Daunting to start with and took a little while getting used to the communiocations but the product was what I needed at asn excellent price.

The supplier was easily available to chat with answering all my questions and even helping me source other products not in their usual catalog. They were accommodating with my sample ordering and once all samples were approved, the order process was so fast! This supplier also had a smaller MOQ requirement thus, it is easy for Medium-scale business like ours to find china-based suppliers with smaller MOQs.

Ordered my items in February and still have not received them. Keep getting told they will ne there in 2 weeks. It's been two months late.

My point of contact, Christine, provided excellent customer service all 3 times I purchased from them. She is friendly, prompt, and delivers as promised. As for the quality of the item, perfect!
