I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
Not very good, just soso. I don't have any special impression about this shipping.

It's no wonder that Macy's stores are on the way out. I placed an order online for two pairs of shoes. Picked up my box and went to the car. Before I drove off I double checked to make sure that I got what I had ordered. One pair (9 West pumps) was perfect. However, the Jessica Simpson shoes were dirty and worn. Not just "tried on" but literally had been worn and worn multiple times. There are visible toe prints, areas of dirt and stains, areas where the suede was rubbed and faded. I wasn't just disgusted, but I was also angry because I ordered these shoes to wear to a wedding this weekend. I would love to re-order, but I can't take a chance of not getting 'new' shoes instead of used shoes for a department store. I can go to Goodwill across the street had I wanted to get a shoe like that. Macy's, you really should be ashamed of yourself for even having this used dirty shoe in stock in your warehouse. Seriously!
Always a great deal! Always get great coupons! Always get quick shipping (or coupons for shipping discounts). Can't go wrong shopping here! Love the customer service also!
I've been a platinum customer for many years and when you click on same day delivery the store you choose never has the merchandise. If you decide to ship it and wait many days, you might be ok, if you decide to call customer service that's an issue. The customer service team seems to just care about getting you off the phone. I even spoke to a supervisor that said I needed to call another department to complain. I don't plan on using my platinum card again.
Furniture that was ordered at Macys in April and due to be delivered the first week of June is still not here in mid- August. Initially the order was just late but now we are having delivery issues as well. We have been rescheduled 3 times- 1. Broken down truck, 2. Although we were given a delivery day the scheduler noted it but forgot to put it on the schedule, 3. Now can't find the items to put on the truck. Don't buy from Macys!
I made my order more than a week ago. They later sent me a confirmation that the order would arrive in couple of days. The tracking number that they provided kept saying for the whole week, "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." I called Macy's several times asking where is my package because it never arrived. The person on the phone said that the UPS had received the package and that I need to wait a bit more. I asked to talk to the supervisor, but she said that the warehouse had not even shipped my package to the UPS yet! So, one person says one thing while the other - completely another. Now, they are out of stock and so I cannot make another order even after they issue me a refund. What kind of service is that? Lying and promising the impossible! It is not the type of American service that we are all used to. I will not use the services of Macy's anymore. Very disappointing!

Was clued in by my gf, who tries to get me to smoke crack, that macy's is overpriced. Not as overpriced as crack! I went in to get a duvet cover, and I asked him how much a quilted grey cover cost... he scanned and then said $325. I said "that is a little more than I want to spend." He then said something about it being "Ralph Lauren." Must be popular in certain circles.
.. Like the current media story of the $3500. 00 "fine" KlearGear slapped a rightfully dissatisfied customer, who then started that, we will NEVER order from them. They have not one thing unique that we cannot find anywhere else, often for less. And as a Michigander, I'm disgusted they are from my home state. KlearGear is not typical of the many well-run online companies based in MI.

I needed a new dresser. I also needed the old dresser hauled away or least taken down a flight of stairs. I specifically asked if this could be done. I was told it could be done if I pay extra for the so called whole glove service so I purchased the dresser. When the delivery guys came they said they can't do it. The could move the old dresser which would block the bedroom doorway. I am in a boot and on crutches. It would be dangerous and irresponsible to block the bedroom doorway. Terrible customer service stay far away from Macy's

I have never had a bad experience with macy's. Shopping with them both online and in physical stores has always been positive. They can be a little expensive, but they sell good stuff and they frequently have some amazing sales!
I just love Macy's, they have good return policy and customer service, good deals in the last acts. They have last nigeria dresses with long sleeves for a decent church service. Would shop more at Macy's than any other store
I have been ordering online from Macy's for years. They make it super easy to order, super easy to return and at certain times of the year have the most amazing sales. Never had an issue that could not be resolved. I have no problems ordering from this company.
Received jeans for Christmas took me until the middle of January to return them. The stupid assistant manager sent me all over the store to get more jeans and when I got back to the service desk she had a back-up huge woman to stand behind her as she informed me that the jeans were old stock. The store employee looked like yesterday's trash. I asked to speak to the manager to no avail. She was at home and and left the assistant with the inch long grey roots,no make-up worn out bra and stained snagged pull over snagged sweater in charge. She wanted to give me 17 cents for the jeans and told me that I could SELL them on marketplace(?).
What kind of customer service is that? I wouldn't purchase anything from Macy's in Tacoma at the mall! Please shut this terrible store down!

Sent me 2 Right sided shoes (instead of 1 right, 1 left) needed them by a specific date, they promised me express shipping. 5 days later still no shoes, and too late. I wish i purchased them elsewhere! Never again
I have never had a problem resetting my password in any other site. Macys is a nightmare. No matter how many times I call customer service, I always get the same message "oops that page can't be found." Yeah, well now this customer can't be found.

Like many others, I was shocked to hear that a seemingly legitimate business would dare fine anyone for bad reviews. If they were a legitimate business, they would welcome ALL feedback as it would enable them to better serve their customers in the future. Clearly Kleargear doesn't care about its customers, not even to the point of sending them their items in the first place after receiving payment.
A pathetic company, with pathetic standards of business. I'm sure not everybodies experience with them was horrible, but a boycott would be absolutely deserving.
The best thing that i really like in Macy's is their product quality though its quite expensive but its worth.

I received notice that Macy Am Ex has sold off the account to Citibank which allows them to raise interest rates to 28.99% Closed out this account which was hard, since I've had this credit card since I was a young adult. I will not ever shop there again.
Not happy with Macys right now! 3 online orders got canceled on me, not surprised since l was using my rewards card. Unbelievable, thinking of canceling my credit card after this. Two weeks ago 4 of my orders got cancelled and l just found out yesterday and l had to go shopping to get my father and nephews their Christmas presents. I didn't even get a call from Macy's to let me know.

I am so disappointed with Macy's customer service. It takes forever to get ahold of someone, then they make a ton of excuses why they cannot refund your money within a timely manner. Apparently, I bought 3 dozen dishes from different "vendors" and it takes them 2 weeks to approve the refund. I also bought a sweater from Macy's and it shows up in a blue and not a pink! I didn't have the sense of humor to deal with that. Anyways, I thought Macy's would be way better than Amazon, but no, they are not. Very disappointed.

Purchased a suitcase online during a sale that was fairly priced. I was happy to receive it and was upset when I took it out the box. I examined it closely to notice that there was a zipper located on the inside that was missing the handle. Upon further examination I noticed that a security tag is still attached... They are very rude when you call the customer service phone number, she started raising her voice to the point where she was yelling.
Love going to the mall and shopping at the larger stores like Macy's. Especially at holidays or for a special occasion. You can usually find better quality and something you love every time you shop. Prices are usually great with sales on everything.
I received a can opener today from Macy's with someone else's name and address on it due to them returning it and they just slapped my name on the box and sent it out. They didn't bother to repackage or anything the box was totally destroyed with the blade hanging outside the box and on top of that it looked old. The magnet looked crusty and the toaster was dirty. I'm so over these retailers they just want our money at any cost, quality has gone way down. I'm done with Black Friday never again. Black Friday means get all the used items on sale as they get rid of old merchandise. Shame in Macys next time I'm going to an Amazon outlet store might as well! Higher disappointed and I ordered two roasting pans and they looked full size on the website but when they arrived looked miniature, here they go again. Not ordering from Macys online anymore.
I ordered from this awful website. Your package doesn't arrive and the custom service doesn't help you with anything. I keep getting the answer "We are looking for your package" since 3 weeks and nothing is happening. Im not getting my money and Im not getting my package. Don't buy from this website.
They turned down my credit card application with me having a credit score of 822 that is a joke their employees don't know how to read credit score and they don't know who they should grand the credit too and they are a very cheep company because if you buy from them on line you have to pay any shipping charges in order to return any merchandise to them
