I ordered this dress for my prom and oh my goodness it's the best decision i've ever made. The shipping was good and everything was just high standard. I recommend!

I ordered a dress on line that was too small, but was able to swap for a different style. I do not like the new dress at all. When I asked to return for a refund they refused. Now it appears they have blocked all of my means of communication. I can't access their site and they never answer their phone. Mailbox is always full so cannot leave a message. $550 lost. BTW the new dress came with no receipt.

I am in the entertainment field. I had tried to find a dress in multiple sizes for up coming events in my field. The accented sales rep ( who did not identify himself) who spoke with me said he only had small sizes. I usually buy several of one style if I like it, but he did not have them. I had mentioned the debacles the Manufacturer I had experienced but instead of listening he disconnected me. Obviously he did not wish to court me as a prospective customer in the future. That being said he had no idea whom he was speaking with, nor how much money I could possibly spend with him. To me the dress not even $1000. 00 was nothing compared to what I normally spend. But he has lost a potential buyer for life without knowing or caring. From reading some reviews online about others experiences, I am not alone in my opinions.

Incredible customer service! I accidentally ordered a dress that was too big. Madame Bridal didn't wait for me to return the first dress, they mailed out the new size ASAP, as it was getting dangerously close to my big day. And one big obstacle off my plate. I am so thankful! They didn't even charge me return express shipping.

Got measured, ordered a dress two sizes bigger than their measurements called for. Dress came and is so small I can't even zip it. Panicking due to an impending wedding, emailed the company various times - no reply. Called and received zero sympathy, zero accommodations and zero exceptions. They won't even take the dress back that doesn't fit! Even though their website declares a 7-day grace period. I was told "bridal and bridesmaid dresses are final sale"... WHAT does that even mean?! On top of this, the man was BEYOND RUDE about the situation. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. A 3-day return policy is absurd, and they won't take phone calls. They only reply to emails with automated responses - if they reply at all. They are crooks and should be closed down. I've read nearly a hundred negative reviews about this company (a little too late for me, unfortunately) and now I own a $1000 dress that I cannot wear - the same story over and over. They are stealing money from innocent consumers that have become accustomed to online purchases and fair return policies. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau.

This retailer does not abide by the return policy stated on its website. Brad Simon the owner does not provide customer support for his customers. Once he has your $$, you will not hear from him again. Please Read ALL 1 star reviews, as they are true. 5 star reviews have been written by people hired on Craigslist.

I carefully took all the measurements on their size chart which indicated I should order a size 16. Normally I wear a 12-14. The dress arrived and it is huge. No where during the purchasing process did the website say this was a "special order". That notice came after they excepted my order and charged my credit card. Now they are claiming it is a special order and will not give me a refund. I have never been so upset. I cant afford to just throw $315.00 out the window. Buyers beware!

Madame Bridal has made a longtime customer in my wife. We were in town a couple weeks ago for an event. The customer service was excellent, they showed my wife their selection and helped her pick out a gorgeous black number. She looked amazing, more so than usual. They didn't try to rush us at all, but didn't waste our time trying to showing my wife styles she said she didn't want. It was a refreshing, exceptional experience. My wife has decided she will definitely order her next dress online from Madame Bridal (we live on the east coast of FL) for our next formal event.

The staff were helpful and efficient and were able to help me find the perfect dress. The shipping was unexpectedly fast, which was super convenient to my schedule! Great material, ideal fit. The website has an awesome selection, I'm especially pleased with the Bari Jay collection for the bridesmaid dresses. They are so elegant yet very simple. I am definitely going back for more than just bridesmaid dresses.

This operation is so poorly run. There is no one the staff that is interesting in providing any customer service. I reached out to numerous persons on several occasions via phone, email, and text. If they do bother to respond, they provide no valuable information and would prefer to put the work on the customer.

I am shopping for a wedding dress. Reached out them to ask about specific inventory. They emailed me an inventory list with hundreds of dresses on it and basically told me to look myself. When I spotted one of the dresses in which I was interested, I reached out to schedule an appointment, however, no one would return my emails or phone calls. Unreal... who conducts business in this manner? You're trying to sell $1000+ gowns and you offer no assistance. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed.

Customer service is awful, was told I could return a dress in stock, once I received it and wanted to exchange they said no it was a special order! Also free shoes and veil are a joke you get the cheapest not nice looking shoes available. Forget them answering phone or email

Thank you so much for the excellent service. I live in Malaysia and it shipped to me faster than I expected. My wife absolutely loves the dress. The dress is so gorgeous, look amazing & perfect fit too! Definitely will come back again!

If you need to return for any reason, they will tell you your dress is a special order and No refunds. Which is not what the website says. Very bad business. Now they've taken their website down. I am disputing this charge and sending the dress back.

As someone who had no idea what to expect with shopping for a bridal gown, I honestly can't give enough positive feedback about Madame Bridal. The entire experience was so awesome, it's one that I will never forget. They created a great environment for me and my bridesmaids. The service went above and beyond what I was expecting. Our saleswoman made great recommendations and was a joy to be around. She knew what I was looking for and picked out a handful of beautiful Mori Lee dresses, one specifically which ended up being the one! I can't remember her name, (I remember that she was originally from New York) but she was charismatic, and funny and had endless suggestions to help me plan the wedding (not to mention adding to the dress to make it more of my own style). I left feeling on top of the world.

Ordered a Bat Mitzvah dress on line for my granddaughter. Owner could not have been more helpful with my plethora of questions. Yes, there was a no return policy for this beaded dress and I don't blame them- it could have been destroyed if not packed properly.
My granddaughter was nervous before receiving it, even though, I had been practically assured it would fit her size.
And fit it did! Gorgeous dress and one over the top ecstatic teen. Many many compliments, but, most of all, she was totally in love with it!

Madame Bridal is an on-line scam. They do not take returns even though their policy indicates that they do. We received our dress on 05/10/17 and asked for return authorization and refund today 05/11/17 because the dress is too big. Their answer was "We cannot accommodate any return or exchange, we apologize for the inconvenience." A follow up e-mail to them has gone unanswered and they do not answer their phone and their mailbox is full. What kind of on-line retailer does not take returns? A retailer that wants to steal your money! I am contacting the Palm Beach County Attorney General and the Federal Attorney General. This is not an ethical way to do business

My first time visiting Madame Bridal was certainly an experience to remember, the customer service is stupendous. I was taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. I also had assistance with my fitting and my purchase, and that was years ago in high school when I purchased my prom dress, Today I am representing miss global international and they still to this day provide me with excellent service. Thank you so much Madame bridal I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Glad you people have a good opinion. I spent $378 that I can't get back, wedding is in a week still no dress (that will need altered due to the sizing advice) and Madame Bridal is ignoring my emails and phone calls and they even put me on hold and hung up on me!

Do not purchase from this online retailer! I was not satisfied with my dress (spent $729) and they only offered an exchange from the dresses THEY had in stock (144 dresses, only 26 of which were in my size!) AND THEY DOCKED ME 20% for a restocking fee ($145!) so I ended up having $583.20 to spend. My new dress I felt like I was forced to choose that I don't even love was $105 short of the $583.20 and they just kept the difference! So they stole $250 from me! Absolutely despicable thieves. Do not purchase from here! I will putting this EVERYWHERE.

I purchase a dress for an event for 750 the zipper does not work when I reach out to the merchant he told me try a bar soap or wax I told him it did not work that I also attempted to change the zipper took the dress to a seamstress and was told the dress I'd hidden zipper that would not fix the issue. Advise the merchant he stated he will contact the designer below is his

I am being told the hidden zipper for dresses that have the decoration on it have to be zipped up carefully. They all work the same way. Another zipper will not work. This is the professional opinion of 2 seamstresses working for us.

The customer service here was nothing short of excellence. Before coming to Madame Bridal, I had been to four other store's searching for the perfect prom dress. I was upset that I could not find what I wanted for my special night. A store associate assisted me and asked me if there was a dress I was looking for in particular so I gave her an idea of what I needed. She helped me find multiple options from Rachel Allen to Sherri Hill all for under $300! Because of Madame Bridal, I looked stunning for my prom night.
