I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.

What in the world is happening to Macy's?! I tried placing an online order & had all kinds of issues so I called customer service to place order, they use offshore people that don't understand or speak good english, constantly had to repeat things, when we finally got to the paying part they informed me there computers had gone down & I'd need to call back in 2 hrs. Called back said they'd placed order & I would get a confirmation, never got one ck the next day still nothing long story short they canceled my order cause 1 of 3 items was sold out. So why would they cancel the rest of the order? Ended up I calling the store many times before I got anyone to answer the phone spoke to the store manager & was able to place order successfully. The whole process took around 3 hrs which is totally ridiculous. Again today I tried calling the store inquiring about an item & nobody answers the phone. Seems they have no customer service & if you do get hold of someone they know nothing. The store looks more like a clearance store than anything. Guess it's time to start shopping at Dillards, Nordstrom or VonMaur, done with Macys.
Delivered my bed with NO HARDWARE! Left it laid out on my bedroom floor ran out house jumped in their truck and tried to leave without ANY EXPLANATION! I had to pull my iPhone out to catch them!

Had the good Fortune of shopping at Macy's both at their Grand Manhattan store as well as the one in Long island and I must say the experience was great. The elderly lady at watches counter was so gracious and all the bling guys, especially thank one Young man who took great pains to help me select a winterJacket for my yohnge rBro.
I am from India but I still love the Manhattan Hospitality overall and especially at both The Macy's stores

My husband, & I are both Platinum Members, & all the sales people know us very well.
My husband purchased the large size bottle of Very Goodgirl,& the sales puts on told us they didn't receive the red bag that they would have it Monday May as refer to the add, & they would call me to come to the store to pick it up.
I called the store Tuesday May 25, & now they claim they are not going to get the bags in at all.
I called Macy's Customer Care, & they told me all the Coral Ridge Macy's has 21, the Galleria Mall Macy's had the offer, but the representative wasn't concerned when I told her the other Macy's are not close by.

I bought a purse weeks ago expecting to have it for Christmas but I never received my package, I received a email confirmation about my package delivered 12/09, I looked everywhere to see where was my package because I live in Apartments but nothing no news about my package, so I waited two more days to call Macy's to do the claim, when I called customer service to let them know about my missing package I was told that they will resend my package, the next day I received an email from Macy's, this email (We have researched the order in question and concluded that due to multiple claims of non-receipt, we are unable to credit or reship your merchandise. Also, we are unable to process reshipments or credits of merchandise purchased online going forward).
I was shocked because this is a completely lie, I just made only one claim in this past 15 years of been Macy's customer so no its not ok that Macy's have to lie for disregard responsibility of a missing package. Until this day I have called five times Macy's customer service, they keep saying that I will be reimbursed but nothing happens, I don't know why they don't want to be responsables of a lost package, because is a $400.00 dollars item? Macy's only refund cheap items or what is going on?

I purchased a cute backpack to go to work with on the app on my phone and chose to pick up the bag at my local Macy's. However, when the item was picked up from my order, I noticed the tag was $24.00 less than what I originally paid online, $106.80, so I called customer service and was instructed to send the order number *******483. I was already so annoyed and enraged by the audacity of the price difference because it's an ethics and integrity issue, especially for a frequent customer like myself. I emailed *******@macys.com as instructed by the customer service agents that I spoke to previously with the order number and picture of the tag clearly stating $82.80, but did they resolve the issue? NO; they were insulting at this point; I was so upset that I finally called the customer service representative a fourth time, and the agent agreed with me and gave me the adjustment. All the other attempts did not include the emails after three attempts. I went through all of the stress and hassle because of the principal. I know I will probably not be shopping at Macy's any longer.

Buyer beware do not buy your furniture from Macy's I got my delivery came with the wrong couch wrong recliner had to wait 3 weeks for a new delivery which is BS because it was their mistake again they promised me a 2 hour window delivery which of course they will not come at that time so waiting again because of their screw up 2 hour window came and left call customer service she called the delivery company they promised they would be here in an hour and a half. 45 minutes later I ger a call saying now they're not coming till 4:30.2 minutes later I got another call saying they are canceling my delivery in someone will get in contact with me to reschedule a new delivery. I called customer service they really don't care now I have to wait till 5:30 for my furniture the correct stuff which we all know it ain't going to happen I'll be lucky if I get it when hell freezes over they need to contract out the delivery service to a different company this company is unreliable unprofessional all they do is lie I talked to them the first time. I wish I would have went to Bernie & Phyl's or Jordans I would have paid a little bit more but at least I would have gotten the right furniture at the time they promised will never buy anything from Macy's again

Attempted to threaten me with dinging my credit score after I called to complain I never received my item. Needs to be driven out of business, I've never seen a shadier company.
Lately I've been ordering on line and it will say that I need to try back later something went wrong So when I check later it went through twice So I did not duplicate myself Macys web site did Very frustrating I tried to call and i couldn't get through so kept trying to cancel the duplicate and and the option never came up to do so When I finally got a hold of Macys it was to late. Do not trust Macy's employees! On June 16th I purchased a bracelet for my wife because we were told that we would receive a 25% discount because we were applying for a new credit card. The store receipt showed the full purchase but we were assured by 2 employees that we would receive the discount off the credit card bill THE PURCHASE WAS MADE AT THE MACY'S GALLERIA MALL IN HENDERSON, NV ON JUNE16,2022

I love the jacket I got from Macy's for Christmas. My man got it for me in amazing wrapping Macy's box.
I've submitted 3 rebate forms at the same time and macy's processed only 2 saying they haven't received my third form. I've a USPS receipt and copy of the forms as proof that I've sent in the mail. And now they are asking me to send the forms again over the mail. Just for small of rebate amount macys give us back how any mails I've to send them. All of my rebate offer amount will go for the mailing costs, if I resend them again and again. I asked them if there is an email or fax were I can email them but they are saying NO and they want the copy documents over the mail only. How can Macy's will guaranty me that they will receive my mail for the second time? Are they expecting to mail these rebate forms with certified tracking which costs $10 to get $8 rebate amount? Is this the way Macy's provide services to their customers? I feel this like a scam by Macy's to avoid rebate offer payments. I never recommend Macy's to any of my friends or family. Many times Kohls processed my rebate forms without any issues. This is the first time with Macy's and very bad experience. Don't fall into trap with Macy's rebate offers.
I returned an online purchase, and specifically requested via the Macy's website that my refund be sent to my Macy's card because I was purchasing a new item and wanted to use the refund to cover the new expense. Instead I got an email telling me that they were sending a Happy Returns Card. When I called Customer Service to express my concern, I was told that I could definitely use the card to pay my bill. I wasn't confident that the CSR knew what she was doing so I asked to speak to a manager - three times. After the first two request she put me on hold for a few minutes then came back and repeated her assertion. At the third request I asked if it was Macy's policy to not allow customers to talk to management, and she actually hung up on me! Anyone who knows me knows that I was not being rude so this was bad customer service, pure and simple. Of course when I tried to pay my online bill with the Returns Card, I find it's not an option - as I suspected. And now they tell me there's no way around it. If I don't pay my bill then of course it's my credit that gets zinged, so I have to pay it. And I have nearly $60 on my "Happy Returns Card" that I have to spend now, but after that I'm done. There's no excuse for this kind of treatment.
I ordered expensive earrings on Black Friday from Macys on line. They didn't send me an email acknowledging the purchase, but when I called about non-receipt I got the order number. Their website continued to say preparing for shipping long after the shipping date. They didn't have the item I ordered and didn't bother to tell me. I had to wait making four calls to find out that they didn't have it and wouldn't send it.
The helpful lady on the 4th call (after a long wait) said they would refund my money and asked if I wanted to complain to her supervisor. I said yes but waiting on the phone ringing for five minutes before they cut me off without answering.
Addendum: After checking and telling me they didn't have it and would credit my account they sent me an email saying it had shipped Dec 5. We'll see.
Addendum 2: They sent me an email Dec 6 said it was nearby (shipped to Virginia from California and would be sent that day. But two hours later they sent me an email saying they had refunded my money and didn't have it. I called and they said it was returned to the store. But it arrived the same day, even though they refunded my payment. The foreign people in customer service don't have accurate information, though they are friendly (after a long wait to talk with them). I'll wait for them to bill me rather than creating more snafus.
I ordered an item. When I received the item, it was the wrong item. I call customer service which was an ordeal. I was told that the item I ordered was out of stock, so I had no choice but to return it. I was told that I would be issued a refunded but after I received an email confirmation of the refund I noticed that I was only refunded for the item and not the shipping even though it wasn't my fault, so now I am out of $12 for shipping. Lesson learned... don't order online from Macy's. Plus, I have the time and cost to return the item. So lose, lose for me. When I returned the item to the store, I asked about the shipping charge, even though they were sympathetic to my situation, they said they couldn't do anything. When I got home I submitted a complaint to Macy's online but haven't heard anything back. I am making sure to share my experience online to warn other shoppers.
I posted my complaint to their FB page and got a response to PM them. After a day, I finally had a PM conversation and was refunded the shipping cost. I just wish that this had been taken care of through the regular channels like in the store or over the phone. I even sent my complaint through the website twice and never heard a response. So my message is to keep trying.
Even where in NY, My wife and I used to shop here always. From shoes, clothing, bags and Jocket. We love to go here smooth, nice snd cleasn places, Great athmosphere.
I like Macys, they have nice clothes. I wait for sales, cause it makes a lot of diference. They sometimes have awesome sales, and you get what you were looking for at a good price.
I ordered a pair of boots online on December 10 2021 as a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter. I got an order confirmation and also a tracking number on Dec 13th. With an estimated arrival of Dec. 17. I kept checking the tracking number and the status never shanked. Showed that a label was created and UPS had issued a tracking number but didn't show the package was shipped. After a week and no package and no updates I contacted customer service by email then phone. I was assured that the package had been shipped and would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. Next day I check my tracking number and showed was never shipped and order was cancelled. I co tasted customer service several times by email with no return emails. Was told by phone that they couldn't cancel the order and to wait to see if it arrived after Christmas. I was charged the day I ordered and finally have been told by phone that I will get a credit to my account for the order. Could take 5 to 7 business days to get it credited. I wasn't informed of any problems so there wasn't time to re- order the gift in time for Christmas. I was told by so called customer service that nothing they could do. Maybe this is why Macy's is closing stores? I have had an in store account and a credit card account with Macy's for over 10 years but customers don't seem to be of importance to them.

I have Never purchased a product for my home cookware that has such POOR Quality as the TOOLS of the Trade purchase at Macy's. The cookware is a one time use and Throw it away.
I ordered something on the 23rd of the month and it did not ship out until the 11th the following month. Who knows when and if I'll ever get the item I ordered. I could've ordered it from Hong Kong, Nova Scotia or Singapore and got it faster than this. SMH Technically, I could go to the end of my street and get the exact same item but I would've paid five dollars more for it. NEVER AGAIN MACY'S! NEVER!
