Dress shopping for any event can be so stressful. I love how Madame Bridal was so understanding and patient with making the decision. They let us try on the dresses we wanted and even found some rocking styles hidden in the back. Strange enough, the dress we liked most was the one that they had picked out. Thanks!

I actually purchased a dress online from another retailer and had a horrible experience BUT I found Madame Bridal and I can't be more pleased. I worked with Brad online and then I went into the Store and Tanya assisted me for my appointment. She was wonderful and had a great calming posture. She took great care of me and helped me find several dresses. I fell in love with one dress and all the while Albert came by several times to provide some great insight. I am very happy with my purchase. It is the best dress I have ever bought.

I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses for my wedding from Madame Bridal. The owner, Mr. Simon took my order personally over the phone as I am usually hesitant about purchasing items online. The dresses were beautiful and actually came earlier than expected! I would recommend Madame Bridal to any bride to be they have the best prices and wonderful customer service.

There's nothing to fear here, girls. This company has been in business since I was a baby and they're going strong. I bought a couple of prom dresses from them when I was in H. S. and one day (I hope) I will probably get my wedding dress from Madame Bridal. Shop with confidence.

Al from Madame Bridal is absolutely the best! I was very stressed to find a dress for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I called Madame Bridal and Al answered the phone, was extremely polite and friendly from the start. He accommodated me even though I forgot to make an appointment and stayed later to help me. They have such a beautiful selection of dresses, fair prices and the alternation was done when promised. I will definitely be back!

Hello, I would like to say thank you very much for the gorgeous Tony Bowls evening gown I purchased from Madame Bridal. I have to say I was very anxious the dress would not arrive on time, however it did and fitted so perfectly. A good friend told me about Madame Bridal in South Florida since I had been searching for something special for a formal event. Although it was a far drive, it was definitely worth it. I found exactly what I was looking for and it was on sale! The employee at the store helped me with everything and was very friendly and helpful (even very helpful in telling me what they thought would look the best). I had a really great feeling after leaving that store that I knew I would be shopping with them again. I have gotten two more dresses from their online website. The size chart is easy to follow since I get worried some dresses may vary in sizing and I am always nervous buying things without trying them on first. The dresses came in great condition and on time. I have not had to worry about hemming or having to take any of the three dresses in. I will definitely go back in or shop online for more. Plus it helps that I get the best compliments on these dresses!

I recently needed a evening dress for an upcoming black tie event and I had no idea where to start. I wasted hours and days driving all over town and found nothing. I was reluctant to order a dress online as I have heard horror stories from friends and family about products arriving not as pictured or may not fit. Against all warnings I reluctantly ordered from Madame Bridal's and crossed my fingers... expecting the worst... but this was my DREAM dress. I had to have it!
When the dress arrived I was FLOORED! It was even more beautiful than I had anticipated. It came on time, it fit perfectly and I felt absolutely stunning arriving to the event. This was our first time shopping for prom. We bought flower girl dress here years ago so felt good about coming to Madam Bridal. They did not disappoint! Although we tried on many dresses, the first dress he brought us was "the one". (his instinct about what would look fabulous on my daughter was right on) You cannot get this sort of service at a department store or on line. Period. The alterations and even an addd strap were excellent t and were very intuitive. Don't waste time with anyone but a pro" I'll see you again!

I had my eye set on a dress for my daughter's prom. The color we had chosen (teal) wasn't going to be available from the manufacture. I called Simon and he made this transaction go smoothly and eased a worried mom. He suggested the color pictured and I could have not been more pleased. Delivery was quick! Pardon our few wrinkles, the rain wouldn't allow her to just let it flow without being held up. Any apprehension about this dress, don't dare worry it's perfect.

So I'm from the uk and I ordered a Sherri Hill dress from Madame Bridal 6 weeks before my wedding and paid an extra $100 to have it shipped to me within 10 days which when I hit the paypal it then said 17 days!
They took my money I had no correspondence and after 3 weeks when I tried to cancell my order they then suddenly sent one saying you can't it's dispatched! It arrives a week ago before my wedding this Friday!
I've had to purchase another dress in the meantime which caused so much stress!

I've sent the dress back for a refund which cost me £40.00 to return and I've lost my $100 on fast delivery,, that never was! Now they have refused to take it back! I'm devastated and out of pocket: 0(. This is the worst than I've ever been treated and I am taking it through solicitors now, I urge anyone who is getting married please if especially do not buy your dress from Madame bridal they ruin your experience! Madame Bridal is seriously the best shop I went to when trying on wedding dresses, hands down. I checked out the website first, saw there was a shop not too far away from me in Florida, and made the trip down. The staff was friendly, professional and the saleswoman, Arianna, really made me feel at home. After trying on a few dresses, I picked out the Da Vinci 8373 in ivory and chose a custom hollow to hem length (I'm pretty short). All of the dresses were priced right, too, which meant I didn't have to pay and arm and a leg to look great - I'm a bride on a budget! I don't live near Boynton Beach, so it was a bit of a drive for me to get to the mall there, but well worth it in the end.

I made a mistake with my purchase and even though it was on my end the owners of this company came through to help me they refunded me and all will definitely be shopping with them in the future this is an amazing company with beautiful selections!

We Ordered a Sherri Hill dress through Brad and told him it was cutting it close to the date of my daughter's prom! Brad assured us it would get to our house on time and he would even call us to update us on the progress of our dress and If the Manufacture had sent it out or not! He kept his word and called and updated us constantly and made sure in the end that we got our dress! We will continue to buy dresses from Brad! Thank you for the great service. Looking for a dress, especially as a woman on the slightly plus side is never easy. However, whIle searching online for a dress - i stumbled accross Madame Bridal.

I searched through their online catalogue of plus dresses and actually found a few that I liked. When I had decided what dress I would like (a formal dress for attending weddings and other fancy things) - I called them to verify everything. The team members I talked to were more than happy to help me with anything. Honestly, it was probably the most smooth online purchases I have ever made.

Now I'm all ready to go for these weddings and fancy parties! Thanks Madame Bridal for your patience with me and your great customer service! I will be back! :)

I would not recommend ordering from this business. I worked and saved to buy a special prom dress for my senior year. When the dress arrived, it was too short for me. When I asked if I could return it for another size or dress, they advised that my dress was a "special order" (even though they didn't advise me of this fact at the time of purchase) and could not be returned. I believe that they probably call all online orders "special orders" so that you are stuck with having no option for refund. How would anyone want to order a dress through an online retailer that cannot be returned if there is a problem with size? I begged and begged and they refused to help me return my dress.

It was a delight shopping for my wedding gown at Madame Bridal! They have the best customer service. Everyone was kind and very patient with me. I now have the most beautiful wedding gown and I even ordered my bridesmaid dresses with them! They have the best prices and delivery times! I even got myself a little dress for after the ceremony of my wedding! I received a free massage just for purchasing my wedding gown and a complimentary veil that I will cherish forever! I am so pleased with Madame Bridal! It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend this business!

Honestly, I have kind of a love/hate relationship with this site. I always told myself that I was a simple girl with simple tastes. I swore that if I ever got married again, I'd just throw on any old thing and head down to City Hall. But, after my boyfriend popped the question six months ago, I figured I'd just do some browsing. And then I ended up on Madame Bridal. The selection is huge, and the prices are way better than I thought they'd be. I found myself browsing the site for what I'm pretty sure was hours. I read the blog (you have to check out their blog) and started printing out helpful articles and started obsessed over colors and cuts. So far, I think I've narrowed it down to the Mori Lee collection, one of the V-neck bodices. My Fiancée isn't going to know what hit him. I am suddenly possessed by my inner glamour girl, and I don't think there is any going back. I don't know whether to thank them or curse them, LOL!

I am one happy bride. They are everything I had hoped for and more. I really was nervous about ordering online but I found the dress I have been looking for from this site so I ordered it. My wedding dress arrived about 3 days before they said it would. It is honestly one of the nicest wedding dresses I have seen. It is heavy with perfect finishing and beautiful beading. It was so beautiful and it fits me perfectly! The customer services was nice helpful and professional. Communications from seller to customer are good. The ease of using the website, doing custom measurements, ordering, tracking, and the quality of the dress are fantastic. I ordered my daughters prom dress initially from a different dress company, and they dropped the ball with my order. I called Madame Bridal literally at the last minute. They were able to accommodate me; they were prompt, professional and accommodating. They are a family owned business and it doesn't get any better. My daughter was the talk of the prom; she was simply beautiful
