Recently we had booked our air tickets, Hotel and 3 days cab from Bangalore to Hassan through MMT. It all worked fine though it took some time to contact the driver at Bangalore airport. Even though the MMT invoice clearly stated the amount to be paid to the driver, he demanded additional 3 days outstation charges. This left a sour taste in the mouth after an otherwise perfect holiday.
A very bad site. Disregarding customers' time. Changing a ticket took more than a week and the trip was lost. In exchange for the site putting an additional amount on the ticket, I did not receive the ticket. After many calls and procrastination by customer service, they asked to pay an additional amount as well. An unprofessional and bad site by all standards of the word. 0000000
I made a reservation using Make My Trip from USA on a Delhi/ Kolkata Indigo Flight. When I showed up at Palam, Indigo told me that Make My Trip actually booked me on a Delhi/Raipur flight. There was a flight to Kolkata leaving within 20 minutes. We had to scramble to make that flight. I will be not use Make My Trip again.

1) The Address of the Account Holder (Permanent/Residence and Office)
2) The Aadhar Card or PAN No of the Account Holder
3) The Emergency contact No. And the Emergency Email of the Same.
4) The Payment information
5) And the same for all the Passenger Added (for 1-3)

2 tickets for Bangalore to Chandigarh was not processed by MakeMyTrip, however a PNR number was generated causing me to believe that the tickets were confirmed. However, on the day of the trip, IndiGo declined our check in with a simple statement that the “payment was not processed” by Makemytrip. When I connected with customer care 10 mins before the boarding gate closes, I was told that I had to pay for my tickets again and that MakeMyTrip will refund the same within 7 working days. When asked to send a mail accepting the mistake Makemytrip has done, I was sent an instructional mail for my claim, In spite of asking twice in my telephonic conversation with customer care. We were 2 travelling women with limited funds and we were forced to compromise on our safety and comfort during our travel thanks to the last minute tickets we had to buy. Makemytrip had 22 days to process my payment, which they did not. Note that I am not the only one who has faced such an experience from MakeMyTrip. I did make it a point to inform one and all about my misfortune with MakeMyTrip and realised that there were few within my own circles who faced similar problems.
Tip for consumers:
I would suggest that for future ticket bookings, We'd rather book and pay the airlines directly rather going through Makemytrip, we can save cancellation prices as well such incidents don't happen.

We celebrated 50th wedding anniversary of our parents in Saffron Leaf hotel, GMS Road on 12th June, 2016. It offered a complete package of an expansive banquet, delicious food and exotic ambience.
All arrangement by the Banquet Manager, Mr. Uttam Rawat were at par with the reputation that precedes it. Apart from managing the arrangements, he took personal care of our guest as well. The food arrangement was well taken care of by Chef Kulbeer Rana under the supervision of Mr. Qureshi. The food and services provided were value for money and were simply great.
All in all an amazing price performance point.

I wanted to reschedule a booking from MakeMyTrip from Delhi to Helsinki. While discussing the issue, I asked the representative to book a flight on Qatar airways that was charging *******Rs. He showed some vague reasons not to book that flight. I gave every details of that flight. He was telling me that he could not find that flight description in his computer. I could not explain how that kind of misunderstanding could have happened. I was very desperate to purchase the ticket. I asked him please tell me what is the best option you can offer. Then he offered me to purchase a ticket in Aeroflot airways that was charging ******* rs (Booking ID: IN1508B4S*******). There are other Aeroflot tickets available which even cost lower than what he offered. He anyway was not listening to me and offering me to purchase the tickets which he thinks best for me. He also said only few tickets left. So I have to make a quick decision. I was completely freaked out and then agreed to purchase the tickets. I did not understand why he tricked me to buy the expensive tickets while I have all the other low cost flight was available. I want the agency to look into the matter and resolve the issue.

Hi all,
I want make you all aware to be careful while booking through Makemytrip.com.
I booked continental airlines tickets for four at makemytrip.com from Newark
To Mumbai. They also assigned me the seats are requested by me.
Until four days I was not issued the ticket. I kepf following up with them for the tickets and everytime I got the reply that there was some issue in the system at makemytrip.com and that the etickets will be issued shortly.
Finally, on the fifth day, the booking was eticketed but i was surprised when I saw that the seat assignments were not longer there. Just out of curiosity, I checked my reservation and seat availability on continental.com where I was shocked to see that the requested seats were no more available.
When I called makemytrip.com, the customer care guys didn't care about the issue and shamelessly kept on telling me to take whichever seats were available.
I was travelling with two small children and these people wanted us to sit at different places. Highly unprofessional!
One can understand even after booking it sufficiently before and after been assigned the seats, all fo a sudden you get this type of reply and you are left with no choice.
Moreover, makemytrip.com is not ready to accept their mistake and refusing to take the responsibility.
Simply screw'd up service with no accountability, whatsoever.
I advise everyone to be extra careful about your reservations if you are planning to book it at makemytrip.com

I would like to inform you that I was booked Hotel Grey castle on 4 th August in Haridwar but I did not stay in the Hotel due to condition of the hotel is suitable for family.
I Informed to hotel receptionist and Make my trip agent to cancelled my booking hotel due to conditions of hotel is not good.
Actually I reached in Haridwar@ 22:45 hr by own Car but there is no proper way to reach Grey Castle hotel,
No lighting in the route of hotel.
Very narrow space, gali type way to hotel.
Lot of garabage and bad smells seems, muds and water logging in gali.
I was with family members.
No lightning there hence photo not pic.
Very bad experience of life.
I asked to Hotel receptionist to canceled my booking but he denyed,he said that;Cancell will be done by MakeMytrip only.
I stayed in other hotel.
Hence pl revert my booking ammount.
Hotel was booked by pay latter " Simpl
He demand Payment 1664/-
Pl look into the matter & resolve my problem.

Advise that never avail 'Air Asia' for domestic transit in India after (or before) flying in an International Sector. They charge you for extra luggage and do not honour the Int'l baggage allowance, which other airlines do in India or other places, with a proof of boarding pass/ booking.
I am flying in International Sector originating generally from Delhi/ Mumbai for quite sometimes, while availing Domestic Flight from Kolkata to Delhi (ticket booked separately). Today (May 19) as I was returning from overseas and took Air Asia (IAD 548) from Delhi to Kolkata, I was surprised to be charged heftily for the additional 6~7kg of baggage (21 kg vs 15kg). The Front desk Manager even refused to give concession for my returning student status. The experience was not good, comparing flying in with other domestic (India) airlines for the same purpose.

HORRIBLE BELLA EXPRESS AT PATTAYA.
I HAVE BOOKED THAILAND HOLIDAY FROM MAKE MY TRIP, AND BOOKING ID: NL*******939, THREE DAYS BACK I RETURNED BACK FROM THAILAND.
My experience with the hotel BELLA EXPRESS at PATTAYA, is horrible, it is rated as 3 star by MAKE MY TRIP, but we really believe it is not fit to rate as even single star. Rooms r very very small and they have accommodated 3 persons in a single room.
The staff r very misbehaved and rude, especially a big fat arrogant reciptionist is speak to the customers very arrogently.
BUT HOTEL HOWARD SQUARE PLACE IS GOOD AND UP TO STANDARD. THIS IS ONE GOOD THING HAPPENED IN THE TOUR.
MY SINCERE ADVICE TO THE MAKE MY TRIP IS, JUST DROP THIS HOTEL FROM BOOKING FURTHER.
REGARDING FOOD ITS OK FOR ANY OF THE INDIANS.

It has been a long time now in waiting for proper response from MakeMyTrip.
I booked the flight tickets on 3rd Oct, 2014 and As I have informed your team earlier that there is flight timing mismatch in the return tickets due to your system mistake.
My return flight is from Goa to Jaipur via Mumbai, and the issue is that Mumbai flight will take off before we will reach Mumbai.
For that I have called so many times on your call center numbers but did not get any resolution to my issue.
You only people have to arrange the alternate tickets from Mumbai to Jaipur on Tuesday 20th Jan, 2015, and for that its taking so much time to give a proper response.
This is very strange to me also to see this type of behavior / response from MakeMyTrip, and I have now very much frustrated with this behavior.
Till now I have called for 10 times on customer care number but every time I get a single answer that the issue would be resolved in next 48 hours BUT I did not get any response call.
Its been so frustrating. I am definitely going to take some legal action.

We have booked an over villa beach resort in Saii Lagoon Curio Collection by Hilton Maldives from MakeMyTrip website as we thought it was the best deal given by MakeMyTrip than other website. We got confirmation mail from MakeMyTrip that king size over beach villa confirmed. As we got the confirmation from MakeMyTrip we have planned our trip and we have booked international flight tickets. But one week before the trip we recieved call from MakeMyTrip there was a room mapping issue cancel your booking and rebook it again. Then we got doubt and cross checked with hotel they confirmed that king size room near to beach not over water villa is confirmed by your travel agent. We were shocked very angry and very upset with MakeMyTrip... For that actual price we were getting only beach villa not over water beach villa. Because of MakeMyTrip negligence we lost nearly 50k rs to and fro flight ticket charges... MakeMyTrip is just fooling the customers for there benefits. Never believe there deals and get trap in them. They are not even responding properly on the issue..

Seriously, it cant get any worse than this. You get duped left and right no matter what.
Have you tried booking any flights lately, they will show you some amount lets say Rs3000 for X date, you click on day and now price is Rs4000, well you would think, they have increased in like 2 seconds you were browsing the page, how clumsy. Now get this, start a new page, price for the same date X is again Rs3000.So this is part I of shadyness. Now try going ahead with Rs4000, put in all your details patiently, a pop-up comes on payment page, price have increased by Rs 500, naive fool that you are would think, what the heck, I've got this far tapping my keyboard, price might've gone high. Guess what, open a new page it would still show Rs 3000. Well just try to see what happens now, page gets refreshed, you are going ahead with Rs4500 now, on payment page depending on some god-know-what calculation, there is convenience fee Rs 700!
Are you surprised yet, don't be, they will charge the same when you call them and book.
So now you are paying Rs 5200 for the earlier shown flight of Rs3000. Congratulations, you have been duped successfully.
This has been going on for some time now and its same on Yatra. Why are they robbing us blindly, I don't know but its my hard earned money even 700 of it. What options do you have, buy the current ticket on window I guess. Why isn't there any regulation on flight charges like railway ticket, general and tatkal, end of story? Do we like this sine wave of price, now low, now high. Its nerve wrecking and immoral.

Very unpleasant experience with MMT on the UK trip:
1) The tour guide was condescending and looked down upon Indians and women. He kept criticizing women and cracking misogynist jokes. MMT did nothing when 5 women and a couple complant about him.
2) Drinking water was not provided in few hotels and we had to spend as much as 800rs for 200 ml of water.
3) Itinerary was not planned well and we wasted 5-6 hours in the day to travel to the next destination when night time could have been utilized for the same.
4) Tour guide did not give us even 2 minutes to get our lunch/snacks packed and was in a hurry to just finish the itinerary for the day. We kept feeling hungry because of this attitude.We couldn't try local icecream or drinks due to hurry. On the top of that the tour guide was super rude even with the elderly couple.
5) No important information was conveyed to us, for instance most places in London don't accept cash, the weather required us to bring warm clothes. A whatsapp group was created just one day before the trip anfld nothing important was conveyed. Only tour guide was allowed to paste breakfast timing and itinerary start time in the group. Any other query that we pasted in the grouo was immediately deleted leaving us confused.

I have booked my flight ticket through Goa to Imphal recently, there was small problem in the name, while booking the ticket there was technical problem, for name alteration I called MMT Care, they replied, its not possible to change the name, they suggested me to cancel the booking, While canceling the booking I have visited the cancellation policy & fare rules, as per the fare rules, they have mention my cancellation charge Rs. 2300/-
But after cancellation I have got only few amount instead of 9000, when I called customer care they always playing with the customers, once connect & they tell us to hold the line then they will not revert 1/2 an hour I have stay on hold there is no any response again they have disconnected the call I have 3 hour time to talk the executives. But they are unable to solve my problem. So This type of Faurd & Cheating activities needs to stop completely, Concern department needs to take action against makemytrip (faurd & Cheater) Company.

Who says Company's like Make My Trip is reputed and authentic where they have no concerns for there clients specially in this pandemic time where every individual is concerned about the hard earn income and these MMT people are doing every possible thing to keep clients money to harass them.
We have been chasing them from past 60 days when Refund was committed by Airlines and MMT team to be processed in 7-10 days maximum, but no updates on the same yet, even after continuous follow ups we get to see no results so far, just their fake commitments and false promises is been heard continuously.
It's not the first time they are troubling their customers, earlier also there has been many such cases, they are defaming the name of Travel Agency by giving wrong info, false promises due to which clients have to suffer later on along with reputation of Such agencies also getting spoiled due to MMT's fault.
Not to be trusted for any bookings And perhaps called as biggest fraud /losers/cheaters.
