If it was possible I would like to give 0 star. I bought a Bowl Cutter from "Luohe Xingdian Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.". It was broken after 3 time uses. Some plastic parts have been divided to 10 pieces, they tola me to glue them together. The Paint of the lead peeled off, they told me the paint is food grade. I have my chat back and forth with their representative on "WhatsApp". There are pictures of all of it and incase of request I can post them.

I've placed 3 orders thus far. One has been completed and delivered on a timely basis. The remaining orders (2) I'm waiting for completion. The 1st order was excellent and as described. Hoping for the same with product and delivery times on the remaining orders.
I found a supplier that readily interacted with me and was clearly informed of what his products could do for me. His advise was well received and we finalized the transaction through the platform easily.

I searched for sonic analyser and alloy 42 material. I was able to get multiple quotes and was able to select suitable offers and placed the order. Whole process was smooth till the receipt of goods and payment.
Avoid! Cannot be used by customers outside of China Horrible! There is not enough time in the world to describe everything that is wrong with this service, but let me add just a few of the incredible, time and money sucking issues that we were faced with after making this order. We will never use this site again, and you should not ever, ever consider buying here. Summary: After everything, the quality on one of two items makes it unusable. The cost was more than 2X the quoted price due to "extra fees" (despite the fact that we asked for quote to be "all in" and "to the door" which was agreed before payment), and it took 3x the stated time to get delivery (which was later than our deadline, so we missed selling any of it), and we had to use maybe 20 hours of staff time just to get this done. A completely horrible experience. Just ridiculous. The customer service was excellent, but the system is fully broken. No amount of good communication can offset the facts. We were not given what we purchased, and we will never get our time or money back. Avoid this company completely.
