After seeing their products, I really wanted to like Made By Mary and ordered a family florals necklace for my mother for Christmas. When the gift arrived at my doorstep, I noticed that the necklace was not correctly made to the specifications I indicated. So, I did as anyone would do, I emailed the customer support team. Almost 3 weeks goes by without reply via email. I spoke to a customer service rep via their text phone number who proceeded to lie to me about receiving a response. My mother never got her gift, I am unable to get adequate response from anyone telling me anything other than to "be patient" and "wait 3-5 business days." It's been over three weeks since I originally reached out. So, as much as I wanted to like Made By Mary, it's clear that they do not value their customer service nor do they care about the feedback they will receive any time they do this to their customers.
