The order did not arrive and the seller made no effort to rectify the situati9n or offer me a refund. All they did was lie and say they will check with carrier. Ehich they never did. They told me before purchase 100% guarantee it will arrive of full refund. Order did not arrive then they refused multiple request for a refund. I asked them if they could reship the product to avoid refund and they refused that aswell. Avoid this seller at all costs or you will lose your money. "THE ITEM WILL NOT ARRIVE" and "SELLER WILL NOT GIVE REFUND"
Bad is much better Alibaba here don't have a verified supplier's at all, and if you have any problems not covered nothing

Given the current issues with tariffs and the like, it was most fortunate that Made-in-China was able to deliver its unique shower door system in a little over a month without passing on the cost of the tariff. I could not be more pleased with the shower door although it would have been very helpful if more detailed installation instructions were provided.
I have tried to contact customer support several times with inadequate response. I just want to know where my shipment is. Tracking info on the website is lacking. Live chat only works at certain times. Getting help is difficult.
