolved. They are nothing but criminals. Don't ever purchase anything from this company and watch out because they might change their name.
This is the worst card I ever applied, they keep changing the website and payment policy, which is trap to miss the payment, which will have lot of consequences, main concern is credit score, this will kill your credit score at least once in a year. No mater how careful you are
