I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
They obviously just punch a clock. NO one is willing to help you in any store. I've also called a few out of state Macy's stores. No one answers during business hours. Weekdays After lunch 1:40-3.

Hire people that are willing to do their job & tell them & teach them what it is. They think they just need to punch in & ignore everyone.
I think Macy's is the store where you feel really good buying I have the experience to return back items, never a single problem, when my family needs to buy something a little expensive like occasion cloth for the kids I always say guys Macy's is something wrong is the better place to return your item.
I would give them 1 out of ten stars for their phone service. I tried calling to see if they carry men's snow pants and gave up after 10 minutes of a run around. If you need to call don't!
Are you kidding me! What a $#*!ty firm. I have ordered some sneakers, and payed more than i should have. It toke more then 2 weeks for me to receive them and then I did I was SOMEONES USED SHOES! What the hell is this! I didn't order some used shoes! And when you write to their customers service nothing happens. So now I have shoes for 1600kr I a box used by someone. Very disappointed! Never macys.com again, i found brandcruz.com, lets see with this.
I really like how everything is super cheap. Unfortunately the website can be quite unfriendly(expensive) to international shoppers. I wish they would let me ship to freight forwarders.
Called Macy's about my refund for my purchases in Wheaton mall in Wheaton Maryland of course they had no clue what I was talking about gave him all the information still no clue no clue nothing we don't care and my phone call went to the Philippines no one can speak English in Manila which is ridiculous and that's how Macy's handles their business I got news for you I'm going to get my money from that s***** company and never do business with them again. I returned over a couple thousand dollars in clothing they discounted every piece so they would mail me the money and they sent me store credit they lied and I asked him why I couldn't have my money back on the spot and they came up with a thousand excuses why they wouldn't give me my money and where I come from that doesn't fly so what I'm going to do is go get my money out of the store and that'll be the end of the story and God forgive me but I will get even because they're a lousy company and they should be doing business they deceive people that get a failing grade they need to get some ethics and some standards but that I'm out
It's hard to use these. I ordered online and had built up about $60 and wanted to use them in the store. I couldn't. The clerk didn't know how to do the transaction and 1 hour later she finally found a manager. He said I had to print the coupon to use them. The website didn't have that documented. She didn't have a printer. I explained there wasn't a Macy's where I live so it's at least 1.5 hours drive. That didn't matter. I went to the customer service desk. They didn't have a printer either. I should have known I would have a problem when the manager phone was an old analog cell phone. That should tell you something. Macy isn't in the 21th century. The clerk called multiple times. No one answered. I told her it probably that old phone the manager had.
I don't shop here often, but when I do I get great products with the discount coupons and sales that they regularly have. If you want quality this is the place to go!
I love micky&minnie mouse very comfy. My kids love it too. They are super cute ( great colors). The material is soft and better quality that I expected.
Went to Macy's South Shore Mall visited the 'backstage' picked up a product that was long expired but still on the shelves and still being sold. Awful.

Macy's is a great place to buy brand name bags and shirts. The prices are reasonable and I usually order everything online but the customer service needs to be little bit more better.
I have ordered my item on sale online on 9/17/21. Usually they send an e-mail that your order ready to pick up in the store. Now it's differrent. I've never get this info but in 4 days I recieved an e-mail that we're in processing your credit request. I've never asked for credit bc of never recieved my order. I call to customer survice 0n 9/22/21 to figure our what is going on and almost sleepy guy said you didn't pick up your order. It was really confusing. First of all you have to keep order at least for 7 days, second I've never get info that order ready to pick up. Terribele store now.
Ordered 7 items online. Only received 5. UPS confirmed items never delivered and sent back to Macys. Did online request and received message that they dont respond to online request. Had to make several calls before reached someone. When finally did, they adv items would be reshipped. Never reshipped and next employee said cant reship but would refund. Received partial refund. Received email at 10:35pm stating items would not be reshipped or refunded. What? That makes no sense. You have the items and my money. I have been reading reviews today and this is happening to multiple customers and Macys doesnt care. Will not order from them online or shop in store again. Will be filing state and federal complaints against Macys. I work for a large financial company and Macys will be hearing from them and me again.
Please add more variety to this website. While its certainly got a lot of stuff, I can usually find more items in their store, so I just do that since I don't have to pay for shipping.
Great service except the credit card help line if it gets stolen or used on line on account of hackers, then u need six months in your hands to deal with the situation and the refunds etc
The furniture arrived broken. I made 2 calls offering to send photos of the broken furniture. My offers were declined. I was told that in order to get a refund, I had to ship it back. I managed to pack up the broken furniture which they received at their warehouse and didn't refund me for the shipping charges. More time on the phone with Macy's to get refunded.
In summary: one piece of broken furniture cost me hours of packing up broken furniture and about 2.5 hours on the phone with Macy's. They could have quickly fixed this issue, but they drew it out. I will never again purchase for delivery from Macy's. I do not trust their processes.
Also, of note, their policies are problematic, especially because they discriminate against older and handicapped people. I am 60 years old, female, and short. Packing up a heavy piece of broken furniture was a big deal.
Even more, the furniture I received was poorly packaged. I am still picking up tiny fragments of styrofoam from everywhere in my home.
I am a big fan of Dolce & Gabanna the one intense. I buy the same bottle all the time. I went there and another lady from a different company I guess was there who was kind enough to get me a rep who can help. The rep tells me this item is that item and that they changed the labeling. I get into the car open it smell it this is not the cologne I buy. So then another lady says "oh that smells so good" I know which one your talking about we are out of stock. So, she asks if I want to do an in-store order. Now they literally have the sample bottle right in front of them so she hands the bottle to an older looking Asian lady she says she orders it said she ordered me the bigger bottle which was cheaper than the 1.3 ml or whatever size it comes for 78 dollars. I get home and decide to look it up she ordered a complete separate item. I call customer service & they give me a run around and tell me they processed a refund which I knew he was lying once he started to stutter. Listen to the video. They did this to stall me until the item shipped out to where there was no other options for me. They literally hung up on me numerous of times when asking for a manager. It took a lot of yelling and disrespect before I got pushed to a supervisor who literally would not send me to a manager like I asked. Not for nothing I work hard for my money and I'm not with letting these multi billion dollar companies mess with someone like me or you.

ORDER IT YOURSELF, KNOW WHAT YOUR ORDERING AS WELL AND THEIR JEWELRY THERE IS LOW BUDGET ALSO. They are false advertising deals as they put the price up way high and then sell at normal pricing as other merchants. Terrible customers reps inside the store and online. Then supervisor or no one had any consequences to either of the reps who lied to me stalled me and cheated me out my money. Crazy part is they don't even get the profit like wtf?

I received a Macy' statement this month for $30.00 plus a $32.00 fee. They said I hadn't paid my last statement. But, Macy's did not send me a statement last month.
I tried and tried to reach a human through their phone menu: IMPOSSIBLE.
I called my local Macy's who could not help but said that if I came into the store IN PERSON they could help connect me to a human (somewhere) who could help me. They couldn't give me a number to call. They have no online chat.
I will have to resolve this in person and I will personally NEVER use my Macy's charge account again. Be warned, if you relish aggravation, use your Macy's charge!
I bought pillow shams from Macy's online. Their online Reg price was $50 per sham and the deal was 60% discount with additional 15% discount. So they charged me $16.99 plus tax per sham. I thought I had a great deal until I received the products. The product label inside of the package say Retail price: $29.99. I simply thought that it was their mistake and went to Macy's mall for the price adjustments. Since the retail price is $29.99, with 60% discount and 15% additional discount, I should be charged for $10.20 plus tax per sham. I went to the mall and they scanned the product and told me the reg price was $60 in their system. Because I have never paid more than retail prices in my life in any other stores, I asked them if they were marking up the price and deceiving customers. They kept repeating like a parrot, "Well you did not pay more than the price $29.99." So, I called the customer service for this price conflicts and they kept ignoring the retail price on the product package and told me that $29.99 was the discounted price when it clearly says "Retail price:$29.99" Finally, I gave up talking to them and I decided to leave a product review to let people know how Macy's was lying to its customers with prices. Well, their site would not let me upload the picture shown below. I loved to shop at Macy's and I had no issues before. But this dishonesty price mark up will take them out of business in the future for sure.
I PAID OFF my Macy's Credit June 2,7 2020. Debit Cash from my Bank account $711.at the Store Willowbrook NJ During the pandemic which wasn't easy. Macy's sent me another Bill for August in the amount of $407.00 I called to report Fraud on my acct. They're still Billing me.
I have never had this happen with others stores. I have been a happy customer of Macy's for many years, but yesterday when I went to pay my bill, I showed they were charging me for several late fees-- one was $22.70 and another was $42. Upon calling to get this straightened out, customer service told me that I had "3" Macy's accounts. I was getting late charges on a different account than the one I thought I was using and paying on. The recording I received when calling to pay the month before said "zero balance," and that "nothing is due at this time." Therefore, I didn't pay. After explaining this to customer service, they waived $40 from the late charges (not the entire $42), and they would not waive the past $22 late fee. This is CRAZY. Is this how they make their money? There is no way I would intentionally open 3 accounts. I pay my bills on time. I know they could have waived these two late fees and closed 2 of my 3 accounts--I only need one. This is just so wrong. At the end of the call, I told them to cancel ALL of my accounts. I won't shop there anymore. There are better stores that truly appreciate their long time customers. They may have gained $22 from me in late charges, but they lost my supposedly "3" Macy's accounts along with me as a customer!
Could not place an order online. It was immediately cancelled. I CALLED UP THE NUMBER GIVEN IN THE CANCELLATION EMAIL, and was told it was due to unverifiable information that they could not share. Not share? It is my information! I was told I could never by online, but I am welcome to shop in the store. They are kidding, right? Also, Customer service must be located in India, perhaps. The accent ws very thick. They were also very rude. I am truly offended. How do I get to talk to a person that might care if STAY OR LEAVE? I have perfect credit, Macy's amex credit card with a high limit and shop in store all the time. I was on the. Phone with them and the credit card company(also not in US) for 2.5 hours before I hung up knowing no more than I did when I started. They were so rude. I feel so disrespected.

I have ordered a sofa half of the year back, during all 5 months Macy's shop delayed the delivery sending apologies and keep promising the delivery of the item.
As I am a person with a good heart and big patience I was waiting then finally i felt myself just stupid; i paid all amount of the purchase, they didn't deliver the sofa but keep using my money and i am leaving without sofa! That's crazy! I went to the shop and made cancellation of the order while cancelling a manager told that a corner part of the sofa is there i can take it ( just now I realize completely the level of non respectful approach to me as a client)
Cancellation was done a month ago, as you can guess i haven't received my money back yet although they promised the chèque to arrival in 10-12 days. I was not arrived. This is the third time i am in the Macy's furniture shop trying to get my money back. I told that i need this money to send to Ukraine to my relatives, unfortunately the war is happening there and they need help. What i faced is
1) total disrespect for me as a client,
2)company itself has broken its refund policy, 3) some stuff is working without badge name, moreover the shop manager TROY demonstrated inhumanity and ignore not only me and my request but also Big Need of my relatives who are now Ukraine suffering from terrible war in my motherland.

Coupons and some quality products make it a good place to shop. I got a 100.00 pair of pants for $15.00 after coupons from a well known designer. Can't beat that.
