I sourced a AC compressor and received multiple replies. I chose one, the person I dealt with was very good with communicating even with different time zones.

Just as it should be: I got what I wanted without issues and fast shipping (China to EU). Direct communication with seller/manufacturer was straight forward and pleasant.

I email and they got back to me with in 48 hours and I chat on line and the person was very knowledgeable and to the time needed to find what I needed and they help me with payment and the shipping was very fast, I happy with my experience and will shop with them again.

This was my first and last experience when Made-in-China. I ordered bulk dog waste bag holders in mixed colors. The photo showed vibrant, fun colors. I received dingy brown, grey, and black. The hole that the water bag threads through is sewn shut on most of them. The seller agreed to air freight and sent via sea. My complaint was closed by made-in-China because I eventually received the product — never mind that I paid for something I didn't get. Shady all around and certainly not worth the time or energy put into acquiring a subpar product that won't sell.

I feel confident that the companies in the website are supervised and real companies. I feel that I have full support from Made-in-china if anything goes wrong

The service is quite expansive (US$50 just for processing a credit card payment?!?) and it doesn't accept all cards. Not great. Next time I'll do a wiretransfer to my provider directly.

RQ prosses was good, initially there was errors due to my end mistakes. Recommend explore it first so you will not make the mistakes I did. It will take about 2 hours to master it. Virtual office was very useful. The STS payment was easy and good. CRS was good. So far no complains. Sam

My package arrived around two weeks after my order and my shoes fit perfectly. No issues with the ordering process or the product.

Made in China has been a great experience but the supplier I was connected to supplied the wrong product and does not want to refund the exorbitant freight charge that was applied to this tiny light product. They don't charge for the sample but hit you hard on freight which I was prepared to pay but when they sent the wrong product they did not supply any solution to rectify the problem.

The information regarding payment status, production status, and especially delivery is inadequate. I haven't experienced this directly with purchases.

Most products were great. Got some products that didn't function well and couldn't get a refund. So I would say choose wisely and get with vetted vendors. It's important that a refund system is in place because no one is guaranteeing quality if that doesn't exist.
