Made-in-China

I made an order with this factory for my textiles business in London. The service was 5 stars, constant communication even after delivery. Communication was excellent. Kane was very honest and transparent throughout the process. We will be ordering again soon.

Having requested a method of making a complaint I received a response just a few hours later only to be told in a subsiquent Watts App, that the item was not made by the "Made-in-China" remit. I was however asked to give them the name of the firm I was complaining about - (faulty battery with photographs), who were denying responsibility, and they would contact that vendor.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS business ethics. Thank you, my faith in Chinese products is boosted

When the machine arrived had trouble with the settings. We found that the connection for the pump had become disconnected. We believe customs opened machine to check inside and knocked wire of. After a few calls with Gabby we sorted the problem. See message below sent to Abby

Would recommend this machine if you want to save on the aerosol cans sold in shops.

I need to order poles. I paid big $ for the samples. Like the drawings showed. The samples where off in size. So I asked for them to redo the samples right. But they wanted more money for these new samples to be shipped. And YES I did contact Made-In-China people about this problem. They sided with the China company. So make sure they will send samples until they get it RIGHT. So after paying for more. And they being right. I placed the order. And the whole size is wrong. So again I contacted Made-In-China people. I have even offered to send them one of the poles to prove the company messed up this order. FYI, its over 10K in cost. But after months and months. Neither the Made-In-China people or the other company will respond! Please note that I have done a number of other deals thru Made-In-China. And had no problems. But I am screwed with this order.

There is a good congregation of suppliers. This allows you to search and interact with them to place your orders. The platform is at a very good level, better than in other countries such as Taiwan, Japan, India...

However, I think that the method of evaluating suppliers is not entirely honest. I have had problems with some of them, I have evaluated them with their corresponding evaluation and my review does not appear.

On the other hand, the chat and email issue is not very intuitive and confusing.

As my first time working with an overseas company, I was concerned about price, quality and customer service.
