My huge thanks and appreciation goes to Brad Simon for his wonderful service. I have never dealt with such a company as Madame bridal-that cares so much to please their customers. I ordered my daughter's prom dress through this site and I was first impressed with how fast the free shipping was from Florida to Montana in two days-Wow. Then, unfortunately her dress was too small and could not be altered enough without ruining the dress. I called Brad and asked if there was any way I could order another dress and credit this one against the dress-he agreed & I shipped the dress back overnight. But he did not know if the other dress would be available in her size until Monday-which was two days before her prom. I was running out of time, and I was heading out of town only to fly back the day of her prom. As promised, we spoke on Monday and the dress was available in her size and would be shipped overnight. Life happens and the dress did not make it on Tuesday, but to my surprise Brad pulled his magic and the dress beat me back from Vegas (Wednesday) and arrived in Montana at noon the day of her prom. I do not know what strings you pulled Brad, but I want to share with you Taylor's smile and Thank-you very much for the great service of an almost impossible quest. Her beautiful dress is Night Moves #6350 and she is the blond girl in the middle with the off-white dress & huge smile! I will definitely order again from this wonderful site. Thanks again Brad!

If you're looking for the perfect or your dream dress Madame Bridal is the place to go with! I was in search for an particular authentic Sherri Hill dress that was hard to find. Many authorized resellers stated they couldn't get my daughter the dress until 2015! One of them actually shipped me a fake! I contacted Madame Bridal and spoke to a gentleman name Simin who within seconds was able to secure the dress for us and have it dropped shipped directly from Sherri Hill! The dress arrived yesterday and it was exactly as described by Simon at Madame Bridal. My daughter now has her dream dress due to efforts of Simon and his staff! I recently visited Florida for a girls weekend getaway with my MOH. I was excited to explore a new place and have some time away from wedding planning. ~ my friend had other plans... Her mother lives in sun valley not far from Madame Bridal and after we visited there she confessed that she had set up an appointment for us to come in that afternoon. I walked into Madame Bridal and gave a short description of what I wanted for my wedding gown. Within minutes the store associate (can't recall her name but I think it starts with a V) found the perfect dress. As I was overcome with tears of joy the store associate gave me a huge smile and answered EVERY question I had! She was so endearing and accommodating to us. I left Florida and headed back home to Las Vegas with not only my stunning Mori Lee gown, but a pair of Benjamin Walk Guadeloupes to pair with it. The customer service was courteous and sincere our entire visit, and they also mentioned that I am able to order online at their store website. This was so very convenient because I wanted to purchase a clutch that matched my shoes perfectly! My order was processed and shipped to me much sooner than I had expected it to. Great experience all around!

I was having a difficult time finding a prom dress that was special enough that nobody else would have. My town only has a few department stores and nearby boutiques, so I decided to look for an online retailer that carried a large variety of prom dresses with "WOW" factor. My mom was nervous about ordering my dress from an online retailer, but I called Madame Bridal's store in Florida, which got my mom to relax a bit. We spoke to Viviana who is very knowledgeable. She provided us with clarity about the process of ordering and confirmed that the Sherri Hill dress that I was looking at was in stock and ready to ship.

I ended up ordering the Sherri Hill ******* Sweetheart Silhouette with spaghetti straps and a lace bodice. I selected the blush and nude color, which I think is even prettier than in the pictures. The delicate lace added a really classy touch and I loved the way that the full skirt moved.The ordering process went well and the dress arrived in the time frame we were expecting. The dress was more beautiful than I could have imagined, and I got so many compliments all night long.

If I could give 0 stars to this company I would. I ordered a Jovani dress for $790. I measured my bust, hips, and waist put in my size measurements there. Their website suggested size 16. I am not size 16. I ordered 14. It came. It was huge on me. I asked for a return and the only email I get? Let me put a quote from Bras Simon Therefore because our company publishes all emails, communications, social interactions and text messages this email is derogatory and slanderous to our business. I only asked for a return. He said also it was a special order. Now where in my experience of ordering from their website did it say this dress was a special order. I have to throw this dress away as well. They are crooks, scammers, and liars. Horrible customer service. I have never dealt with a company who treats their customers this way. They have stopped responding to my emails as well. Thats alright I will file with small claims court.

So when I was all over the place going insane because my little sister who just became an adult was getting married, I just had the big task and to do list a mile long of finding flower girl dresses for my older brothers three daughters, and because of course they just all wanted to be the "flower girl". So, anyway when I had went searching and browsing like their was no tomorrow, I then had found Madame Bridal and I was totally blown away by the selection they have!
And I had chose the beautiful Rosebud Fashions 5120 Flower Girl Dresses. Even though, I was very worried and nervous because of my brothers daughters range in from 11 to 6. So the sizes are quite different and I just wanted them to look nice, beautiful, and good along with the having the flow with each other.
Anyway, the owner of the store, Brad and his wonderful saleswoman, Viviana had assured me that they would be perfect! L And they were correct about that!:)

They were SO right! Albert the tailor did an amazing job on these dresses. My girls loved them and looked like little princesses walking down the aisle in front of me! I couldn't be more happy with the results! Thank you to everyone at Madame Bridal for your hard work and beautiful dresses that made my girls so happy on our big day!

I had found the perfect Mac Dougal dress for my son's wedding in September 21 on Couture Candys website.
The woman who helped me had me send her my measurements and came up with me wearing a size 8. I have always been a two and last year I wore an Evonne D in a size 4 which fit me perfectly. I decided to go with the 4 despite what she said, simply because the only measurement that was larger by 1-1/2" was my waist.
I decided to order the dress and when I put it in my cart it came up on sale taking $20 off.
Their policy is that they will exchange sizes and give you a merchandise credit on returns but if it's on sale- it is final. $20 off of an $800 dress is hardly worth it.
My daughter searched the Internet and found the dress At Madame Bridal in Boynton Beach Florida. On a sunday -I reached out to them and got the owner-Symon who could not have been nicer! Based on the measurements he had which were from the same chart as Couture candy -knowing his stuff - he really felt that I should order a 2. He said if the two didn't work that I could ship it back to the manufacture and pay the difference in the shipping round-trip. I really appreciated him being willing to work with me. I went with the 2. The dress came in three days-direct from the manufacturer and it's a perfect fit!
It was awesome to get such great customer service from someone who didn't know me and I had certainly never been into his Boynton Beach Store being I live in Chicago!
I would definitely reach out to him again after having such a great experience!

I ordered my gown online from madame bridal and had the best experience. I heard horror stories, but did a lot of research until I found this site and was thrilled with the results.

I started browsing on madamebridal.com and found some gorgeous dresses in a variety of price points, but many were around $200 and totally beautiful. I was curious if the dress Id get would look like the dress photo on the website (which was one of the biggest complaints I heard brides vent about when ordering a dress on a website and not in-person).

I decided to order well in advance so I could see the dress and change it in case I wasn't happy. No need for that. The dress came within 4 days and was absolutely stunning. I was skeptical because of the price, but you're getting a cheap-looking dress. It's simply the best: great fit, quality fabric, awesome cut. No issue at all. I gave the address to my 4 bridesmaids who ordered their gowns from madamebridal.com and everything was perfect for them too.

I have been buying from this company for a long time. Their dresses are lovely. The employees are very helpful when I have questions. Great experiences buying from this online store.

I had purchased my wedding dress from this company in November of 22 and was told that it would be here by January. Still have not received my dress, I then started getting an off feeling that something is wrong, 2 days later I receive a message on Facebook from this wonderful lady and she tells me that she has received my dress, mind you she lives in a different state. She sends me proof that she has my dress we talk and she tells me that this company has lost her dress and refuses to refund her. Just imagine if she was not this nice person and did not contact me I would be out of a wedding dress, me and her both have contacted this company and have been hung up on and ignored. Now I am waiting for this so called package that the company has in transit coming to my house. Lets hope it is this ladies dress so I can send it to her and we can stop dealing with this terrible company. I HOPE THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO MY DRESS AS WELL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRR

I was spending ALOT of time looking for an older Mac duggal gown that several retailers could not find. I even contacted the warehouse in New York and was unsuccessful. I decided to utilize the chat feature to inquire if Madame Bridal could help me locate the dress. Brad responded in a timely fashion and let me know that no results were generating for the style number. I informed him that that was the response I had been receiving and that I really just needed someone to go the extra mile and assist me in finding the dress. He did just that. Brad asked me to provide him a picture of the dress. Shortly after he responded and stated that he would check TE tinder and update me. Less than 30 minutes later, although the dress was special ordered and no longer available, Brad responded and provided me with the information I needed to move on and invest my time elsewhere. It was extremely frustrating to contact several retailers and no one was willing to help! If it were not for Brad, I would still be wasting time searching for the dress. He was truly a life saver! If you want great service, Madame Bridal is the place to go.

I ordered a prom dress online from them with over a month in advance. They told me it would arrive on a specific date, and it did not show. I gave them a grace period thinking it would just be a few days late. However weeks passed. I called multiple times and they assured me it would be there the coming week in which I called. It did not come; it was not even SHIPPED! At this point, I had to cancel my order and scramble for a dress from elsewhere. The company consistently told me over email and phone that it would be delivered on certain days and then it never happened. They were also not professional on the phone what so ever. I would get stuck on hold FOREVER, then they would constantly have the issue of "being locked out of their computer system". Furthermore, when I was trying to receive my refund, I was treated so rudely. FINALLY got my refund. TRUST ME, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They preach on their website about their no worry policy but all they did was worry me and stress me out. AWFUL company.

The process of ordering was smooth, you get great service, they answer all your questions, reassure you etc. I provided them with the measurements and was advised to order a certain size. Fast forward 3 months, the dress arrive and the colour is nothing like on the website and they are MASSIVE! I could fit in them and I'm a US8, these were for my daughters who are just 13 years old!

Then the fun started. No answer to emails, facebook message, nothing! Thankfully I paid with Paypal, people IF YOU TEMPT IT; PAY WITH PAYPAL! I opened a claim and had to escalate it as no answer. Paypal sided with me and told me to send it back (they covered part of the shipping) and that they will reimburse me from his account once the dress were received. I paid for tracked as I was shipping from Finland and I am so glad I did. They basically refused the parcel... Now I got stressed and a quick call to Paypal and they told me "too bad for him, dishonnest seller! We are taking the funds from his paypal account right away".

So funnily enough he got screwed. Because he refused the dresses, I got the money back, he did not get the dresses. They were unaltered, brand new, he could have easily sold them again.

Do not bother buying from them, they are all sweet and honey when you want to place the order, once you have paid, they have no customer service whatsoever, are rude and are plain liars!

I needed a dress for my freshman daughter and based on their sizing for the designer she chose, we decided on a size six for my daughter even though she had always worn a four. Anyway, the dress came (it was a Sherri Hill) and it was huge on my daughter. They originally told me that I could return the dress within seven days of receiving. So, I began preparation to return right away and called them to ask if I could just get an exchange for the dress from a six to a seven. The tune was much different than before you buy. I asked if I could exchange for a size four and didn't need a refund. They would not accommodate either. They asked me for pictures which I sent to them twice because apparently anything that is drop shipped from their warehouse has a less chance of being returned and they needed the proof that it didn't fit her. Well, I guess Im not getting my refund or a resolution because I never received any follow up and it has been three weeks. They told me that Sherri Hill is very strict with returns of their particular dresses. A big cop out if you ask me. AGAIN! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I took my girlfriend of 3 years (now my fiance) and her friends out shopping for a wedding dress at Madame Bridal. Shes from New York and doesnt have a drivers license yet, so I was their chauffeur for the day. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a nice lady who wasn't too pushy but at the same time helped my woman find the right dress. For the first time in my life shopping with her, I wasn't uncomfortable; they made me feel as if I was actually part of the dress decision (even though it was, of course, up to my GF- lol) They engaged both of us in such a way that we felt as if they wanted us both to be happy in the purchase, and we were. I honestly wasn't looking forward to spending 'forever' waiting for my GF to pick out a dress, but the opposite actually happened... I would recommend anyone in a similar situation to try this store out, or anyone looking for a dress at all. My girlfriend not only looked beautiful (were not superstitious) but she was very happy with the dress and service she got there. We want our wedding to be memorable, and now we both know it will be.

The staff at Madame Bridal is fabulous! It was my first day of wedding day shopping and I had already mentally prepared myself for countless days of fittings, trying to find myself the perfect dress. I figured it was going to take quite a while, considering there was no way that I was going to settle for a dress that didnt make me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world.

The ladies here greeted me with a smile and began talking to me about what I was looking for in a wedding dress. They were so personable and easy to talk with, especially Viviana; an easy-going woman who was quietly attentive. They suggested several dresses and each was amazing. I tried each of them on and believe it or not, I had found my dress! It was a gorgeous strapless, sweetheart neckline, mermaid gown that flattered me in ways that I didnt even think were possible. My bridesmaids were shopping with me and they loved it as well. I could not believe that I was able to find a dress on the first day but it was the one and there was no way that I was leaving the store without it!

I know for a fact that I wouldnt have been able to find such a flawless dress so quickly without the help of their staff. Even the owner, Brad, came out from the back to see how everything was coming along. They were so supportive and patient. I will be forever grateful for this important role they played in helping me during my journey of picking my own wedding dress!

I called to talk to the owner about the order of my dress and the negative reviews I was reading about the company changing dress sizes on the tags. I also talked to a young lady that was more than patient listening to me read the complaints. When she said the person who took my order wasn't in I asked to talk to the owner. Instead of listening to me about my concerns, he automatically started defending his company and telling me there have been 18 negative reviews in one day, which I knew nothing about and said it was because another company "Couture" did this to him and then he made a snide remark "And Look, they are no longer in business." He continued to talk for about 2 minutes without letting me talk. I told him to stop talking so I can get in a word edge wise. I stated to him, his behavior is why the negative rude remarks are made. He continued to talk as I was talking and yes, he is rude! I called back to talk to the person who took my order, he couldn't remember taking by order or placing the order and also was rude stating to me, that I lead him on a goose chase because the order wasn't even placed, in a scolding manner. I stated that he e-mailed me to let me know we have spoken, so I said "Then I guess all is good, and don't need the dress, nor give this company my business. And yes, this company "Madame Bridal" customer servicer is very rude! So disappointing and I don't need to be bullied! Best Regards!
