I was on a major time crunch for my wedding i went to over 8 bridal shops and could not find anything until i googled madame bridal. I went in told Albert what i was looking for and he helped me and was able to help me stay within budget. This is a great shop they are understanding and caring. I ran into a financial situation and Albert was able to work with me so that i was able to get my dress. If you are in the south florida area please please please check them out you wont be disappointed i know i was not

My experience with Madame Bridal was pretty great. I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaids and I did not feel pressured at any time. My dresses were delivered earlier than promised and in perfect condition.
I recommend Madame Bridal to anyone who need a dress for a wedding.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter but never got any comfirmation email from them. I called a few days later to see what's going on and the gal said the dress has been discontinued and I will be refunded. Thanks for not communicating to the buyer! My card got charged and now I have to go to the trouble of trying to get it refunded. Horrible! I should of listen to the other reviews. Stay away they don't deserve to your money!

Please do not buy from this company this is a scam company, I order a dress back on April 24,2017, they said will be deliver bet-3-7 days, finally i got the dress on 5/28/17 but nothing like I order. They refused to returned my money. I have to order a dress from a different company pay extra shipping to get it on time for the occasion

Madame Bridal helped my daughter find the perfect dress! Without being able to try on the dress, we ordered what we thought was her size. Unfortunately, it was too small and with a no return policy we worried we would not be able to return the dress for a bigger size. However, working with a small business and talking directly to the owner, he accepted the return and we have the size she needs on the way for her big day! I am so thankful for the service and prompt resolution that working with a small business provides. Thank You!

When you have communication everything goes a little more smoothly. I ordered Jovani ******* and the week it was suppose to arrive it didn't. My time to be ready for senior prom was whining down. The week and weekend (April 19- April25) before prom I was on the phone everyday with the the man that handle problems with orders. Him helped me find another dress and send it to I got and gasped for air because I wanted for last year. Be patience with people and everything will work itself off. Im glad I ordered my dress from them.

I found Madame Bridal when I was searching for a dress for myself for an upcoming graduation celebration. I needed an evening dress for the party and I had none in my closet nor have I ever shopped for an evening dress for myself before. I found their employees to be helpful and patient. The staff helped me to find exactly what I needed for the party without making me feel stupid. This was really nice for me as, before getting help from the staff, I felt like I had no idea what I was looking for or doing. The dress I bought was beautiful and I got several compliments. In fact there were a few people who wanted to know where I found it and they were surprised to learn that I actually got it from a wedding/prom dress shop. I would definitely go back again for any type of dress. Recommended.

Stay away girls! I checked out this site to buy my wedding dress i wanted which is allure bridal gown 8850 and it said a dollar... really no way. I contacted them and they said they would fix it but looky hear it still isnt fixed. Just be careful.

This is a soul-less business. Once they have your money, you are no longer a concern. Had this dress delivered to a vacation spot in Florida & JUST missed the 3 day limit to return the dress. It was too small & I'm a student who saved for months for this dress & they wouldn't hear any of it. And what kind of business sells online with the following return policies: 3 days to return, NO money back (20% towards restocking, 80% towards purchasing ANOTHER dress). So basically, they don't allow refunds yet they sell online where people are unable to try it on. PLEASE don't take the chance buying online from a place that doesn't give refunds. I am always a size 4 in this designer & this happened to be the one dress that fit too small, so you can never tell what size you will be. If you get your size wrong & order the dress from this store, or if the dress ends up looking different on you than the models in the pictures, then that will be one costly mistake!

I would definitely recommend Madame Bridal to anyone looking for a dress. When I was looking for my prom dress, I decided to purchase at Madame Bridal. They have a great selection of dresses. The dress I bought was beautiful and at just the price I was looking for. Everybody complimented me during prom night. The customer service is good. I would recommend this shop.

I recently bought a Soulmates gown from Madame Bridal. It's a lovely gown, but just a bit on the snug side. I e mailed them twice and asked if I could exchange it for a larger size. When I didn't hear back from them I called their office. The gentlemen that I spoke to said they could not exchange it, as it was on sale, which it wasn't according to Madame Bridals website. The gentlemen said the only he could do was sell me another gown in a larger size for 10% off.
He said it had shipped directly from Soulmates so there was nothing he could do, even though I had paid Madame Bridal directly for the gown.
I called Soulmates and they said the did not have it in a larger size, even though their website said they did.
So now I have a dress that doesn't fit and I'm out $370 dollars with nothing to wear to my daughters wedding.
My advice - don't buy either of these companies. I'm sorry I did

Placed an order for wedding dress and was informed dress was not available in ivory but ivory/cafe was available. So, communicated I would like the one available but upon checking the status a week and a half later I was informed they could not locate the dress. Four weeks later still waiting a refund on a dress that was never available. Poor communication for site as well!

I ordered a dress that was two sizes too big and Madame Bridal sent me a check to have it altered or offered to alter it themselves for free! They couldn't exchange or give me a return so they did everything in their power to make it right with me. I appreciate it. I will look beauitful on my wedding day now because of their good customer service. Thank you Madame Bridal!

I have been buying dresses from Brad Simon for 6 years in a row now and I havent had one single problem. I love sherri hill and they always have the right dress for me, sometimes not all dresses look good on one you know but Brad always helps me and I always get what I want!

I have to admit that I wasn't sold immediately on the Dessy 57 Grand when I first saw it, but as a bridesmaid I didn't have much choice because that's what my sister-in-law to be wanted. Once I had it taken in slightly however, I have to say that it looked amazing! In fact, I got compliment the whole night from people at the reception that said I wore it best. (Yay!) The color was a perfect match for my skin tone and I got to show off my legs, which I think are my best feature, so in the end I was very happy. By the way, everyone at Madame Bridal was a joy to work with, especially Simon, and they had everything ready on time too. Thank you to everyone and you can bet that I will recommend you to all my girls in the future.

I'm so glad that I stumbled across this website. I truly believe it was meant to be as the dress I order was absolutely perfect. I needed a dress for my 4 year old daughter and none of the dresses here in the UK were suitable. Thank god for online shopping because I ended up getting the Eden Princess Princess *******B Flower Girl dress. My daughter looked so cute in this dress and it matched the bridesmaid dresses perfectly. I love the detailing of the dress too, the bow looked extremely cute on her. It was really easy to take on and off to, using the zipper at the back of the dress.
Purchasing the dress was a breeze and I even came back to purchase the Benjamin Walk Rachel purse for my mother-in-law. She was well impressed!
Both the dress and the bag were made to a high standard. A few of my friends are either getting married or looking to get married, so I will certainly be telling them about this marvelous site.

I called Madame Bridal every other week and Mr. Simon was always pleasant and willing to help. He would call the manufacture to make sure everything was going according to schedule. To my surprise my dress arrived end of June way ahead of schedule. Beautiful dress and my princess is over the moon with her Princesa By Ariana Vara dress. Excellent experience! I would recommend Madame Bridal to all my friends and family.

Today, the bridesmaids dress that I purchased on madamebridal.com for my best friend's wedding next month, just arrived in the mail. I was a bit anxious that the dress was not going to fit properly, but I tried it on right out of the package, and I was so happy to see that it fit as described. The dress that I purchased, Social Bridesmaids 8159, is not expensive, but the feeling of Nu-Georgette makes it seem so. This is one of the best online purchases I have ever made. Madame Bridal satisfied my expectations 100% and I can definitely recommend them to anybody.

Amazing experience with this wonderful store! I was invited to be a bridesmaid for my friends wedding. I purchased the Dessy Luxtwist2 long twist wrap dress from Madame Bridal. Their website was easy to navigate and they had a nice selection to choose from in a variety of styles, sizes, and colors. I was very pleased that I found both my size and my favorite color in the Twist version. The price was affordable for my budget and I received the dress in time to try on and check it for any alterations. Luckily enough, I didn't need to make any adjustments; my dress fit perfectly.

I must say this experience has been an awesome one. For me, this was easier than going to a store and trying on multiple dresses as I am a busy mom with three children. I love the convience of online shopping. I would highly recommend trying Madame Bridal and buying their dresses

I actually first came to this store back in the days, to purchase my prom dress. Now I am here again for bridesmaid dresses. They are great people. They have a beautiful store with tons of dresses to choose from and if you cannot find anything there, go to their online store, www.madamebridal.com, they have a live chat and they help you with anything you need, I highly recommend it to anyone!

Ordered the "Jovani JVN******* Dress" in a size 6 for prom and I almost cried lol. I hate real life shopping, especially when it comes to stressful events like these. The picture shown on the website came in its default color (black). It had other color options as well but I didn't see the image. Wasn't a problem for me though, I wanted the original black anyways. ;) Simple and elegant. Price doesn't exceed from what you'd buy in your local prom/homecoming/bridesmaid gown shop.
