Bought wrong size and got approval to return. However, the company in Spain would not accept the package and it automatically got returned to me. UPS is now demanding the $260 cost of postage from Spain to Australia. The company is aware of the problem but will not address it.
UPS has passed this on to debt collectors who tell me this will impact my credit rating.
Advice: get the item you want as anything could happen when you try to return.
