My experience was quite assuring and at every location I was informed and Made-in China communicated the location. This is a value for money service

It appears that the owner or employee has taken our $1300 into their private Paypal account and not sent our goods.

Product is not heavy duty and when I said I am not satisfied they just close the order and feel a dam about what I said. They said they will sent other products again. There word is not their word. DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!

I purchased a lift switch and the price was great as well as the service. Great communication as well, even though there is a 12 hour time difference. The first switch I received was incorrect, but Bruce quickly rectified the situation and rushed out a new switch at no extra cost to me. That is amazing service you do not see very often. I highly recommend Made in China for any forklift parts

The best experience I've had dealing with a large company. My sale representative, Seline, was excellent! She answered all my questions and looked after my order from start, production, shipping and delivery. Communication was great! She sent me pictures and all paperwork required so I could follow the whole process. I had one lift ordered and I was treated like it was a container full of lifts!

I had a requirement for some solar PV equipment and in particular micro inverters.
I put my requirements into the sourcing engine and very soon had 4 proposals.
All of which met my requirements and more.
My chosen supplier had great Comms, answered all questions and arranged DDP delivery.
All in all a great sourcing experience.

I saved about 75% by buying from a seller on Made-in-china.com. Process was simple and overall it was great. Time zone issues caused some communication delay but it wasn't that bad.

Lieferung und Produkt war in Ordnung. Uhr funktioniert wie angekündigt. Was fehlt ist eine Gebrauchsanweisung.

Ho fatto un acquisto nella piattaforma il20/05/2025 ho pagato alla piattaforma una commissione di 52 dollari, articolo acquistato doveva arrivarmi sdoganato al mio indirizzo dopo 45-60 giorni ad oggi ne sono trascorsi den 100 ancora non l'ho ricevuto, il fornitore non risponde più nella chat, l'assistenza "Made in china" alla quale ho scritto e chiesto il rimborso, risponde alle miei tiesta con email preconfezionate e interlocutorie, scrivendo di contattare il fornitore e se questo non risponde di segnalarlo che intervengono loro…
Per niente vero alle mie ripetute segnalazioni rispondono sempre nello stesso modo (contattare il fornitore se non risponde de segnalarlo a loro) oramai avrò inviato più di 10 segnalazioni e ricevo sempre la stessa risposta….
MI DOMANDO MA È QUESTA L'ASSISTENZA CHE MADE IN CHINA OFFRE ALL'ACQUIRENTE?

Fantastic item was a bit concerned whether I'd receive the correct item because they seem to put AirPods in the description and then assured me you will get your Bluetooth speaker not the AirPods didn't quite understand that but great product. Speedy delivery well packaged.

We are from Canada so thought we were taking some risks ordering direct from China. We were able to custom order the size and participate in the decisions such as colour door type, etc. Price was definitely the motivator. We wanted something to put on our deck to help with south exposure, privacy and wind. We are happy to report we received our Gazebo and everything is great. We put it together ourselves with the help of the video and enjoying the benefits already.

If I can only obtain a product on offer in large quantities and am offered an alternative, then all important technical data should be provided and not concealed.

In negotiations of this type, I expect to always have the final price at destination and not incur customs fees. In this negotiation, it was specified in part of the quote, however. You should emphasize that detail if you're not going to negotiate with the final price at destination. Sometimes, in the rush of all the business-related and personal activities, we can overlook the details of the negotiation.

Product looks cheap as the finishing is bad mostly at the nuts and wire cable,
QR code is super fake. Arab words coming out from the QR.
