Despite paying ridiculous prices for shipping (minimum $10.00) that, by the way, is not speedy (takes about a week), this company is the worst to shop online. My order was placed on Black Friday (11/25)I have heard nothing since. I finally began a dispute through PayPal and it seems they received no response as well because I received a refund yesterday (12/19). This company sells jewelry and you'd think the quality would be better for the exhorbitant prices they charge. It seems that they really don't care about their online business and make no effort to prove otherwise. I am done ordering from this company and please take my advice and do the same. If I didn't use PayPal, I'd probably never recover my payment.
