I was a bit anxious about ordering from this sort of company. I have to say they where great and very helpful communicating via email as I am deaf.

Ordered (August 2019) a S10 Plus for my wife and a S10 for myself. They arrived quickly, great packaging and phone in great condition and it works well.

I will certainly buy from them again in the future, I will soon buy a upgraded Ipad.

I do not hesitate in highly recommending this online company. Excellent service and competitive prices. Will certainly be back for any tech products in the future. (Item purchased, iPad 7th gen 10.5)

I ordered a Brand New Samsung A71 and it arrived within 3 working days via DPD. Not being the most technical of people and having a few queries, I contacted MajorMobiles.com by email with my questions and the very helpful Melanie G (not the Spice Girl?!) replied within less than 1 hour!

Typically, I then had more further technical questions, which I was promised would be answered after referral to a technical colleague. Melanie G delivered on her promise and answered my further queries within 24 hours by email. Now that's what you call Customer Service. I would have given 10 stars but the maximum only appears to be 5.

Brand new unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10. Sceptical because of price. Bought end of August 2019 in sale at £569. Arrived well packaged in sealed box included AKG ear buds, phone cover and Samsung fast charge UK plug. Great phone, excellent price and service. Would definitely recommend.

Good company, not heard of these people before so was a little apprehensive.
After I placed the order I had confirmation quite quickly then things went a little quiet for a couple of days.
Next thing I knew it was being delivered next day.
All in all I got what I wanted at a very very good price.

I ordered an iPad Air with a little trepidation but needn't have worried as all was good and the price was so much better than most other places. Despite not paying for quick delivery I got my iPad next day and it came boxed etc as if straight from Apple. Really pleased and if you are looking for an iPad do not hesitate to contact Majormobiles.

I needed a replacement for my much loved but out-of-date Apple ipad. Major Mobiles offered a significant discount on the recommended price and having placed the online order, my ipad arrived the very next day.

The 7th generation 10.2 inch ipad is a big improvement on my older model and the customer service from Major Mobiles is first class. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly be dealing with them again.

They have a wide selection of phones that you can choose from. I visited the store and I was not sure of which phone to buy because the had so many pens. That is the kind of store that I like. One that has everything you need I did manage to get hot even I wanted after carefully browsing the selection and I got it delivered in good condition and in a short time.

Bought Galaxy S10, great phone at great price. Looks like it was for Spanish market as when switched default language was Spanish, but just pressed English. Had the phone for a month, no problems, love it.

I cannot thank this company and all its hard working staff enough for their extremely hard work and efficiencydespite the current climate we find ourselves living in. I'm all for buying phones outright and using sim only packs from UK network providers. Having said that I'm also big fan of Snapdragon android phones to which I was surprised to know that the note 9 512GB in blue that i ordered from these guys came with Snapdragon processor. Not many people in UK can get these phones and now I am life time customer of these guys. Amazing service and phones are sealed and brand new global versions. Don't waste your money with UK network providers. Go sim free and buy last year models or latest phones from these guys. Save your self money. People here have been saying why does the phone with international adaptor. Come on guys these phones are at such good price and they are unlocked with better processor so who cares if the charging pins are international. Bless

I made a purchase for a Samsung Galaxy S9 and paid for expedited shipping. My phone shipped the same day and was delivered 2 days later by FedEx. The phone was brand new, unlocked and working perfectly!

I have not regretted since the first time that I decided to buy a phone from them because every single device that I have bought from them has turned out to be exactly what I expected and that is what I value most about them. They just need to add more collections to what they already have.

I never review people normally but these guys are truly the GOATs. When I couldn't find an iPad anywhere, they saved the day, and I received a brand new one at a very reasonable price the NEXT DAY. Very responsive on emails. These are my new go to guys - recommend 100%!

Faultless transaction from start to finish. Ordered S10 on Friday evening and it arrived via DPD on Tuesday morning. I can highly recommend Major Mobiles. The phone came in sealed package with UK adaptor. I have left no stone unturned to make sure that this is a genuine phone and it is. Rest assured you can buy from this company with confidence and the price is a no brainer. No problems with biometrics and screen protector either.

Note Galaxy 9 arrived from USA super fast in 3 days and everything was as described; brand new with UK charger and at very competitive price (about £200 cheaper than from UK retailers). Very efficient and very good service. I would buy from Major Mobiles again.

This is a good phone shop. I like it because so far I have bought three phens form them and each time they have had some very good phones. I like it very much and that is what makes it enjoyable. It is not easy to know what you may want when there is a lot to choose from.

At first, i wasnt sure if this website was a scam or fraud, but i still made my order with them. I ordered my iPad 7th generation on the 1st March and i received it today (3rd Mar)! I thought it would take longer as it said standard delivery takes 4-7 business days. My iPad came in good condition, and it is 100% Authentic product.

The only drawback of purchasing iPad on this website is it came with a US plug, but the company did deliver a universal adapter so its fineee.

Overall. I am beyond happy to purchase my iPad with them.

I liked their service. I wanted to talk to one of them and they were able to connect me ver fast and I had a nice cheat over what I wanted to buy. That is the value of customer service and it amde em lek the even more. They provide warranty and that makes all the better..

I treated myself a a new 7th generation iPad for the best possible price anywhere and it arrived very quickly - it came with the power charger in the box and also a separate travel adaptor plug which is nice to have, but I needed the uk plug to slide onto the power charger in order to charge it up at home. I emailed MajorMobiles and within hours received a very nice email from Melanie offering to refund me £6.15 so that I could buy my preferred plug! I received the refund the same day and am extremely happy with the excellent Customer Service I have received.

Despite Covid19 I was able to talk to customer service with ease! I was able to exchange the colour of the device I ordered after changing my mind. Fast shipping and device is exactly what I ordered! Phone is from Spain but this makes 0 difference to how it performs you just have to change the language at the start ( if you aren't already Spanish speaking lol)! Good site if you want a great deal x
