This is the best place to get a dress. They have one for every occasion. I purchased my niece a white homecomeing dress and she absolutely love it.! I don't shop often but I think this is the best place to get a gown from. This place was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I don't mind getting a few dresses for myself

I ordered a dress on Madame Bridal.com without any difficulties. I was extremely anxious about how long it would take to receive the dress and how it was going to look on me. Because I was so anxious, I called. The customer service representative was friendly and knowledgeable.

I received my dress within their time frame and instantly fell in love with it when I saw it. The dress had no flaws and was absolutely beautifully made. For the price I paid for the dress I would never have imagined it could easily compete with the ones I tried on in bridal shops in my area.

I had to make one small change to the size as I wasn't blessed with an adequate chest
For the dress size. Additionally, I'm an average size girl and never thought It would look like it does on the model, but it was very slimming and hid all my lumps and bumps.

This is the best experience that I have had shopping for a formal dress! It is difficult for me to find dresses that fit my bustline properly. My sister's vow renewal service is coming up, and we were getting frustrated trying to find me a dress.

The customer service rep from Madame Bridal went out of her way to soothe my anxiety about ordering my dress. My measurements were triple checked before the conversation was ended. My dress arrived last week, and it was stunning. All of the sequences were in place. The material was beautiful. I couldn't find a snag anywhere. I have a formal event in October, and I will most certainly be ordering my dress from Madame Bridal.

I ordered a prom gown on line, received confirmation of a shipping date, and followed up with a confirmation phone call. I had an order # and my Credit Card was charged the full amount of $508.00. I sent several emails for a shipping date, the week before the gown was promised with NO reply. I phoned only to be told the dress would not ship for another month. Madame Bridal blamed Janique, the designer, but they had made no attempt to inform the dress would not arrive. If I hadn't phoned, I would still be waiting. Save yourself and your daughter's tears, Use another company, This company is horrible!

I got my prom dress here and I will be returning anytime I am need of an elegant dress. The personalized service I received from Vivian the sales associate. The dress I got was perfect and everyone was inquiring about where I had gotten it. I had an amazing night and I was so glad I got my dress from Madame Bridal.

I purchased my dress for my sons wedding through Madame Bridal. The week of the wedding, I realized I gained weight & the dress no longer fit. I phoned the shop & the owner immediately sent me out another size dress. He had it to me within 3 days! He also, didn't even make me pay for the 2nd dress. He told me after the wedding, to just send back the original dress that I purchased. Unbelievable service! I recommend this place to everyone!

I had been looking for my perfect prom dress literally since last year. I had looked in scores of stores and online too, but was frustrated when I felt like no one "got" my style. Checked out Madame Bridal online on a whim with my best friend and was pleasantly surprised at the huge array of styles, colors, shapes and options of dresses and accessorie but I was a little intimidated at the amount of stuff they had. I was able to use the chat service for help, which was amazing. I was warmly welcomed by customer service and they helped me find the dress I love. I have never in my life had an online shopping experience that felt like it was in store. It was incredible and I definitely recommend. I received my dress and it fit like a glove and I felt soooo good at prom.

Please listen to my words, IT IS NOT WORTH TO BUY FROM MADAME BRIDAL, go anywhere else. This shop is dirty in a run down mall. They seem nice upfront, but soon after you pay all customer service needs are terrible, no return calls or emails. The owner Brad is a joke of a business owner. I purchased a $1600. 00 Willowby bridal gown. Brad told me what size to order, size 6 he said I measured. It came in and the bust was to small, it could not be taken out. My wedding was in 3 weeks, I still have the gown, new with tags. I am angry because I could not get a email or a return call from anyone.

I was astonished when I received the dress I ordered. They added size 14 tag to the dress and it still had size 12 tag attached to the dress. I ordered dress on 4/17/2015 paid for express shipping. I was told the dress was I stocked. Received the dress 14 days later with the size 14 sewed on to the dress and size 12 dress tag also. This dress is a 12 and now I have to have alterations done. I did request several times to have my express shipping refunded since they did not arrive as I had paid for. Also now I have to spend Money to have dress altered smh... really

BUYER BEWARE! My dress was ordered on March 22nd, My expected delivery day keeps getting extended. I get an email from them saying my dress was on back order. I called the store asking if I needed to order my dress elsewhere. He promised me my dress would be here in time for alterations. The end of may rolls around and my dress is still in production and because my wedding is Aug 7th I asked for my money back. The store gives me a run around about contacting the merchant. So I guess my next step is to contact my lawyer, the news and the BBB. To the future brides don't let them ruin your day by not being a reputable business. This place is a scam.

ALTHOUGH THE DRESS WAS LABELED THE SIZE ORDERED IT DIDN'T FIT MY WIFE AS OTHER SIMILAR SIZES DID AND COULD NOT BE ALTERED. MADAME BRIDAL WOULD NOT RESPOND TO OUR REQUEST FOR RETURNING IT AND THEN MADE FALSE AND DEMEANING ACCUSATIONS TO DISCOVER CARD WHEN WE DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH THEM. NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS TO THEM HAVE BEEN IGNORED AND NOW WE HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL AND ANY OTHER ENTITY WE CAN THINK OF FOR THE $597 DRESS

This is the SECOND time I have rushed to Albert's store in hopes of finding the most perfect dress, and it is the second time that I was amazed with him! His store, his selection, and his customer service is second to none. I will ONLY go there when I need a gown or cocktail dress. I have never had to order from him yet, but would never hesitate to do so! Thank you! XO Thank you, Albert!

I ordered a dress two weeks before my need by date and paid an extra $70 for shipping to ensure I got it in time. It was updated to canceled a few days later. I called to figure out why my order wasn't being shipped and the owner told me it was not available and the inventory was not yet changed online. He told me he had, IN STORE, the same exact dress but in a different color. I went ahead and ordered the new dress. He ensured me I would have my new dress by Thursday knowing I needed it by that Saturday (two days later). I did not have my dress by Thursday so I called on Friday (The day before I needed this dress). He proceeded to tell me the dress was not being shipped and there's nothing he could do but refund my money and quickly hung up. I now am dressless and beyond upset with this joke of an operation.

Where do I begin with Madame Bridal? One word to sum it up? PHENOMENAL. The service was amazing. First off, I came in with my sister to choose our bridesmaid dresses and her wedding gown. I dont know how my sister was able to pick just one dress out of their collections because every one was beautiful. Between the store and their internet business, they offer over 15,000 different dresses for wedding, prom and special occasions. FIFTEEN THOUSAND! They also cater to men as well which was great because we were able to kill many birds with one stone. Our little ring bearer stole the show in his suit. The service at Madame Bridal was beyond amazing. Everyone was kind and patient and genuinely told us what looked right on us. They even helped us decide on a color theme. It was almost like they were part of the family. I highly recommend Madame Bridal to anyone looking for bridal, sweet 16, Quinceanera dresses or any short or long evening dress. I will definitely come back for some more shopping.

I bought a $400 dress, opened the box to discovered the dress was damaged. Hole in it, missing rhinestones, detail strips actively curling up and falling off. I called, left a phne message, sent 2 emails, sent 2 text essages, and inbox nessaged on instagram. They have absolutly ignored me. No response at all.

I went to order a dress and they did not confirm that my order was placed, I didn't even receive a receipt, and about a month later I was charged for the bridesmaids dress. Meanwhile, I ordered the dress from a different site due to not knowing that my order was placed. The costumer service is horrible... they were so rude on both email and over the phone. I did NOT receive a refund and I am now out $300. They also took NO responsibility to what happened. To add to all of this, the dress and shipping was wayyyy over priced. All I can say is STAY AWAY!

A couple months ago, my sister needed to start looking for a prom dress. We checked around online for good formal dress shops in our area, and even visited a few before coming upon Madame Bridal. Needless to say, these other shops, whose names I will not mention here, did not have prices nearly as reasonable, nor staff members as friendly. Madame Bridal seemed unassuming at first, a cozy nook in a modest South Florida shopping mall, however, our experience at the store was incredible. Upon entering we were quickly greeted by an upbeat saleswoman who immediately guessed that my sister needed a prom dress. She showed us a lot of great designer works, and she was very patient with us, allowing my sister to try several dresses over the course of an hour. Ultimately, she decided on lovely teal-colored Clarisse dress, which was given to us on sale at a very reasonable price. The store even takes care of alterations, and do a great job at it. Everything was on time, and my sister was so pleased. Just last week she went to her prom looking fabulous. I highly recommend Madame Bridal for any formal wear needs.

GOT THE DRESS ON TIME BUT TOO BIG-NO PACKING SLIP - NO ORDER NUMBER -THEY SAY JUST SEND AN EMAIL -VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE NO EXPLAINATION ON WHAT HAPPENS NEXT -i WOULD NEVER USE THEM IF ANY POSSIBILITY OF RETURN -CANT TALK TO ANYONE ON A $600 DRESS

I gave Madame Bridal a one star rating but if I had a choice I would give it zero stars. I don't know about the quality of the dress bc it has not arrived yet but they have TERRIBLe customer service from a to z. So many mistakes, a lot of miscommunication, then rude statements and behavior. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE because it never matters that much, this tells you how terrible my experience was. If you need a dress for an important event, I'd say do not take a chance. Even if you have to pay an extra $100 go elsewhere. It's not worth the headache.

I tried to order four Dessy dresses for my daughter's bridesmaids online from the UK for over three hours. When it came to submitting the order each time, it would not send. The problem was that it asked you to " specify a shipping method" but that wasn't possible because it also said " no quotes for shipping are available at this time". Eventually, I decided to phone the company in the U.S. A to ask what I should do. After being passed around various customer service people, I was transferred to Brad Simon, the boss. I explained politely what had happened but he didn't want to know. He was extremely rude and kept talking over me saying how many years he had been in business with his marvellous company. When I pointed out that there must be a fault on the web site which needed fixing so that people abroad could place orders, he put the phone down on me. So much for customer service! I would not touch this company with a barge pole. Subsequently, I have ordered with Wedding Shoppe Inc... cheaper and lovely service. BEWARE LADIES! If they treat customers like this on the phone over an admin issue, how would they react if you had a major problem with your dress?
