Product is good, Good quality. Delivery was to long. Now in day is not more standard 4 weeks. Afterwards everyday 2-3 Emails, guy one is enough. This was a very bad experience.

Samples that were delivered were poor Quality except 1. I think if you are going to send a sample that's paid for or not you should produce high quality or you're not getting customers.

I was scammed by someone who said they were affiliated with Made in China. They sent me an email AFTER my inquiry to purchase a product through the website. Made in china said they don't want to help me even after I sent multiple scam emails that were directly from the website. Disgusting.

Made in china is a great company, it's like a Chinese version of our Amazon. Lots of independent sellers. Communication is very fast. A. i. Is used a lot. Shipping is a long time on large items but that's because it comes by sea to save costs. Overall I have found them a very useful contact.

From day one, David was excellent, adapting to speak to me in English, I was amazed at the level of professionalism and experience. He guided me through a new process and was patient when I asked questions most clients wouldnt need to. He gave me honest answers to every question and managed my expectations really well. In the end, the product arrived about 3 weeks earlier than expected and upon inspection, the dryrobes were such excellent quality. Couldnt recommend highly enough!

I ordered some food containers, i received a vast majority of the covers broken. Aplyed for a refund, got offended by the operetor in the app chat, and iven threatened, called a scammer etc. I provided photos of the broken items and

I did not like FedEx just dropping off the paperwork for the Package. I have to pay a customs broker to clear the package, then drive to the location to collect it and pay USD 662.00 for customs clearance.
So in all the experience was not convenient.
I had packages dropped of at my door from other suppliers using DHL instead of FedEx with no extra charges.

They were late with the shipping notification and then I never received the product I ordered. I requested a refund to getting nothing and it was to no avail. They just took my money.
