Ordered a baby spoon and pusher. I was sent a confirmation number with promise to give delivery info within 24 hours. Never heard from them, but tried numerous times to contact. Item arrived a month later, but the spoon design was incorrect, and the design on the spoon handle was on the underside! Tried to contact the company numerous times to get a replacement. Tried help tab, return tab, info tab, etc. All email addresses were contacted, but still no reply from anyone. Want to send the item back for a replacement. Website says must have authorization before returning item. How, when no one will respond to my emails? Wondering if this is a legitimate business. Scale of 1-5...
