I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
I bought a ring that was on sale on Dec.16th, and Macy's did cancel my order without notifying me. Now they want me to buy the same ring at full price.
I bought 2 bras was supposed to have been around 43 with tax and they charged my card 53 I know it's only 10 dollars but the problem is I have called twice and was told I would get a credit and never happened so I just got off the phone with another agent and was told that the agents you spoke to in the Phillipines never put in order number so couldn't credit account a bunch of BS will not use my card again

I ordered 4 blouses which didn't fit. When I requested a return, Macy's sent a return label for 3 of the items and a return label for 1 item. They claim they only received 3 rather than 4 and credited me accordingly. I spent 1 hour yesterday on the phone and the rep was from the Philippines. I realized after 1 hour on basic hold that she had no clue what I was talking about when she finally asked "would you like to reorder?" WHAT? Asked for a USA rep and she was just as bad. Then I tried again today and the same thing. I called several times and every one was from the Philippines. I asked for a supervisor and she wouldn't do it without finding out what my call was about. Then she put me on hold forever with HORRIBLE music! I will dispute this charge on my American Express and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MACY'S AGAIN!

It seems Macys committing a Fraud as many of my friends are the victims of it.
If you buy an item like Perfume. Macys offer you $10 less if you pay now and pick it up 10 days later.
BUT; many of us forget about it later.
THEN; Macys charge the item plus interest of 15-20% and has no desire of removing it even a month after if you do not pick it up
The General manager of Burbank Macys in CA. Where trying to fool me this has never happened & she refused to payback the interest and refund the money till we contacted the financial Dept. in Corp. office.( 2 hours waste of time)
If an item is not picked up, according to California State law. Item must be removed with in 3 days. And credit card must NOT be charged.
After I paid the balance in cash the General manager spend 10 min to verify my $100 bill with different machines ( speaking of intimidating) and refuse to give me a receipt of Zero balance.
This kind of business by Macys is un acceptable, I already contacted Rand Mac NBC for investigation and I am trying to find out if the number of victims are more than a dozens, so hire an attorney for a class action lawsuit

I usually don't write a review for any stores or products. But this time, I decided to write a review due to the fact that it makes me feel very upset and less than any other individual just because of the way I was treated by Macys. I Placed an order the week of Nov. 16 from Macys for 4 pairs of Diamond Love Knot Stud Earrings. I put the order to be shipped to my daughters address in NJ. I loved the earrings and the way they were packed was stunning/amazing. Therefore, I decided to order 2 more pairs the following week. But this time I decided to get them shipped to my address in the Bronx. However, the earrings were broken and they were packed in such a way that it was disgraceful, just to see the poor job that person that prepared the order did. I've been in this country for 33 years and I've never experienced racism. However, this time I felt it. I felt ashamed and disgusted about the whole situation. I just hope that no one else faces the same experience that I had. The saddest part is that I pay the same amount of money for the same items and what I got doesn't even match the first order. Very sad that in 2022 racism still exist in the USA. Also, I need to point out that I wrote a review of the Items as soon as I received them. However, nobody has taken the time to answer my concern.

YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OF COURSE THEY HAVE NO RECORD... BUT YOU SURE HAVE PROOF YOU PURCHASED THE ITEMS... SO UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PAYING FOR FEDEX OR SIGNATURE REQUIRED DO NOT PLAN ON GETTING A REBATE BACK FROM MACYS!

I bought a tie here once. And a bed. The bed cost $1700. It lasted 2 1/2 years. Customer service was a joke.

Macy's is great about order updating. Sometimes I get my orders in one day and sometimes it takes a week. They are great about returns. Customer service is usually pretty nice.
I have ordered many linens. Particularly bedspreads and mattress cover, and Clark shoes when on sale. The quality of what I have ordered has been excellent with me making no returns.
Ordered the wrong size from them by mistake. A quick call later and the return was processed, quickly and easily. The money was back on my credit card within two days.
Macys.com carries the same types of items you will find in their physical retail stores. The website is easy to navigate and the transactions are secure. Orders are delivered quickly.
I got notice that my package was delivered by Macy and it never was. The package was delivered somewhere else but every time I ordered something I got the package is Macy slacking

Macy's advertised 4 boxes of Christmas cards for $28 SHIPPED. I ordered 8 boxes. Because I did so hurriedly I did not notice until the next morning they had charged me $50.08 in shipping. I sent 2 emails - no response. When I called I was told there was a $6.26 SURCHAGE PER BOX. I went back to the advertisement and sure enough, if you click on Shipping, the surcharge is listed. I did not feel the need to click on shipping as I already knew it was coming by ground and had no intention of returning the items. There was no asterisk or any other indication in the headline that additional charges apply or one needed to click on the Shipping category. When my package arrived (10 days later) there were only 6 boxes (although the invoice said 8). I called again and was told my 2 missing boxes would be re-shipped. I waited 11 days and called yet again. Now I was told that the cards were out of stock and I would be issued a refund. Had I not called Macy's would gladly have kept my nearly $30 for items not shipped. Bottom line - Macy's practices deceptive advertising, they cannot count in their warehouse or issue correct invoices and will not issue a credit of their own volition. So BUYER BEWARE, read all the fine print in every category and stay on top of your order. You are dealing with a shady and irresponsible company.

I ordered a gift on December 8th. Today is the 22nd and it's still not here. When I tracked my package it went from Arizona to California to Florida! WTF! I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA! Says it will be delivered on December 24?! Are you kidding me! Macy's YOU SUCK!

Macy's so-called White Glove Service, which is actually the name of the company they use to deliver furniture, is awful! If there were no stars available, I would actually give them negative ones. They delivered twice to my home, once two patio chairs and once a patio table. With regard to the chairs, they wanted to know if I needed to have the chairs taken out of their boxes! With regard to the patio table, I had made requests twice to Macy's representatives to insure that they would be wearing masks over their noses. One did, one did not. When I asked him to put his mask over his nose, he refused and simply went back into the truck! The other one finished putting the table together (in a light drizzle) and then left it in the garage. It would have been very easy for them to put the table together in the garage. In any case, the table looks awful, with many scratches and dents. I will be returning the table and requesting a refund of the delivery charges for both the chairs and the table. Given the rude, obnoxious, and incompetent behavior of these delivery folks, my guess is that Macy's is paying very little for this service and overcharging customers. My suggestion is not to buy any furniture from Macy's!
I have been shopping at Macy's since the 90's. Always find what I need at a great price. Shopping online is often even better than in store. Great return policy.
Their discounts on a year round basis plus their partnership with the plentiful card is amazing. To top.it off the stars reward in the holidays shows their class and. Loyalty

I made a purchase at Macys, within 3 days of my purchase Macys took the price down from their previous markdown and due to the amount Macys took it down, Macy refuses to honor their price adjustment, after being told on 5 different calls being told, yes they would honor and do the price adjustment.
