I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.
Bouchra azzab was excelent and she make my visit to store worth it. She show me new stuff and she was patient with me and at the end I left happy with my choice

We were just at Macy's... they literally gave two minutes till shutting the door. We had no idea they were closing until then. It took one minute to call my nephews who were getting a water ice and meeting us at a certain spot in macys and tell them that the store was closing in two minutes and to run back to the store from where they were at to be with us to go home. They closed the door and we asked if they could reopen it just to let the boys in who just made it to the door. They would not. Total kid safe issue. Then since they couldn't get through they started walking away from the door. I went out to go around the mall to find them and couldn't or get a hold of them on the phone again. We eventually did, but to not let kids reunite with their family who were right there was so not safe for a security person. We will not shop at macys again. They are not kid safe. Or do they show grace. Could he have unlocked the door to let the 2 kids in to their family and relock it still keeping the store safe and letting no new customers in. Yes. There was no concern from the security man for our kids welfare and safety.
The site indicates it is BBB approved at A+. But the BBB site says "Not so much"

Before I start I want to say that I would have rated them a zero but 1 is the lowest rating. I purchased a ring from the Levian chocolate Diamond collection and I was so excited to finally receive it as it was a gift to myself. Unfortunately I never did and when I called ups to see why I hadn't they told me my package was lost in the mail and to call Macy's to make a claim to get my money back. Macy's refused to contact ups for confirmation of my missing ring and have refused to refund me. They didn't offer to replace the ring or anything and were very argumentative about something I spent MY MONEY on. I am really disappointed in the customer service and the outcome. I would have shared the names of the people I talked to but they were both foreign and I could barely understand them. They did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. Needless to say I will never spend another dime of my money with Macy and I will tell everyone I know to be cautious of ordering things online from them. Boooo Macy's sucks, I should have went to Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus.
Hi I had a phenomenal experience at Macys. The Macys at Dadeland was crazy full. I had to go to the women's shoes to find a specific pair for my 16 year old who's going to formal Saturday. She had her heart set on a pair of shoes and they didn't have her size. However, I met the most amazing sales person named Carmen. She went to the back and checked thoroughly to look for another size. I promise you that she diligently was looking for my daughters size for over 40 minutes in the back with out giving up. After I had given up hope Carmen came out with my daughters shoes. I couldn't thank her enough after searching 3 different Macys. She's amazing. However, it doesn't end there, after that I had to go and find the intimate apparel to go with the dress. I had another amazing lady in that area help me. Ana Rabelo was her name. She went everywhere loooking for the right size. Finally, Aracely's in the shoe department helped me at the end with another issue and my Macys card. This Macys in Dadeland is incredible. As you moms know it's hard to get it right. It's awesome to see how it truly does take a village. Thank you Carmen, Ana and Aracely's. You guys are angels.
Macy's has some of the best quality products. My favorite in the store is the Housewares. I'm a utensil fanatic, LOL
Also, Macy's host GREAT parties for the community.
We ordered Krofton 3 pc furniture sofa, and a loveseat with a console in between (3 pc). This purchase was made in Macy's store in Oakland Mall, Michigan. The sales person - Susan Marie Oguguo - promised to deliver all pieces within a week. On the delivery day, only 5 pieces came and the console was missing. After a lot of phone calls to the store and customer service, plus patiently waiting each time to reach a live person, we found out that the console was put in a different order with a delivery date of one month later. This was never shared with us. A month later the missing piece came but this time it was a wrong piece. Instead of console, Susan had ordered an armless chair. We didn't know this earlier. It took another few days and multiple phone calls to figure out what happened. No one was picking up the phone call at the store and even after leaving multiple voicemails no one returned our call. Overall, the service was so bad that we couldn't get any answer. Finally I was able to get hold of Susan. She apologized first for her mistake, but then didn't correct it at all. It took me another 7 days to kept on calling to find out when the missing piece was going to come. No response from Susan or anyone from Macy. Out of frustration, I cancelled the console order. We are really frustrated with the whole experience. I am writing this so everyone is aware of what they could be dealing with, and hopefully no one should go through this bad service.

Most of the time they are unwilling to help you. And for this reason, I will not recommend them to anyone or shop at their stores/online anymore.
If you have daughters, you'll love this site! You can get a lot of brand name items at lower prices than in the store.
And see the news stories! These people are nothing short of criminals trying to ruin peoples credit hiding behind the fine print. Stay away!

I have shopped at Macy's online for quite sometime. There clothes are a bit pricey if you don't hit the sales but there quality is awesome!

Always rectified by knowledgeable service people via a phone call. Reliable and on time but occasionally leave a "bonus" item out of the shipment.
