As a first time shopping I found the process confusing at times but staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The product has paint peeling off with rust on it. I have taken photos. The product did not have any manual or instructions nor a web link to find instructions. It would be helpful to know how to share our disappoint with the company's product.

Had been searching for heavy duty battery disconnect as a replacement and found the exact one I had been looking for.
I have ordered 3 Hockeysticks as test for a larger order and later business. The sticks have been tested by professional hockey players. A part of the design the provided sticks have nothing in common with the original Bauer sticks. Material thicker, no release point, no power transfer to blade. Useless for professionals. After two training sessions 2 of 3 sticks are brocken

L'apice è stato raggiunto quando ho comunicato i problemi riscontrati, la risposta è stata la seguente: 2 messaggi su WhatsApp. 1 messaggio: manda un video. 2 messaggio: impossibile. Una carenza totale di professionalità, difficilmente riscontrabile nelle peggiori bancarelle dei mercatini rionali. Voto: Zero assoluto! Ps. Product is not heavy duty and when I said I am not satisfied they just close the order and feel a dam about what I said. They said they will sent other products again. There word is not their word. DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!

I purchased a lift switch and the price was great as well as the service. Great communication as well, even though there is a 12 hour time difference. The first switch I received was incorrect, but Bruce quickly rectified the situation and rushed out a new switch at no extra cost to me. That is amazing service you do not see very often. I highly recommend Made in China for any forklift parts
