I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
I was buying a prom dress this year and fell in love with one in the store, but unfortunately it had any picks on it and was dirty at the bottom. My course of action was to order it online, but when the dress came in it was very dirty at the bottom also and had a few stains and picks. This service was unacceptable. Dresses should not be sold when they are not in good condition. I then returned the address and ordered another hoping it would be fine. It was worse. More stains and picks than the previous two that could not be hidden by anything including alterations. This costumer service was unacceptable and others will be hearing of the quality that Macy's lacks. There is nothing Magical about Macy's clothing.
A scam, no return calls, no product, take my money and I receive nothing. A total scam. The attorney general needs to investigate them for fraud. They are a scam and scum bags. They burnt me bad. I will see them burn in hell... they need to be shut down and prosecuted for fraud. They are the worst of the worst. Pure scum.
Macy's has awesome customer service. I bought a desk through Macy's online site. I got the desk and it was damaged. I called Macy's and the customer service representative was awesome. She refunded my Macy's credit card. And sent me two emails. One to tell me the price of the desk was refunded to the card. And another email to tell me that I could discard the damaged desk and there was no reason to return it. Now I can re-order the desk when I get off work today. The damage to the desk was not macy's fault, it happened during the shipping process. The whole Macy's return process and re-ordering process is professional, convenient and pleasant.
I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt. They doubled my order but did not provide me with a recipe or an update in my order history. They charged me twice, and told me i could not get refunded until my order was delivered, and then I had to return. I am currently waiting on hold to speak to a supervisor. I have been on hold for an hour and a half. The phone disconnected once and I had to start over. They do this because they want you to give up so they can keep your money they stole. I will never do business with Macys again in my life.
I participated in Thred Up because the promotion came to me thru Macy's and this gave me some sort of assurance in what they were offering. Now I feel differently and think this is a scam where only Thred Up is the winner. Macy's should be more careful in participating with companies of this caliber and specially offering the business to its clients.
I ordered a watch on Jan 3 2024. Usually I'll receive an Email that it's been shipped. I called the 9th. The watch was on a back order and had not been shipped. I wanted to cancel the order, but was told that I couldn't. On Jan 11th 2024, I received a Email that the watch was on back order and that I could cancel the order. So it's an act to get a Customer Service Representative who knows anything. Since the Email said I could cancel the order, the CSR told me that I couldn't. It was at the warehouse on back order and would ship in 4 days. I mean Good God. Horrible service! I'm paying my card off and get rid of Macys card. Never shopping again. 😡😡😡😡😡😡. And after all this, I better receive that watch!
I recently visited Macys at the Walden Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga NY. There were some good sales but customer service and friendliness was very lacking. I needed to checkout and the store was not busy but I had to go around the store asking to be checked out and the workers were very rude and would not help me. After asking the 6th person to please check me out it was a success but the worker acted like it was an inconvenience to drag her away from the group of Macy's workers gathered together talking. Never in my life have I encountered such terrible service.
Macy's, how stupid are you? I wanted to use a $250.00 gift card and then add another $80.00 to make a purchase. We were told the I had to have double on the gift card in order to use it. No sale! COVID 19 must be good to you and you don't need sales. Congrats!
I have tried to order from Macy's a lot of times. When I enter my card, pay for the goods, then in 10 minutes I recieve an email that my order was cancelled for no reason and then I need to wait for 14 days for my money to be refunded! I tried different cards - but always the same!

It depends on the macys, but the one located inside the International mall has the worst customer service. Nobody says hello or ask you if you need any help, not even in the make up section where you need assistance. Everyday is worst!
Sarah is one of the best people I have dealt with. Her spirit is sweet and she treats her with utmost respect. She knows exactly her job with the customer. Talking is not enough for her. I wish her success and success.

Very shady business practices, and apparently they fine customers if they write negative reviews when they fail to deliver the order. Watch out and read the TOS, since that's where they hide the language which gives them the legal right to do so.
I placed an online order for a Nutri bl450Ninja pro. That was in-stock and available and said that it would arrive in 8 days. Then I received an cancelation email which is a real inconvenience. Now I have to look elsewhere for this product. This was really bad experience since it's been awhile since I shopped with Macy's due to a previous negative experience.
I have been a Macys credit card holder since 1998. The last month or so they have been canceling all my online orders. I was sent an email stating that I had numerous claims of non- receipt. Which isn't true I had one claim and I guess they don't want you returning merchandise that you order. If I go into the store and see something I like… if they don't have my size I order it on line, but I guess if it doesn't fit or it's made like garbage they expect you to keep it. Maybe you should have a larger selection in your stores.
I will be canceling my card.
We ordered a couch that was supposed to be delivered in two days of our order. We received a call from the delivery driver that the wrong couch was placed on the truck and that it would be on the next delivery to our area the following week. Then we receive a call the couch will not be delivered till june1 even though they have 10 in the warehouse. We do not recommend this company to anyone.
I purchased expensive diamond earring and the post broke off after I wore them once. I contacted Macy's Southridge in Greenfield WI and the ladies in the jewelry department were not helpful. They said I cannot return them and have to contact the manufacturer and pay to get them repaired. The ladies were rude and disrespectful. They had no concern at all for the situation. It's not wonder Macy's is struggling with employees and policies like this.
I placed a huge order online and was to receive 2 Lancome free gifts but one was canceled - customer service did not offer a replacement - only a limited discount on my next order that expired at the end of the month. Poor service not response to discount my existing order.

UPS delivered my package to the wrong address but because they told Macys the package was delivered, Macys refused to offer refund or replace. Eventually a neighbor returned package to me, but what if they hadnt? Customer service was not helpful at all. Shop somewhere else, i know i will
I ordered from them online international Canada, it gave me confirmation and I thought everything was fine but after a 10 days I emailed them for shipping confirmation and they replied back telling me that it has been cancelled, they don't have it in stock and I should buy it thru another site. The inconvenience it costed me with my Visa card was horrible. I was charged already for something they never had. They don't communicate. Don't trust online shopping with them, not trust worthy. They always ship late and it takes them even a month. This is ridiculous and I won't be shopping with them again. DON'T TRUST THEM. This item was suppose to be bday gift and wanted it on time.

I been with Macy's since i was in 11th grade H.S this company used to be so competent now most of the representatives in the call center are rude and unable to help with your inquiries. They lied about sending me a statement i requested one month and a half ago.I called after that month within a 2 hrs call tranfers from one to another they block my account.They have the audacity to ask me for a 4 digits referral they sent in the mail. How will i receive those 4 digits in the mail when one rep named "ANNA" said it was the Apt # that was not updated that was the reason i didn't receive my card and my billing statement. How and where would these numbers be sent to. Macy's representatives are trash,unprofessional,rude and most of these agents language communication is below grade level. Hard to understand you and hard for you to understand them. Call center isn't the place for them.
Kleargear is the worst place to order from. A friend of mine ordered some products and never received them. She attempted calling this company. No answer EVER! She emailed them. No response EVER! Then I saw a news story about another family who had lots of problems with this scam company. They were charged a $3500 "fine" and had their credit destroyed when they refused to pay the joke of a fine. Why you ask? Because the wrote a bad review of the company who claimed that their purchase agreement contained something that said they couldn't bad mouth the company. Well Kleargear... I never bought anything from you or signed some bogus purchase agreement so I can give you all the bad reviews I want and you can't do a damn thing about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
Awful online service. They charged my visa 2 times gave me an the most dumbest reason for it. I looked today now I've been charged a 3rd time. Customer service very poor not to mention they have no idea what's going but act like they do and get mad when you aren't excepting their foolishness. Don't order online best to go to the store and buy!
I ordered 2 items online. One was shipped without the barcode tag and appeared to have been worn, with the tags reattached. Both items needed to be returned so I went to the store to do that. There were no sales staff in any department! I wandered around the entire second floor looking for someone. I finally came upon one woman working at the "service center", which is apparently where all purchases/returns are made now. The sales woman was very polite but she refused to return the item without the barcode tag. I told her I had a receipt with the UPC code on it. She clearly had no idea how to hand enter the UPC code. A manager had to come down, which took about 15 minutes, and completed the return. My goodness, what has happened to Macys? What is stopping people from robbing the store blind? I will never shop there again.
