I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
Love their free returns! Don't have a Macy's store near me, so this gives me the freedom to order risk free. Always happy with purchases or i print free return label and send back for full credit. Awesome!
Macy's website is very glitchy—bouncing around on the page and as I click on an item I get an 'access denied' message. I thought it was just my phone, but it happens on my windows laptop too. I love the products that Macy's has to offer with their incredible sales, but our local store shut down and my only option is online purchases now. If Macy's can not provide an easy efficient website they will be losing a loyal customer. It would be more helpful to the customers if they made the returns easier like Amazon does. That way we don't have to worry about printing off our own return labels.
The customer service for Macy's has gone down in the years. This definitely the last time dealing with them. They will put you on hold, transfer you back to que or simply put you on mute until you hang up. This year they have ruined Christmas for my family. After calling every day the past few days and them sending gifts to the wrong address, they now have over $1000 of pending charges on my credit card for 6 pair of levis jeans. This is absolutely ridiculous coming from a a supposedly high end store. I am so disappointed in their customer service. Please bring back the agents who speak english
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and received an email confirmation that it was shipped. Two weeks later, on the expected delivery date, Macy suddenly refunded me the order amount without any notice. Customer service did nothing to help with the situation. Did not offer any solutions that time was wasted ordering online from this unreliable company. There was no explanation for why the order was unfulfilled. No gift card, discount, or anything to compensate for the inconvenience they have caused to their customer. This is the second time that it has happened. DO NOT purchase anything online from Macy's if you absolutely need your items before a holiday or any important dates. They are very unreliable and constantly unable to deliver what they promise.
They lied and said they shipped my order but they didn't. Only a label was created and it never even left the warehouse. There is absolutely no way to talk to a customer service representative. They only offer a fake automated online bot to talk to instead of an actual person. I tried calling the customer service number & they're all "busy." I'm never ordering or buying anything from Macy's ever again. They are extremely incompetent and sketchy. Even the employees that work inside the Macy's stores at malls are rude and unhelpful. If I don't receive my order by the end of this week I will be disputing the charge with my bank and I'll also be reporting Macy's to the Better Business Bureau

I've had very good experiences ordering from Macy's. With online discounts, the prices can be quite good, and I really like some of their in-house labels, especially for basics like t-shirts to pair with skirts. Returns are easy and refunds processed quickly.

I bought my daughter a long dress at Macy's. It was for an out of state wedding. We get to the hotel in Alabama and she tries on the dress. It doesn't fit. We got back to Louisiana and went to return the dress. I have the receipt but somewhere between Alabama and Louisiana we misplaced the tags. I didn't really know they were essential, I just knew I had to have the receipt, right? WRONG. They refused to refund or even give store credit on a $169 dress that has never been worn, with a receipt. I'm stuck with the dress, but Macy's loses. I always shopped here. No more. I usually spend between $3000 and $5000 on Christmas at Macy's. From now on I'll take my business to Dillard's..

A dress I ordered went half off less than 2 weeks after I bought it and both a rep AND supervisor would not do a price adjustment. Their policy is 10 calendar days regardless of when it was delivered. They were happy to have that policy to hold tight too, like the company would go under if they gave the adjustment to a long time customer! Now I have to buy it again and return the overpriced one to get my $80 back. I was a customer for over 30 years and never had such poor service or poor policy spewed out at me. Horrible! Obviously Macy is not concerned with anything other than their bottom line!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered items from them, which never arrived. They did not return any of my emails or phone calls, never refunded me. Nothing. If you are thinking of ordering something, you'd be better off just taking that money, walking down a city street, setting it down on the sidewalk and walking away. At least then you'll have no false expectations that you'll be getting something in return. They are nothing but scammers.
The worst service ever. Store manager, sales person, macy's credit card issuer - terrible - They cancel my furniture without my knowledge for days no text message, no call informing cancelling the order. They charge my credit card which is almost 10 days - amount not credited. Every time you call no result. Please keep all your receipt in place if you face the situation like me and be ready to stay on the phone for hours.
I'm a new shopper to Macys. Received $20 in Star money. Went to use it today, provided receipt they gave me 2 weeks ago showing I earned $20.00. They said sorry nothing comes up when we pull your account up. So Macys, thanks, but no thanks.
KlearGear.com is nothing but trouble. Website says they will ship all in stock items next day-LIE. They also don't answer emails and their phone is busy 24/7. I had a bedspread custom made in a material that isn't very user friendly. The shams are sliding down and it takes me a long time to make up the bed because it shows all creases. When I called customer service they said they don't usually make spreads. They could have cared less about my unhappiness. They didn't even offer to send someone out to look at it. True I saw material, however, I feel the designer is the professional and should have warned me of the practicality.of the material.
She was a lovely person but needs to improve on steering customers in a positive direction.
Ordered a watch "Holiday Lane". Received it on time. It is very beautiful, affordable and runs well. There are many other watches which I like, "Versace" for example, but they are too expensive for me.
I'm a plus size woman and love to look nice, I love my clothes to look young and present showing an older woman with freshness and current ideas of what's happening. I found that Macy's sales are the best, and the sales offers on designer names are fabulous to someone as myself who must pinch pennies. Please check Macy's.com out and I promise you will be delighted. Call your orders in, because the sales reps are tremendous with offering more savings and sometimes giving free shipping to you, just because you placed an order. Macy's offers a wide range of goods. They also offer great coupons, so before you shop there, looking out for their price reduction coupons which really help you to save so much more. They are open 7 days a week and provide excellent customer service.
If I could give less stars, I would. Macy's sent my bills to the wrong address and then only called after 2 late payments were implemented. I ended up paying nearly twice the amount that I actually paid at the store and they refused to waive any late fees. The customer service agent was rude and their service and quality seems to be drastically declining as the years progress. I have been a member of Macy's for years but closed my account and will not shop there again after this.
Although the quality is usually ok the styles of Macy's cloths is terrible. You can tell people that are much much older decide what to put on rack at Macy's and it's all do not modern. It's cheap fabrics never anything cute. I only go to Macy's for towels when they are clearance
The Christmas gifts are same old same old. Don't know how Macy's is in business. It's never busy in the stores. Any way ya just no style for younger them 70 year old people

I visited Macy's store at 151 W 34 St. On 9/28/23 to see what Winter Coats were on sale in the Men's Department. I met a Representative name Thurman right away. He was polite attentive with helping me finding what I was looking for. I went in with the mindset to purchase (1) coat, but I ended up purchasing (2) coats. I was Ecstatic with the Color, Size that were available in store. I'll be recommending Macy's to Families and Friends; especially the holiday season, around the corner. I'll be adding more suits, shirts, ties, shoes etc soon, to my wardrobe, especially for the work I do. I'll be for sure asking Thurman for his help again, because of the Professionalism he showed me, at our first meeting, usually you don't find that too often.

I bought some items on sale in November and already they are falling apart. The sales lady talked me into getting an additional discount by opening a card and it's been nothing but problems ever since. Even when you pay your balance in full they keep sending you bills for $2 for months and months on end even when you call customer service to remove it they never do - it's hell. What a horrible way to kill your brand Macy's.

What a terrible company. Dont ever shop here as they are everything that is wrong with online shopping. How bout you support your loyal consumer instead of penalizing them for your lack of service. I hope the jury puts you out of business and we find out who you are so you can never re incorporate under a different name.

For more than 20 years, she would not remove the negative score on my credit report. It occurred when I switched from a Macy's regular account to a Macy's American Express. I did not receive or accidentally threw away the paperwork and was unaware of the new account. I paid everything in full but to no avail. I am not happy with that kind of business!
