I am currently dealing with 6 people through this website. Every single person appointed to myself to aid with my orders have been absolutely amazing. The help is second to none, can not praise the team enough. As I am new to the industry and new to overseas ordering they have made it as easy as possible.
Overall, very good. I had some problems starting an order, but the transaction went smoothly, and Made-in-China kept me up to date with the order and delivery. The package was delivered in good condition, and I am happy with the results.
I still have not received what a purchased! When I contacted the seller she can't give me an answer as to when it might be delivered. Not very good customer service or delivery I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy anything form the this site.
I will be contacting my back to get a refund!
The filter for our DTF dryer works fine. The exhaust hose was too thin to work with so we bought one ourself but all is good. Film was also good.
Order went very smoothly. Questions were answered and concerns were addressed. On top of that product was delivered in a very timely manner. The product is very high quality. Very impressed with. The speed and quality.

Contracted on 10/3/2024, on 10/17 it was reported that there was an issue. They sent another code that didn't work, and on 11/6/2024, we followed up on the issue. Their response: *"I ask engineer, pls wait."*
This is an annual subscription, and we've already lost a month from the start.
Very poor communication and even worse service! They do not attend to the customer.

I ordered 2 only two seater lithium powered golf carts from Zhongwu New Energy ( Shandong) Group Co Ltd. The carts finally arrived however they were both damaged in transit and they had lead acid batteries instead of lithium. The quality overall is extremely poor and the company has failed to communicate any response. There were many other issues regarding the freighting and I strongly would suggest using your own freight company and customs broker. Using theirs has cost me heavily in port charges as products couldn't be released. Avoid this company at all costs. I am highly unimpressed.
