MakeMy Trip is the worst site as they list hotels which are dangerous to health of the customers as these hotels are infested with mould and very dirty. The bathrooms are unuseable. Made a complaint to the customer service and they came back with an insult offer of Rs. 200 for next booking.

Make my trip one of the worst app to choose for booking a flight. I would never recommend this to anyone. Staff is very unprofessional have no sense of what they're doing. Have told me my experience to customer service and other team members but haven't taken any action to satisfy this matter. Very frustrating that I had to tell them same store 10-15 times still no solution in the end. I would rather prefer different app for next time. ***not worth your time and money****

They are frauds. My ticket was never refunded even though they sent me email that i am eligible for a refund. They close the complaint tickets without resolution. All around a $#*! show honestly. Dont let them fraud you as well
Their customer helpline is horrible. It says, contact your relationship officer. Only email address of the relationship office is given and they don't respond. For any time-sensitive help, you are completely out of luck. They had mentioned it is easy to change travel dates. But then there is only button to "Change Date" which if you press, says someone will contact you. And no one contacts you for sure. The relationship officer also gave two general customer care number which in turn asks you to contact the relationship officer. It is a very terrible service. Never book a holiday package on Makemytrip.

The worst company I have ever booked with. They are elusive and don't care about customers. They are thieves. I should have received a refund from Jordanian airlines which confirmed me that they processed the refund but 3 months now and I haven't received my refund. But I will not leave them. I raised complaints against them to consumer rights authority in Dubai and I will follow up with them till I get my money. Be careful don't book with this company even if they give the cheapest price.

I would give zero stars if possible. They cancelled my first booking. Then booked a ticket and didn't update my account or send an email. So I booked another one. Later, I found that I have been billed twice. When I asked about that, they claimed they did everything instantly and didn't accept their fault and I had to cancel the ticket and pay the cancellation cost. Never go there. Never ever.

MakeMyTrip has been deceiving its own customers and engaging in fraudulent activities. We've lodged complaints multiple times through phone calls. We booked a hotel, paid in full in advance, received confirmation, and shared the hotel's location. However, upon reaching the location, there was no hotel as promised.
When we contacted customer care for assistance, the customer care executives were apathetic and failed to arrange alternative accommodations. They assured a full refund and even offered vouchers for the inconvenience caused, but neither has been provided thus far.

This is the worst app i have used, i booked a ticket and then i stayed more then 10 days requesting to change the date. Sending emails, called them to India waist many calls, and i was just receiving emails that they tried to call but cannot reach me…
Customer care never answer the calls, and once answered took the details and after start drama, we cannot hear you we will be disconnecting the line in few seconds… very useless app, unhelpful, and unprofessional…

Booked a full trip, the hotel owners gave worst of rooms, the taxis were late, drivers were arrogant, for every small thing u had to call customer service, who will call first vendor then second and so on, wasting so much of time plus starting the day with spoilt mood everyday. The site seeing never includes most important points... Just an eye wash.
I request that people of South india make their own travel apps. Such brutes should not be allowed to let themselves on single women and minorities. They discriminate by locking us up with cab drivers at 3 am and refuse to start the trip. They collect advance and do not refund money. Arrogant cheats and murderers.

Very bad experience with make my trip. I had to cancel my flight because of my surgery and even after waiting for more than a month I haven't got my refund.So please think twice before booking with them. They will either disconnect or keep you on hold so this is the response you get. They don't deserve the rating 1 it should be 0.

Horrible company, pathetic management, biggest frauds in its sector, mmt has failed badly this time.
I want to file a consumer case for these reasons-
1. Using my money and not giving e ticket for 18 days.
2. Cancelling my ticket without my permission
3. Lying about comments done on calls.
4. Not standing by to the commitments done.
5. Deleting call records that were in the favour of customer.
6. Cheating customer by dragging the case everyday by saying 24 hours, 48 hours etc. And not solving it ever.
7. Delay in refunds.
8. Worst management ever.
I booked a holiday package to Singapore and Malaysia through MakeMyTrip and paid an initial amount of Rs *******. I could not travel as my wife fell ill and doctor advised not to make any travels. MakeMyTrip gave me 2 options. One submit medical documents related to illness and medical certificate and they will give maximum refund. Second one was reschedule the travel in which case the date change penalty would need to be bourne by us. Since I was unsure of my wife's health progress, I decided to cancel the booking and submitted all the documents as requested from MakeMyTrip.
We had booked with them for vietnam,we had a horrible experience,they put source and when in trouble no one from mmt is responsible.
They had not paid my cruise tickets which I ended spending another $100
They just take the money first nd even the hotels they booked was very average for what they charged me for the trip.
Think twice or research and do it your self my suggestion.

1) Hotel Staff was very rude... how can someone knock at 10:00 P.M. at someone room to warn them to checkout if you cant stay calm. People come to Hill stations to enjoy and relax. They should be treated as they have come to college hostel.
We pay in thousands to come and relax... value our money
2) Rs. 300 bucks for one towel? Really?. Towels are meant to be dirty... WHICH CAN BE WASHED later... there is not point charging from customer... if it gets dirty.
