At the time of purchasing my tickets through MakeMyTrip.com, I had reviewed this company & at that time the reviews were positive. I had purchased tickets in early March for March 20th. My flight was from New Delhi to Toronto. The first leg of the journey was from Delhi to Dubai, and then Dubai to Cairo, finally from Cario to Toronto. Due to the recent NCOVID19 outbreak all flights were cancelled. I have not heard from this company despite my numerous attempts to contact them. I've spent hours trying to speak to anyone.

Hi, i have booked a ticket from Kolkata to Bangalore but after making the payment, i discovered that the destination and boarding point has interchanged and even the departure date also have been changed. It has changed to 5th Mar instead of 7th March. Transaction ID: NF*******007.
I have booked a ticket for 7th March from MMT only. I hoped that they will detect and able to resolve the issue. But now they are telling that according to logs it is my fault. I have double checked my entry before proceed for booking. I am a regular traveler of MMT. But after this incident, i have lost my faith on MMT aap. One of MMT associate has told me that they will come back on this issue but that didn't happened. Has somebody experienced the same in recent past?

I have booked 1 cab from kannur to cochin airport. I have done partial payment and received message cab driver details and number provided by 30 minutes prior of dep.bedore 30 minutes received otp. We went with family and awaiting the cab... After departure time received message cab cancelled... No further info... I have mised my flight and ashamed Infront of all... So never book through make my trip. Please stay away

Absolute CHEAT booking agent. Does not Refund and we have to run around to send complaints. The customer calling facility is mechanical. No body is available for grievance redressal. Pl DO NOT USE MAKEMYTRIP

This is Hasmukh Parmar from vadodara. I had recently booked hotel Pause At Manali through Make my trip. 4 days before the booking date, my son aged 4 years suffered from severe abdominal pain. Due to this I requested Make my trip for cancellation of my hotel booking.In reply Make my trip asked me for Doctors prescriptions. I provided them all the Doctors prescriptions as per their requirements but though no refund has been made till date. It is a big disappointment for me as the requested refund was due Medical emergency.

Very bad service busses make My Trip. Today I have big problem from 8pm till 12.30 pm i waiting for with my old mumy she is age 69yrs. But I try to call the bussan his not answering my call. Also make my trip also no help. Very bad service. Guys i suggest u don't believe Make my trip at the situation not helping.

Had a very bad experience with there customer care service.No proper communication even after repeatedly telling to reschedule or cancel the booking. They only know how to extract money from you.

I would not trust them. I wanted to book a trip to Manali for which i paid the deposit of 5k which was supposed to be fully refunded as i was informed. I had a word with one of their agent called Deepali. The same day i had change of plans due to landslides there so i decided to cancel it/ at least change the destination but deepali stoped answering my calls Nor did she reply my texts. I was approached by other agents asking for travel details later that week but they refused to help me get my refund either. There is no customer complaint number or any means to contact. Their customer service is full of crap. I would rather go to local travel agents.

They are are crooks, took my money but did not give me a train booking, I don't feel it was safe for me to make a payment to them online, people should beware... worst website, most dysfunctional site I've ever used in my life- wasted hours of my time, I missed my work... This company should be ashamed- abuses people's trust, causes them financial and emotional distress and wastes their time...

Coupon code scam for alluring customers:

I booked a ticket with ICICIDF coupon code very recently. It got applied also. I was suppose to have a cash back of Rs 1000 based on that. I booked ticket and completed the transaction, hoping that cash back will come in few days. But Now the Custumer support is saying that I never used any coupon code and won't be recieving any CASH BACK.

So my advise to follow passengers please go to other sites where you can have real cash backs.

Booked hotel before 2 month now they cancelled it just before few days and not providing any alternate. Also they are not reachable by Email of customer care number.

I will never ever book a bus ticket through makemytrip, i was told a bus but its not even a bus its a tempo traveller which is modified into a so cald stupid n worst volvo. I would also recommed who so ever i know. I would definitely tell everyone about this what such a big brand did at the time of delivery. Its worst journy ive ever been to.

MakeMyTrip is doing lot of fraud. Its happend to me also. My booking ID NN*******504, I have booked econimy ticket from Hyderabad to Cebu and upgraded to business and paid full amount for business class ticket. When i went to airport they said its economy ticket they dont have business class upgrade information and i called makemytrip customer care and inform this one of their customer support guy said please travel on economy and we will make refund what ever the amount and i traveled going by Economy and return by business class and after coming back i send my scanned copy of boarding cards by mail ask them for refund about this issue, no one is take action on it, i mailed and called 100s of time to customer support they wil disconnect the calls and they will not call back to me. I am going to consumer forum now. I am saying all online ticket buyers dont buy with makemytrip and forward to all of your friends about it. I am going to post in more public forums and articles.

Give you a trip that is useless. Cab ran out of fuel on the way and had to return back to pick up site. Whole trip cancelled. Did not get any refund..

One honest advice to anyone planning a trip through make my trip, please don't even consider it! This is the first time I am actually writing a review on the net, but I am determined to do so cos of the way my holiday plans were screwed up by these people! They seem to be pocketing a lot of our money by compromising on quality standards. Inspire of making it very clear to them right at the beginning that we would like to be put up in 4 star hotels, on our trip to Kashmir, they put us in lousy, stinking rooms! If we are paying for a room@ 6000 per day, we are put in a room@ 2500 or so! So, we actually pay much more for rooms and even flight tickets. Our family of 4 coughed up more than 2 lacs for a 7 day trip to Kashmir, whereas our friends had a pleasurable trip for half the cost! Their staff is also pathetic. Least interested in even listening to our grievances! I wonder if any of their staff ever goes through these reviews to better their service! Readers, please avoid planning through" make my trip". They actually " damage" your trip!

The $#*!est service that i ever tried in my lifee! They are theives i booked a hotel through their application and and the amount was deducted ans i didnt got my booking confirmation, they told me to wait for 72 hours to get the refund and till this day i didnt get a single penny back! The customer service is not helpful at all and they dont care about the customer! Please guys be aware of them dont use their service they will take your moneyy!

Well, i booked a room for a night through make my trip website for hotel ana clark inn panchkula, to celebrate new year, next morning after check out, when i went to the parking, i saw my car rear door damaged. I contacted hotel, and make my trip, both of them are truly unprofessional, i have followed up for 10 days. Requested for cctv footage, but they are least bothered, mmt is here just to collect margins on your hotel bookings. While booking they will show you hotel with parking facility, but when someone damages your car in parking, they are least bothered. Mmt has 4 step complaint escalation process, which is completely useless, there executives will speak to you to resolve the issue, and after call they change complaint status to resolved. You have to reopen again. Hopeless... don't book through them.

This case happened just 20 kms away from my city, just think if you book some international tour for family, and god forbid, you face some issues... they will be least bothered, as they are booking agents.

I'm a frequent MakeMyTrip customer but their treatment today has left me disgusted with their absolutely pathetic customer service and unprofessional attitude. I had purchased my train tickets from Delhi to Punjab reference no. ************** and have had a harrowing experience doing it as the site deducted the amount but could not complete the booking and have said the refund could take as much as 14 days. What I didn't understand was that why should I wait for a single hour to have the amount refunded to me when it did not take a minute to deduct the amount and not give the desired tickets in return.
It is highly irritating that one has to go through the entire process right from scratch when there might be an emergency for which services of the agency is requested or the buyer himself is under extreme duress and ill-health while doing the necessary booking.lt leaves me furious that I'm being charged for something I haven't got back in return and will have to wait for so long when I needed work done immediately for personal reasons.
So I just wanted to let All know that MakeMyTrip is a total scam and does not know how to deal with their customers and leaves me in contempt of it. Never again will I even bother doing business with them after this ridiculous, traumatic and deleterious experience.

Question: Why booking get cancelled after payment is completed?

Ans: When i booked one ticket one-stop Guwahati to bangaluru (Air India) through Makemytrip - everything was perfect, the moment payment completed, few second later they have made kalkata to bangalore cancelled. Few days later i came to know about it. N directly i contacted airline and they are saying your ticket is fine and confirm in the booking day/time only.

Then i came to know to make easy money -- makemytrip did it.

I could have lost in kalkata after fying half the way - if i don't recheck. Bcz they cancelled behalf of me/us.

There are many issues same-
Those who fight back end they are giving very less amount. And there are 1000 who don't fight to get back their money.

Hope Make My Trip will disappear one day.!

I purchased 1 Emirates Airline tickets from MakeMyTrip and 2 from Directly Emirates website. Due to a reason my flight got missed and I asked for refund from Emirates as well as from MakeMyTrip a fraudster company and Its been more than 2 months they didn't issue the refund neither they contacted airline for refund and whenever I called them they create new ticket and say our experts are working on your refund. When I contact Emirates they said sorry we didn't receive any request regarding this ticket and nobody contacted us for refund but these idiotz are fraudsters giving my excuses that the delay is from airline end. I am attaching the evidence where timeline is clearly mentioned and till now I didn't received from refund yet. Avoid from MakeMyTrip Fraud Company and never use these fraudsters if you dont want to be scammed.

First of all... my tickets were not confirmed... then refund was to be done,,,, i dint get that too. Now it is about a month make my trip has not returned my 35$ yet so mean of them...

Recently I booked a cab in make my trip from pune to kolhapur.when I booked a cab they said cost was 5600 and 14rs/km..5600 package is with 480 kms...I travelled 540 kms total..I travelled 60 kms more..So 60*14=840 extra..5600+840=6440 I have to pay..But they charged 8000 from..Most horrible reason they gave is cab came from 30 kms to my house and again 30 kms back he has to go ...so total 60kms extra I have to pay unnecessarily.
Dont go for make my trip cabs..Cheating customers for money.
