I ordered my gown from Madam Bridal's website. I was a little nervous, that the color would be a shade off from the website or that it wouldn't fit properly. Thankfully, my worries were unwarranted. The dress fit perfectly, and was absolutely stunning! It was also a fair price, which is nice, as I have way to many overpriced bridesmaids dresses I'll never wear again taking up space in my closet!

I had such a wonderful experience with great service.

My bridesmaids are wearing dresses by Dessy (a couple girls already had dressed in their closets) and Madame Bridal had the ENTIRE collection, making it easy to find the remaining gowns! To top it off, Vivianne made sure everything was coordinated effortlessly with Albert, their in house tailor, making sure I had one less worry on my plate.

I am truly pleased with the treatment and level of service. I felt special and like I was family, which isn't surprising after finding out they're in business several decades and having been family owned the entire time.

I can't wait to get the pictures from my wedding day and highly suggest going to Madame Bridal for your wedding needs! You really can't go wrong!

I ordered a Bari Jay dress from Madame Bridal Online for a friend's wedding. On the night of the wedding, it tore at the seems. It was clearly a very poorly made dress, certainly not worth the amount of money I was forced to pay for it. Not to mention, it was extremely uncomfortable even before it ripped. I spoke with a woman from Madame Bridal named Cindy, who was very rude and said nothing could be done.

Trying to complete a return/exchange the company avoided returning calls, responding to emails or texts. After sending a dress back Madam Bridal refused any sort of refund/exchange and has refused to return the dress. Initiated fraud claim with CC company and Madam Bridal continuously lied about the condition of the dress and said the dress had been worn. Do not buy anything from this company, totally dishonest!

Don't make the same mistake I did. I bought a dress online from Madame bridal, and I received it with a soiled hem, the sequences on the bodice were falling off, it was stained, and there was dirty threads on the tulle. Brad, the man that sold the dress to me, did not even have the courtesy to return any of my phone calls or multiple texts, concerning returning the dress that was sent to me in such a horrible condition. I think it must've been a floor sample for years that they sent me, and did not let me know this. I had to spend hundreds of dollars just to fix the gowns sequences, and have it cleaned. I will go on every site I can to write a terrible review for this horrible boutique, just to warn people not to buy from them, and have to go through what I did!

I just had the absolute best online purchase experience I have ever had in my whole life with the US company Madame Bridal! They were able to confirm that the dress I wanted was indeed in stock and settled all my nerves about online homecoming dress shopping! Their customer service representative (Brad) was a doll, very pleasant and reasurring. My trust and faith in online shopping has been restored! Trust this company for any of your Bridal, Prom, Bridesmaid or other formal dress needs. Love, Love, Love Amy

I had a friendly and pleasant experience at Madame Bridal. I am not a professional shopper, meaning that I dont invest a lot of time learning all the latest styles. And the last time I was on the east coast, I needed a dress in a hurry. Their sales associate helped me find a dress off the rack. I put on my makeup in the dressing room and went to my friend's beach wedding in Fort Lauderdale. It took less than one hour in and out of Madame Bridal. I want to thank them for recognizing that I needed to be help fast. They did.

I went into the store, knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding dress. I had a great experience with Albert. He was very attentive, and pay very close attention to what I want and needed. Just picked up my dress and the fit is perfect! (no alteration needed. Yay). Although it was a bit of drive for me but I did call around to different bridal shops for the price and Madame Bridal had it cheaper. Not to mention I got a sash to go with my dress for free :).

After ordering a "Mother of the Groom" dress from Alfred Angelo Bridal and becoming a victim of their sudden closure/bankruptcy, I was very hesitant to order from an online store. However, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Brad Simon helped me decide on the correct size and assured me that I would receive my dress in 2 weeks, and he was absolutely correct to the day of delivery. The dress is in perfect condition, is just what I expected, and needs hemming, but very few other alterations. And what a surprise that I also received a beautiful pair of earrings with my dress! I'm so, so happy with my purchase and highly recommend Madame Bridal! Thank you, Brad!

I recently set out on a hunt for a bridesmaid dress AND a flower girl dress for my daughter. I live in a pretty remote area so I had minimal options when it came to where to shop. Needless to say it was an epic fail so I took to the Internet. I stumbled upon Madame bridal and was happy to see they had a large and unique variety of dresses for myself and my daughter too. I needed a red dress! Of course I was freaking out about whether or not the dress would be here in time or even fit me. I'm curvy! Let's face it sizes run differently every where you go. I'm pleased to say I received my dresses in the time frame provided by Madame bridal and I also took their address and ordered a size up (on their Q&A page you can find answers to all your shippin and sizing questions.) My dress fits beautifully! Thanks Madame bridal!

I did not receive a confirmation that they had received my order so I called the lady told me she could not find my order and that it had not been placed. A few days later I got the dress but had gone out looking for another one thinking the order had not been placed. They refused to return the dress for me even for store credit. This place is dishonest and horrible.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Madame Bridal. Such a wonderful experience! Order arrived much faster than I expected... and very well protected and packaged. Loved the dress and the customer service was great Thank you Madame Bridal!

I would NOT order from Madame Bridal. I ordered a dress that did not fit and they said it was special order and would not offer a refund! They have a very confusing return policy. I read it all but did not understand that my dress was special order. They get it from another store and then say it is "from another manufacturer" and it is final sale. What is someone supposed to do with a formal gown that doesn't fit?! They were rude in their emails, refused to make an exception and I would NOT trust that they will take care of you if you buy and something is not right! I would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered my wedding gown almost a month ago. I was told it was in stock in their store and shipping to me within 7 days. Day 10 no dress. I called many times with no answer. No reply to e-mail. Finally, someone answered and told me the dress was supposed to be shipped directly to me from the designer, but they made a mistake and sent it to the store. I was promised it would arrive by the following Thursday. No dress. No answer. No reply. Monday a "manager" got on the phone. She said the dress was being packaged as we spoke and gave me a tracking number. Wednesday no dress, no answer. No reply. Thursday, The person answered the phone and said she personally inspected the dress and it is being shipped. She provided me a different tracking number. Needless to say, my hopes are not high that I will received this Saturday. Wedding 2 months away.

Mademe bridal has the best dresses. I'm picky and didn't have any idea what to look for. I tried on a few things but fell in love with 2 dresses. It was hard to decide which dress I wanted to wear for my homecoming... The ladies there was patient and helpful. It was nice doing business there.

I ordered my dress two sizes larger than my usual size so that I would have extra material for alterations. The dress was still so small I could not zip it up in back. I called, and they said they could not help me and would not accept a return. I am now out of $1500 and no dress.

Never buy from this crook.
When I called to ask if he had the Mori-Lee dress I wanted in the size I needed he said Yes.
When I received the dress it was at least two sizes bigger than I ordered. The size tag was loosely stitched in with a nylon thread and was coming undone when I opened the box
When I called, he said its a final sale, (he never said this before) and that I can take it to be altered and he would pay the charge.
Every bridal store I took the dress to have it altered, said the same things. "That's not the size dress stated."
"He hasn't been honest, he's tricked you"
"That dress is wayyy to big to be altered!"
When measured against other Mori-Lee dresses of the size I ordered, the difference is astounding... the dress he sent me is much much bigger.
I only gave one star because there is nothing less, but BEWARE. He wont respond to my emails, won't take the dress back.
He is VERY dishonest.

One of the gfs in my wedding party bought her prom dress from Madame Bridal in 2014 and said that their bridesmaid dresses were just as good. So we went and I thought the personal attention we received at their store was fine. My friends and I picked out bridesmaids dresses with a salesman who treated us sweetly and made the whole experience enjoyable. In this amazon/Wal-mart economy, it was like having a personal shopping assistant. We went with Dessy Twist dresses to please all the girls. Even our pregnant maid of honor had a cute dress that coordinated perfectly with the rest of us. One of the dress lengths wasn't quite right, but they fixed it in time for the wedding, so no problem there. They also had plenty of accessories like shoes and veils. Thanks again! I recommend Madame Bridal to any bride-to-be.

I had ordered a dress a week and a half ago and the status of my dress still didn't change. They told me they were gonna have it shipped the next week but then when I called the lady was very rude and said it wouldn't be shipped and delivered for almost two weeks. Do not order a dress from here they are horrible! I wish they had a "-100" as a rating cause I'd be selecting it multiple times.

I've purchased a dress and was advised I was able to return the dress or exchange if I wanted another size. This is from 3 months ago! I received an email to send dress back and they refused the package. They do not return emails AT ALL! THey avoid every chance they can. It's like they run a Mickey Mouse shop. This is a crooked buisness and not sure how they are still in business and are very nasty people when you do get in contact with them. I've disputed with my credit card and it's still on going cause they are uncooperative. I've received a click n ship label from Madame bridal and they advised me do not send dress back we will refuse again. They play games and this business needs to be shut down. They are cruel and play with people's money!

When getting married I had the big task of finding flower girl dresses for my 3 daughters, because of course they all wanted to be the "flower girl". So when I went searching I found Madame Bridal and was blown away by the selection! I finally chose the Rosebud Fashions 5120 Flower Girl Dresses. I was very worried because my daughters range in age from 11 to 6. So the sizes are quite different and I wanted them to look good and flow with each other. The owner Brad and his saleswoman Viviana assured me they would be perfect!

They were SO right! Albert the tailor did an amazing job on these dresses. My girls loved them and looked like little princesses walking down the aisle in front of me! I couldn't be more happy with the results! Thank you to everyone at Madame Bridal for your hard work and beautiful dresses that made my girls so happy on our big day!

I think the reviews are either terrible or wonderful because of how you get your dress. If you get it on line, it seems people have a terrible experience, like me. If you wander in their store, it seems to be an entirely different experience. Once I gave them my credit card, I was at their mercy and they knew it. They were too busy to talk to me. The dress did not arrive when promised and they lied about contacting me by email. Viviana had no customer service skills with me. She was rude and abrupt. Always going to send me my confirmation email in 10 minutes. Never happened until my 10th phone call when they said that the dress that was supposed to be in stock actually arrived from Sherri Hill. Don't waste your time dealing with them over the Internet.

BEWARE! Ordered an event dress according to their measurements and took into consideration the reviews on dress (runs small). The dress arrived and is lovely but it IS huge! Have made many attempts to contact Madame Bridal for a size exchange. No answer to my emails, no answer to my attempted "online chat", and they will not deal with you by phone. Looks like I will have to pay another $150.00 to have dress altered down 2 sizes. Verrrrrry disappointed with their non-customer service. Will never deal with these folks again. Please beware... safe yourself the stress!
