I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
I have contacted Macy's customer service, the president of Macy's and have not had a resolution. Gift the first one sent on 12/16 when it was not received by the 23rd I called and their customer said they would cancel and refund it and he reordered another on 12/23 which was never received. I still have $200 on my credit card that I have disputed. It is one excuse after another, they have the numbers and can see they were not delivered to the address given, if they sent to the wrong address that is their isuse not mine. Completely done with Macy's!

I am a very good customer of Macy's. I ordered a few items for xmas and 2 of the items were returned because they were damaged in transit. Both item were shipped in a plastic bag with no protection whatsoever. This has happen in the past and I must say it happens with most retail companies. The people that work at these organizations are improperly trained or really just do not care.The cost of shipping the items back and forth is expensive not to mention the loss incurred by the damaged product. I never received my credit back after the item was returned and the Macy's site acknowledges that they have received the item back. Well after speaking to 3 different people who work in another country and have no grasp of the english language, it been 3 weeks and still no refund. Macy's will eventually go out of business because they have no idea on what they are doing. Poor customer service and poor training of their employees is actually costing them more money than they are saving by having outside company handle their business affairs. Attached is a photo of a cookware item that was shipped in a plastic bags without any protection and they expect that the gorillas at Fedex and UPS will handle each item with tender care. Then every month you get survey asking you on how they did but never responding to your comments. Like they really care!

I bought a set of silverware from Macy's website. After 2 weeks I received an email from customer service department that they canceled my order because the price on their website was incorrect for that product. After 2 weeks that I was waiting for that product to arrive, they decided to cancel my order without contacting me! I contacted the customer service but they couldn't make their loyalty customer happy at all. I'm really sorry for Macy's company for losing their customers very easily.
I never went into Backstage, I consider it a thrift store that is not together. But, there is a new lady named Naya she assured me and walked me to the item I could not find in regular Macy's. She took the time to talk to me, find out what I needed, stuff I did not want, but she talked me into buying. When she walked me back to the register there was a long line. She took me to the end regisgter and said "do you think I am just going to let you walk away after all the hardwork I put into shopping with you." She placed my items on her regisgter and rang them. As I looked at the long line of people I just stepped in front of, she said, "if I didn't have on a mask you could see me smiling, those people are regulars who will come down here to me and talk and get just as much time with me as you did".
I will always stop by Back stage not only to say hello to her, but to hear her laugh when she speaks to people, how she interacts with all the customers and just for her Customer Service.

If you are in Back Stage look for the lady Naya, she can tell you if she has a product without you shopping the entire store, she will walk you to the items and talk to you while walking. She waits to see if you need more help, she helps you get back to the register if you are overloaded with items in your hands. She must be a new type of employee they are trying out, she is to nice.. but it is welcoming ..

I purchashed all the Aunt Jackie hair care products, shampoo, conditioner, anti detangler, spray conditioner. I got $200 worth of hair care products because Naya said Back Stage does not order, we get out shipments directly from different Macy's that have outted or out seasoned items. So, the best thing to do is get it while its here because tomorrow it is gone.
I got Christmas items too, but I got over 20 haircare products because of her.
Looked at this site prices were ok but with their threat to sue anyone who leaves a negative comment after purchasing from them i felt it better i never purchase from them so regardless of their sites abilty to function or thier prices i find the risk of doign business with KlearGear to be a threat to my Constitution.
My recommendateion dont buy from them.
I purchased a comforter online that was on sale and was sent a throw. No packing slip came with it. Wonder if they realized their mistake and knowingly sent a crappy throw. When using the Chat feature on Macy's customer service page I was cut off twice when I asked a direct question on how Macy's was going to remedy their mistake. I was never sent transcripts of the chat even though I checked that as an option. I did receive and email after the first chat with a link to my return packing slip but that was a faulty link going nowhere. During my second chat I was informed there were no more items they could ship me and to send it back. This person on the Chat could not confirm I would get my money back, I was just told to send the item back and they directly signed off the Chat. I was sent a second email that stated again Macy's could not reship or give store credit. An email address was given if I wanted to tell them I was not satisfied with the result. This shows that Macy's knows they are not giving adequate service upfront and wanting you to jump through multiple hoops just to remedy their mistake. Highly dissatisfied and do not recommend Macy's!

I just opened Xmas present for my son a comforter set. It looks like it was used and had dirt on it. This is disgusting, how does this happen. See pictures below
I spoke to the supervisor about a refund after the Items that I had purchased already had been received. The supervisor decided to play games and never process my refund. I called a month after to find out why my refund wasn't processed yet and the lady on the phone told me the supervisor I had previously spoken to had put down on the notes that I wasn't the customer so he never processed my refund. Seriously? It's sad to see such a reputable company hire such pieces of $#*! as their supervisors. After 20 years of shopping at Macys, I will never ever give them another dollar again.
They do not have nothing. Only the quality of the perfume is great, but in any outlet you will find more or less the same perfume for the half of the price.
About discount. Lol, they always say, sorry but we do not have discount for Lacoste. Lol, 3 month later you come and you see a sh... lacoste product touched by everybody, something that nobody will wear it for 40% less over $80, lol same sh...
Come on Guys. Discount over products people will not wear because of the season is what Nautica does in their outlet. Do not go to Macy's because you will not find discount there.
I live in Miami, last month I went to Nautica to buy a Tower to go to the swimming pool because in Miami we still have good weather. I use to buy it for 54 usd, They gave it to me for 14 usd only because it was out of season and they did another good discount because I use to buy their products.

I did 2 online orders one order I did immediately got canceled so I called macys about refund policy, the lady said if I still wanted the items, I said, "yes", so she proceeded to order,got off the phone with her my email says it's been cancelled again, whatever so I need to itemized receipts showing my items were cancelled and would be refunded to my account. Called customer service because the cancellation did not show on the itemized receipts they sent to my email, nether less customer service non speaking English with the competence of banana couldn't do this and told me that they sent an email to me, which I didn't receive while on the phone. She says to me it takes 24 hours to receive an email… are you kidding me! I ask her does she work for macys. She said yes, I said I don't believe you, and hung up the phone. After being on phone for an hour and a half what a joke. Never will I again shop at Macys I've had better experience at Ross. Very unprofessional incompetent company

As per the Black Friday ad the same doorbuster deal would be there on Saturday 9 am to 2 pm and I have visited Macy's on Friday after 2 and they said the door buster is over and it will start tomorrow with same deal. Basically they gave me wrong information on Saturday I was looking for one jacket that was on the rack the service people said it is out of stock. Though it was given 50% off on few brands and This jacket was there with this offer they still didn't gave me any offer.
We were looking to buy a men's perfume as a gift. Wigdan Mutwali offered to help us to find the best perfume for the price we wanted to spend. She provided an excellent customer service and we were very satisfied with the purchase we made. She even offered to wrap up the gift for us. Her customer service was excellent
Macys should close their business if they dont know how to manage customer. My items were cancelled at last moment and few of them are not even delivered after 12 days. Customer service is pathetic.
On 9/19/22, I ordered a pair of shoes on line, I paid for it and received the order number. Didn't receive any notification about the status of the order. Today 9/26/22 I called customer service and inquired about my order, was told that I had canceled it on the 22nd (not true). I asked the person to place the order again, but told the item is on back order. Aha now the truth comes out. Very disappointed with your system. I am not going to use it again

It was so hard me, coming from Canada, trying to find the best solutions for my fully renovated condo. With all my favourite colours I presented to Magdalena, she was quick and creative to show me all possible options, explained all differences in purchasing different duvets, pillows and sheets.She was working with me trying to find the best colors palette for my project. What a service!
I left Macy's with all pieces for my place! Happy and excited to decorate!

Order expensive ring for wife 12/17/14, order cancelled because they couldn't reach me by phone (to re-verify my order?!).
I called them & reordered this 2,500. Ring on 12/18/14 & they said it was all set.
I get e-mail on a2/20/14 saying Order Cancelled.
I CALL THEM AGAIN.
They attempt to explain (nothing). They begin to reprocess YET ANOTHER Order.
They tell me,... "out of Stock".
PITIFUL order processing & customer service.

The cashier connected my Macy's credit card to my family-shared Plenti card without my permission. I said to her to, " please remove it from my Macys credit card." Unfortunately, she does not have that authority. I called Macy's customer service, which is in the Philippines, AND my security information is needed to remove the Plenti Card. :/ I decided not to provide that information.
I will close my Macy's account and use my AMEX instead!
Macys screwed-up my Christmas! I ordered two vests for my daughters present at DECEMBER,8! 10 days of trucking they cancelled one order, did not even bother to sent email to me (I find out from MY OWN trucking)! On December, 20 they send the second order on 3 sizes BIGGER. I had to go to the store during the season time, stay on line to return it. Both my daughters stay WITHOUT present on Christmas. Very,very disappointed.Can't count on this store anymore.
Went to buy swimwear. Saw two racks that's stated 30% off or greater. Found unreal deals on shorts. When went to cashier she rang up and noticed the pricing did not match the ticket. Cashier said I need to call Manager when I asked about the ticket pricing. John Dept manager came over I explained to him about the pricing difference he said it was a mistake. I explained to John not my issue if staff either put wrong price or not. He said well I can't do anything. I asked for his boss which Allie store director came to see and I explained to her again the same she said well it ran out of ink. I asked so all 150 items marked this way staff would not see ink problem? She said can't be right pricing which I again showed her signage stating 30% or greater. I think these Managers could have made the situation better but instead they said no. Customers don't know what deals are when or pricing. If you advertise 30% or greater than honor it. Will reach out to corp office which hopefully will find a resolution.
I ordered 3 items in same order. During the checkout, Macys system did not ask my shipping address as I had my shipping address in the record, I didn't think they would use the old shipping address neither. When they emailed me order confirmation, I noticed they actually used wrong shipping address. To correct the issue, I contacted 5 customer rep with a hope that someone knows how to correct it as the items were not shipped yet. First they told me they can change the shipping address by rerouting it after shipping. I called after shipping and then they told me they cannot reroute it and I should wait until delivery and they will refund my money. In the last email, they told me to contact the local post office in IL! I still don't have the items and wasted so much time with this. Macy's customer service is truly the worst. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Ordered my wife a birthday gift a few days ago, Macys canceled the order immediately but didn't refund immediately. Ordered next day through another app, canceled, haven't received a refund. My wife ordered my gift from them a few months back, Macy's never got that item to us either. 3 failed attempts to make a purchases that totaled over $500. If they don't want our business, we'll take it somewhere else.

I ordered Frango Chocolates on December 15th with a promised delivery date of December 21-23rd. They came in December 27th, a little late for Christmas gifts. I've ordered these for the last 10 years as great last minute gifts. No excuse! Plus the wrapped boxes look like they were dragged here behind the UPS truck.
