I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
Macy's doesn't notify you with shipping status and then lets you know after shipping date that item is on back order and they don't know when it will be in. They then ask you to wait one month later and if they don't hear from you they will cancel order. They don't have a selection for you to cancel. They also still have the item online for sale! Poor business practice. My last purchase from Macy's
I was at Burnsville center in Mn exchanging something and Angelina in customer service helped me. My transaction had problems in their system but she stayed calm and cheerful. Directed me where to go and what to do and couldn't of been nicer! I don't often run into gems like this while shopping let along exhannging and needling help. Please reward Angelina for her fabulous customer service and smile!

I ordered 4 items for Christmas and had a terrible experience. One item was somehow "sent back to the shipper" and was cancelled by Macy's. I was told to "just reorder the same one". Well, NO, why would I. 2 pair of Jeans I ordered on Dec. 17th were to be delivered "by Dec. 28th" even though their website gave a deadline of Dec. 20th to receive in time for Christmas. I chatted and they changed delivery- now to be delivered by Dec. 27th. The last item is scheduled to be delivered Christmas eve by 9:00PM! No wonder Macy's is struggling. Terrible service, promises they can't keep, and terrible customer service. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere from now on.
I ordered Martha Stewart X Women's Cloudy Rain Booties online. I received a very chunky shoe from Nine West (not what I ordered). I immediately contacted Macy's. I was told I would be receiving my shoes in a day or two (rush delivery) and I would receive an email with a return label for Nine West shoes. That was about 3 weeks ago and I still do not have my shoes! I also had to phone a week later to get the return label. I received an email today stating Macy's will refund my money once I return the Martha Stewart Booties. I NEVER received them. How can I return something, I never received? I posted on their facebook page. I was instructed to message them with my order number and personal information. I did so and was asked why I was giving the information to them. Also someone else from Macy's commented on my post asking what I needed. If this person read my post they would have known. SMH These people are morons!
When you purchase furniture from Macy's they promote worry no more warranty
This warranty is a total waste of money most claims are denied and they are only given appointments for 8 AM which doesn't make sense. They only do one client and then go home? Scam by Macys and worry no more. Do not waste your money!
If I cannot find something in the store, I can generally find it on-line. Love it because my daughter lives in another state. If she does not like something that I've had shipped to her she can go over to the store to return/exchange it. Everything ordered comes well packed and shipped within the timeframe promised.
I was in the market for a new mattress & Macy's had an amazing 4th of July sales on them. I wound up ordering the mattress & box spring totally online, but researched mattresses for hours hoping to get all the info I needed to make an informed decision.
Upon ordering I immediately got notification of the July 13th delivery date. I did pay the extra $25 for removal of old stuff.
The day before & the day of delivery I received numerous calls & texts confirming everything.
The delivery guys got there right on time & we quick & very efficient! They even offered to dust under my bed for me before putting on the new box spring.
The mattress feels terrific - fingers crossed it stays that way but I wouldn't hesitate using Macy's in the future.
I went to Macy's strictly to buy a pair of sunglasses. The man in that department was helpful but didn't try to push himself on me... Ii wasn't sure what brand I was looking for. I found a great pair of Ray-Bans at a reasonable price and was able to check out very quickly and get on my way!
I guess Macy's stopped trying. They are down to about 1/8th of the brands they used to carry and the store looks sloppy and poorly arranged. It is starting to look like a TJ Maxx, only 10 x the price. I can't see Macy's lasting the next 5 years.
I recently ordered some wonderful boots and subsequently found the same boots on 2 different websites for almost $20 less. I called Macys.com and the representative said she could not price match now because I had already bought the boots. It had to be a current order. I was a frequent shopper at Macys.com but now I will be shopping elsewhere.
I love ordering from Macy's online as well as shopping in their stores. I'm almost always thrilled with the quality of their products.
What's great about online shopping with Macys is if you're not happy with an item they offer free shipping to return the item. I've not had to use it often but how many stores offer this great service?

I finally called customer service who pulled up my order. They did not know, via the order, that I had a $12 discount due to a promotion, did not know that I was ordering via a registry, did not know there was a gift message included, etc. So, after five days of trying to order online and waiting over 10 minutes and three times of being transferred from one operator to another, I hung up and ordered my gift from another company. Such a shame. Macy's was always my favorite go-to place for anything I needed. No more!
Received a badly damaged package. Called customer support. Rude, arrogant support staff. Wasn't satisfied so I asked for supervisor. In same tone I was told that supervisor couldn't help me. I then said I would call corporate and representative hung up on me. Which was once a premier department store has now turned into a less than mediocre store
Today I had a wonderful experience with Brent at the Estee Lauder beauty product counter. Brent was knowledgeable, informative, patient and her expertise was exceptional. I have shopped for many years at Macy's & Brent is an outstanding representative for Macy & Estee Lauder. I will be back soon! Thank you!

I spent a lot of money on Macy's for Christmas and I got earrings that said they were $200 a necklace that said it was worth $200 I took it to the Jewelers they were each worth $10. Then they sent me some old shoes that I paid $60 for. They are total false advertisement

I paid my card off and then they added some strange $2 fee and I called the main number and ended up talking to some woman in India who I could not understand! I asked about the $2 fee and she said since I had last seen my statement, another $2 fee was added! To top it all off, they charge a 26% interest fee! WHAT? I shut my credit card down with Macys!
I returned my item 4 months but they didn't refund even they received. Try to call and wait hours and then they hang up phone. Service is really bad. I want to corfirm until today 1/24/2022 I don't get anything from Macy. Don't buy anything from Macys online if you guy don't want happen like me. Macy customer service can call me 480-678-292 to do my problem
Purchased a pearl bracelet and it broke the second time it was worn. Macy's said "TOUGH LUCK... you should have purchased the extended warranty". I guess I expected sufficient quality in a brand new bracelet that I would not need an extended warranty as early as the second time it was worn. If you shop at Macy's please lower your expectations so you will not be as disappointed with your shopping experience.
I purchased online 3 clothing garments from Macy'sUSA, I received 1 parcel and there were only 2 garments inside the parcel,
I contacted Macy's and they said the parcel was delivered, yes a parcel was delivered but 1 garment was missing.
I did not expect this kid of attitude from a renowned company like Macy's.

The store post "covid policy". They give themselves exceptions due to covid. As my family and I deeply affected by covid hospitalizations, Macy's give no leave way on their returns policy

I could not log into Macys Online. It gave a number to call. Called the number - the 1st agent: barely intelligible with loud background noise. Tried to explain to him that I could not log in - somehow he could not comprehend this problem and kept asking whether I was having a problem with a credit card? Finally he transferred me (2nd Agent) was nearly screaming, also quite unintelligible. What seemed like a very simple problem - neither could fix nor even understand. Macy's has No customer service, it's only a waste of time, and I finally chose to shop elsewhere.
Macy's has good sales for wonderful brands on childrens' clothing. I do shop there quite a bit for both my grandson and great grand-son. I usually get good deals with their sales and I appreciate the great array of brand names. I love Macy's!
I purchased a men's shirt for my step father that says was delivered along with a pajama set for my mom. The tracking number included both items, the pajamas and the men's shirt. Unfortunately, when my parents opened the bag, only the pajama set was in the bag! The men's shirt was missing! How disappointing! My step father had nothing to open on Christmas morning!
Tired paying a bill and Doug ended up hanging up on me twice. The worst part is when I call back and got hung up on... by the same person Doug. After waiting on the phone to speak to someone. More leadership and management.
