I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.

I retuned some things back to Macy's and they have not refunded my money on my Macy's card. Approximately $1000
I have called them on the phone many times and they put me on hold for a few minutes then they hang up on me.
I call again and it's the same problem.

Please do not buy from these people (email:*******@gmail.com) they are total liars and con artists.

I paid nearly £80 for a Coast dress that was cream in colour and a UK size 10. They posted a shabby black dress (I can't tell you how awful it was!) that would fit a 6 year old child.

Kept telling me to be patient and they would refund me eventually. Scumbags. Steer well clear...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!

I wanted to buy bed frames and mattresses for my father (I knew what I wanted) but the transaction took hours.
1- you need to talk to a person CAN'T order on line
2- Macy's policy (at least in December) is to REFUSE to accept your credit card.

So then you need more extra steps with waiting at each point.

3- Contact your credit card company to confirm order
4- then wait on phone queue to give Macy's your card number AGAIN.
So much harder than necessary.

I was gifted an e-gift card, but I can't access it. I called the support line four times before getting any help. First the call was dropped, then I was redirected to a local store, then I was told that I couldn't be helped because I didn't purchase the card.

I used to LOVE Macy's INC brand. Most of my wardrobe contained INC clothes, but the last few years, the designs are terrible. I wish they would go back to their old designers. I haven't liked one INC item in the last 2 years, whereas I used to purchase thousands of dollars worth. Several of my friends have said the same thing.

I purchased a dinnerware set from Macy's. The company that Macy's used to send the purchase included their website, open to public. They were charging half the price for the same items. Macy's refused a price adjustment. Buyer beware!

Before you buy, check other websites to ensure Macy's isn't ripping you off!

If you want to get ripped off, use Macy's online ordering system. I ordered jewelry and before it was shipped I spoke to them and they confirmed to me that they send all their items through UPS but actually the delivery starts at UPS and finishes with USPS Service which is a complete disaster. After informing Macys that the jewelry did not arrive and speaking to the Macys 800 number, they said they would do the refund, but days later Macy's sent out an email denying the refund. After multiple denials, they said that it was delivered but it was not. Macys claimed that the USPS said it was delivered. If anyone can believe that, they're crazy and so is anyone that buys product off of Macy's online. So if you wanna get ripped off, buy jewelry from Macy's.

I ordered a wallet in Nov 2015, they sent me children's clothing by mistake. It took approx 6 weeks to pick the wrong package up & they refused to give me a refund until they got their items back (which they didnt even know they had sent if i didnt tell them!) Anyway after constant emails chasing this up & leaving complaints, they FINALLY issued my refund in Feb 2016! Awful experience, do not use Macys to shop online! I used to love going into Macys when in the US but this experience has meant I will not be returning.

Macys shipping and customer service is awful. Do NOT order from them if you do not have 3-4 weeks to wait for your items. Upon calling customer service they do not listen and basically read from a script. They do not think outside the box. I had to give them multiple options to try and I was already talking to a manager! I needed items for trip and they insulted me by asking if a 15% discount would make me happy after I explained the delay in the items means I won't have it for a trip and no longer need the items. They talked in circles for over an hr. I will NEVER again order from this store. They act like they are doing business 20yrs ago. I'm sticking with AMAZON!

I recently opened a new card at macy's and they run my credit without notifying me. I got an email from Experian that macys has run my credit which affects my credit score and went down. This was UNSAT. I tried to call macys credit claim many times to solve the issue, Credit claim was close most of the times or I got ignorant unprofessional customer service and was with no help.

My favorite store at the mall! So classy, so cute, affordable but sparkly. Favorite place to buy what I like or Christmas presents. Good discounts. Clean restrooms, they also have Troy's R us in it.

The salespeople in mens polo are dominated by a rude and aggressive associate named sophie. She makes shoppind very distasteful. Additionally a very large security guard wanders around aimlessly and inadvertinly knocks in customers. A very overall unpleasantshopping experience.Store manager does nothing to remedy situation, she must go.

A great site for all your needs. They have a very easy to use web site. I have bought several items from them and each one was a great bargin. One item I returned and I got a full credit towards another purchase.

During the Black Friday's sale, I placed an order online with my credit card and this order went on reversal 5 times. I called my financial Institution and they advised me there was no problem on their end. I called Macy's customer service and spoke with 3 different customer service representatives and none of them gave me any satisfaction on how to address the issue with my order.

I also placed my order with a customer service representative using a separate debit card. The customer service representative assured me that my order was processed and went through. Within the hour, my order was again cancelled by Macy's. I was also told that i did not meet Macy's verification tools which was never explained to me and why?

Macys customer service was so horrible to the point where It was super frustrating and unsatisfactory. Truly horrible experience.

I'll begin with, customer service, they have none, it doesn't exist, second,, if you are unfortunate enough to be an employee, beware of the AP (asset protection) Nazi's, truly the modern day Gestapo by any standard, heaven forbid you would honor a sale item to a customer, or go out of your way to let them know about any online coupons or discounts available to them, my god, you would think you took food out of their mouths

I love Macys especially the Macys at Bay Plaza in the Bronx. The store is always clean and smells good. The customer service is exceptional and lets face it, Macys sells quality and beautiful things unlike other stores.

Kleargear sucks. If you order something from them not only will they not ship it but they'll fine you thousands of dollars if you complain about it in public!

3/22/15... my mom and I went to Westfield Macy's in Palm Desert. It was Moms 80th birthday and she wanted a nice watch. The watch department was very busy so the department manager, Val, showed up. She was nice, fun and very patient while mom tried on several watches. After deciding on the perfect watch, Val turned us over to Susan Marquez, sales associate. She was amazing, knowledgable, fun and treated us beautifully. She made the watch a perfect size, explained warranty and concluded the transaction. Both Val and Susan wished my wonderful mom a happy birthday. Kudos to these two women in the watch department.

I get a perfume today for my birthday. I don't like to much. I drive to Macys westshore Tampa. I ask a old lady with a pice fabric in her face for retorn. She ask for a receipt. I show her a online receipt. She ask for I follow her and she told me they don't accept Channel retorn.
At Macys website says:
"We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 90 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Note: Any new or gently used Cosmetic or Fragrance product purchased at Macy's that does not meet your needs will be accepted for return."

They don't say anything about don't accept Channel product.
Macy in Tampa already have reputation and now I understand why.

Tip for consumers:
Don't try return perfume after you open the package because in the store they don't accept. But there policy online says they accept return.

This is a review of Macy's flagship store in Manhattan. First, my salesperson stunk of body odor. It was difficult to even deal with her. That aside, the salesperson assured me that if I opened a Macy's charge, I would receive a $100 statement credit. In fact, I received $100 worth of Macy's credit if I buy something else within ten days of receipt of my billing statement. This is a sleazy and illegal sales tactic. I should file a complain with the NY Attorney General. Never again, Macy's. Now I understand why your stock is in the tank.

Tip for consumers:
You can do far better than Macy's and not have to put up with a lot of unnecessary aggravation

I received a notice that my package would be here last Friday. Every day since (this is the following Friday) Friday, I received a notice my package will be here the next day! Ha! What a joke! Very, very irresponsible, undependable and not trustworthy! So buyer beware…. Stay away from online ordering!

Tried several times, be cancelled several times. Thanks to my patience, I repeated ordering again and again. The discounts online is attractive and worthwhile, but i think the shopping experience is not wonderful. My four stars are for good price and good product, not for macys.com

I bought a comforter set, with my major credit card. Thank GOD it was not my ATM card. I authorized 329.00. They authorized my card 3 times! So I had a hold on my card for almost 1000. 00. They claim that they charge the card for the sale and then charge for the shipped items and then charge again for the remaining items shipped. What kind of system is this?! I could not use my card bc it had a hold and I was on a business trip! Buyer beware! Macy will steal your money. It will take at least 7to 10 business days for the hold to be released! This is the most ridiculous system I have ever heard of!

I was preparing to make a sale, and the terms of service indicated that I COULD NOT write a negative review. They seem to have a lot of Think Geek material, and I was excited for a low cost alternative. But again, the terms of service are incredibly messed up. I've never, EVER, seen anything like it.

I contacted customer service, and eventually got through. I asked them about the terms of service, and they indicate that I could not, in fact, make a negative review of the site, EVEN if they screwed up. F-that.

Anyway, it turns out that Kleargear.com is in a huge scandal right now because of how screwed up they are. SHOPPER BEWARE.
