My experience with sales and customer care during the inquiry and purchase was very good. The product arrived on time. I opted to pick up from the shipping warehouse in Vancouver, and was disappointed that they could not load into my vehicle. Lucky the box was small and I am strong. Opening the shipping box later, I discovered some paint damage on the product because the small metal parts were not protected with bubble wrap. Also, the product requires some assembly, and there are no instructions. It looks like I am required to wire the electric motor to the controller myself, and must provide a North American compatible power cable and plug. This step would have been much easier at the factory, and is an unusual expense for a new product, and requires knowledge and expertise. I have not assembled or tested the product yet.
We ordered a batch of socks for our studio (Helsinki, Finland) through this website with our logo and grip. The process was quick, and communication was efficient, but the quality of the socks is terrible. After just the second wash, following the manufacturer's care instructions, the socks have already lost their appearance. The grip no longer matches the declared color; instead of being transparent, it has turned gray. Overall, the socks look worn out after only two washes, and despite discussing this with the manufacturer, we have yet to reach a solution.

It's great for finding products. But there are no accurate prices. The conversations with sellers are very annoying and always changed to WhatsApp. Later when i order there is no track in the app of my order. Very frustrating.
When I had Inquired about import fees, before purchase, seller had told me that total purchase amount is below threshold and there will be no extra charge added. For that reason, I was agreed to pay 2X delivery charges. However, when order shipped, UPS charged me import fees 4.5% of total value. Reached out to seller, Jessica, she accepted that seller will cover the fees. So, I waited for them to pay import fees but they did not pay and UPS did not deliver my order. I contacted seller and as expected, she stopped responding. Finally, I ended up paying import fees. Not recommended seller; not recommended this app. I tried to log a trade dispute; it did not let me submit it saying "type in English", even I have typed everything clearly in English.
I am giving 2 star as I don't have any issue with product it self. Not coming back to this app at all. Alibaba was better.

Why choosing post office of Netherland for a cost of 21.67 USD as carrier? The result is near 3 months after my order, the parcel is not delivered. According to your document it is considered as delivered but the post office of Bacolod told me yesterday the parcel is still in Manila and it will need 2 to 3 weeks more. For your information, I order very often in China through platforms like Shopee or Lazada and the time for delivery is generally 7 to 10 days, sometimes faster. And the cost for the same type of items is around 60 PHP with Shopee for example. So no, I'm not satisfied of Made-in-China and I will probably not order anymore with your company. Sorry, regards.
The item page is ambiguous. I purchased believing the picture showed batteries with a button top, but they insist that it showed flat topped batteries. The verbal description did not say whether the batteries were flat top or button top. I explained that I could not use flat top batteries. They would not take a return. Of course I will buy elsewhere next time.

Updated 10/17/24: I'm a verified buyer with submitted receipts, ~$6000 USD later and many follow-ups there is still no reply from the MIC platform. Don't let MIC l's response to my review fool you, nobody has reached out to me and no emails have been sent. But also, if MIC operated honestly they'd had a different response than what's posted. Just watch the video of my cracked island where the crack can be seen because it reflects light differently when the camera pans. If it was a fresh crack in the stone it would be shaper and be defined looking but this crack has been buffed out to help hide it by smoothing its edges, by the manufacturer. The buffing definitely did not happen in transit. My installer with 20+ years of experience pointed out the buffing after other cracks told him something was wrong.
Also, think about the logic, how could the seller prove they didn't send damaged product especially if they're trying to hide that they sent it damaged and but I as the recipient have plenty of pictures and video of the unpacking of the cracked and broken product. Stay away from this seller and the MIC platform.
Original review: Platform doesn't respond to complains or follow ups. Seller sent damaged product. No support from seller either. Very poor and risky experience. Would not recommend it from a seller standpoint and a platform standpoint.

We sent a drawn to scale sketch of our background with specific measurements of 1.6cm. The supplier went against this and made the squares 1.2cm. We also repeatedly asked the supplier to make our boxes 11cm tall and she she went against this and made them smaller (10.5cm) and now the boxes don't fit our products. The supplier has refused to let us send it back. Has refused a re-make and has refused a refund. They called us names like unprofessional all because we wants things done specifically. They had cut communication and we are left with defective goods that we cannot use. The shipping was beyond late. I believed it took!
The company also tried tricking us into paying for boxes we did not enquire about. Their response was that it was only for the payment however as a business we need accurate records and account so we asked them to change it to the boxes that we had enquired about. It took 4 times of me asking for them to change it.

Unfortunately we have ordered 250 coffee mugs with our logos from made in China and they were terrible. CHEEP RUBBISH
They took it upon them selves to change our logo and stretch it out of proportion not to mention the writing on the back of these cups was crocked. Made in china to date have been no help and we have not had the support expected from them. DO NOT USE MARKET UNION LTD they will take your money and deliver rubbish.
All in all a really bad experience.

We have ordered 250 coffee mugs to be printed with our logo on the front and a description on the back. Unfortunately we are verry disappointed with the quality and standards from this company. They have taken it upon them selves to stretch our logo making it out of proportion and disfigured. Further more they have printed the righting on the back on an angle and not straight with the cup and its clearly visible.
We have asked them to resolve this problem how ever they have just wiped there hands of it and have told us that there is no problem with this. We have also contacted made in China about this problem but have not had any useful reply.
We have offered to send the cups back at there cost and have them make them again to a decent standard but now we are just getting ignored.
I would recommend being very careful when using this site as once the sale is made there is verry little support for the customer.
Now we have 250 coffee cups that we are to embarrassed to send out.
After incorrectly placing a wrong logo and wrong typeface that they created and then placed on a tote bag for a prototype that I could show my client instead of using the designer logo that I had sent them to use and then keeping me waiting for weeks to finally receiving it and also charging me a large amount to do a simple prototype and mail it, they then told me that they received a large order so that they would not produce the tote bags it all that I was going to order. How very unprofessional they were to do that to me and my client and project. NEVER AGAIN will I ever do business with them ever again. SHAME ON THEM! "Made-in-China" is a joke. I will warn others what I have been through with this poor excuse of a company.
