A very bad site. Disregarding customers' time. Changing a ticket took more than a week and the trip was lost. In exchange for the site putting an additional amount on the ticket, I did not receive the ticket. After many calls and procrastination by customer service, they asked to pay an additional amount as well. An unprofessional and bad site by all standards of the word. 0000000
I have made over 5 domestic trips within a year, it was all fine until my recent trip. When it comes to rescheduling/ cancellation/ refund MMT is a big fraud. I booked flight tickets for 3 passengers from bombay to candigarh & vice versa for Rs. *******. It was booked by one of the MMT agent, on a wrong date, when i asked to reschedule they put the blame completely on me. And when i asked for cancellation i had to pay a penalty of Rs. ******* including for both airlines and MMT, after a long fight. And under the name of refund i just received Rs. 2000 in my bank acc and Rs. 1000 in MMT wallet, which i dont understand for what $#*! reason they did this. Later they gave me an emergency booking of flights, with almost double rates, since i had no option bcoz hardly few days were left for travel. Still struggling to get refund but with no response. I have to bare a loss of almost Rs. ******* in a single day for penalty and paid high rates for flights just bcoz of MMT and even the BULL$#*! INDIGO AIRLINE. They are a complete fraud, eating up innocent people's money. Enough of your BLACK BUSINESS now MMT, now your KARMA WILL F*** U.

Planning a marriage /function in Golden Tulip Chattarpur. Things that come free with booking
1)You are a bakra for them after booking.
2) Extra charges equivalent in dollars for indian rupees u considered basics part of the package e. G fans in the pooja area
3) Delays- The whole function spoilt. Our reception on 17th april-16 could not be held. Because bride fainted for A/C not functioning and 3 hours not an ant moved!. Lakhs wasted. If this is not enough
4) The bar service less said the better
5) The music The DJ even school kids can do better
6)The menu items halved, and that too not served. People left asking and the waiters moving across the multiple venues -with empty plates. No supervisor nothing
7) The plate charges double even when guests leave earlier without taking food. Plates counted doubled. No deductions for messy plates, extras a standard practice in other Golden Tulip franchisee
8)- After spending lakhs, you r under house arrest till you settle extras a few thousands even when staying in their hotel fully paid for two extra days beyond the function
9) Loss of valuables, jewellery in a flash from the dressing room under camera -while the function is on
Even if after reading this you want to choose it like the normal dillians choosing kejriwal on promises or this will not happen to you. Good Luck

I had booked an apartment in Mysore for Dussera long weekend trip from 15th October to 17th October. Got a call from MMT at 11.30PM(in night) on 14th October that check-in is denied by property owner. I was promised that I will alternatives by 10AM but nothing happened and finally I cancelled my trip.
I did not stop here. I spoke to the property owner and got to know that he has no idea about my booking on MMT neither MMT informed property owner. Property owner had given the property to someone else.
MMT do not have efficient way of working even in digital world today. They do not have professional behavior i. E. when I was supposed to get a call at 10AM but got a call at 5PM after I cancelled my complete trip. THANKS TO MMT FOR SCREWING UP MY TRIP. I pray(curse) that your company should get closed in future.
I am going to uninstall MMT app and stop using it forever.

After booking room/apartment on MakeMyTrip, make sure that you contact property to get confirmation. MMT is totally unprofessional in managing booking. Before you start your trip, make sure that you get confirmation from Hotel/property owner.

As per their email, I was supposed to get a refund of 371 INR after cancelling my flights. They stopped replying to my emails reference number **************. I started then creating and raising new tickets queries and look what the are replying and advising me to reply on the original thread reference only so that they can work precisely.
Deep Kalra's team is sleeping in the office and they are saying that they are working precisely, It only happens when you copy paste the reply without a thought. Just check the meaning of the of word ''PRECISE'' in dictionary

Irresponsible i have booked hotel and cancelled because of some hotel issue and MMT told me to wait for 28 hrs to get my refund and its been almost 7 months i dint get my money back and yesterday i booked a flight and payment confirmed but i didn't get flight details when i spoked with thoes ppl they says me cozof server issue it happened and again i shud wait for my money to get refund. I seriously don't knw why this happen to me when ever i book through MMT and nobody will do my need full ASAP

The booking has been Failed/unsuccessful on 2nd March-15 -Amount Rs. *******-00 has been deducted from my HDFC account but no airline ticket received as it was showing "booking unsuccessful"
The amount still not refunded. The booking was tried to done on 2nd March-15. I tried to book flight from Pune to New Delhi on 2nd March-15 from makemytrip.com. The amount was deducted from my HDFC account to makemytrip account, but no booking was done. The amount is still not paid by makemytrip.com and I am struggling to get back the amount.
Verbally talked daily –written Complaint submitted on 5th March-15, ref. No. ************** (makemytrip record says –refund should reflect in my account up to 4th March) –still not got any refund.
Talked on 7th March-15 with Mr. Deepak at 1651 hrs –as per him activation done on 6th March-15 and will take 2-3 days.
Talked on 10th March with Mr. Rajpal at 1710 hrs –answer is wait for 4 working days and
He is saying that no initiation has been done for refund (MMT team will contact but do not know when).
The screen shot for concerned booking says –Makemytrip.com has initiated refund and it will reflect till 4th march –but still no refund obtained. Only waiting

They are cheating their customer by leaking their information.
This is in reference to my Booking ID: NF*******309, I was booking the flight tickets for my upcoming journey however while making the payment my transaction got failed but the amount was debited. After sometime i got a call from a person, mentioning himself as an employee of MakeMyTrip.com. He said the transaction got declined due to some internet gateway error and asked me that if you still want to book the tickets on the same price then this time you need to make the payment offline via NEFT in to the company's account as their payment gateway is not working. I asked him to send me the account details through his official mail ID. He also has my complete itinerary details which i filled while booking the flights in to their website. Later i also got a mail from *******@makemytrip.com for same. All this put me in confidence and i made the payment but i haven't received the tickets.
I tried calling that person all day but his number is switched off.
I made a call to their call center and informed them about it. As per them they don't do booking like that and someone has done fraud with me. My concern is how my booking details got leaked to that person and how was he allowed to use MakeMyTrip.com domain. It is very clear that someone within their organization has done this fraud or leaked my itinerary details and make me susceptible to such frauds.
MakeMyTrip.com is leaking the information of their customer and making them vulnerable to cyber-attack or such frauds. Please share this and ask people not to use MakeMyTrip.com for any transaction. I have attached the screenshot of the mail which i received from their domain stating that to make the payment into their Account.
They owe me 2 lakh for a refund of a cancelled trip and the have refused... disappeared on us.We are taking the legal route
Worst Holiday package ever. I came from all the way from Canada to enjoy this trip with my family, was not worth it at all. Took the 4N in Kerala package with my whole family of 5 members, and not once did it feel like we were on vacation, it felt more like it was their vacation and we were there to pay them.
Lies about hotels being 5 stars. On the app it says 5 star hotel, but on the reception, the staff clearly states that the hotel is either 3 or 4 stars at max. Even so, the conditions of the hotels were horrible. Toilet seats were broken, towels were filthy, room service was abysmal, food was so bad that even the restaurant staff agreed that it was a mistake from their side.
The whole trip felt like they were playing games with us because we had already paid in full. Even the Taxi driver assigned couldn't care less about our well being. We were three women, and the first restaurant the driver took us to, right after the flight, had unbelievably disgusting washrooms. There was poop on floor and everything was soiled. Our first step in Kerala was a very disgusting image. We specifically asked him to take us some place better, and he said no, u have to eat here. It felt like everything was planned to make our trip as bad as possible.
My family was visiting the coast for the first time, and we asked the driver to take us to the beach so we can watch the sunrise, the driver yelled at us and told us to let him sleep. Then we went on to finding an auto-rickshaw that would take us. By that time we were simply praying for the trip to end.
I am sure Kerala is a beautiful place, but nothing about this trip made our experience pleasant. It is this travel agency who are doing their best to make these experiences the worst for us. Thanks, you're doing a great job.

I have been a customer of MakeMyTrip for a very long time and so far, though, I had faced few inconveniences at times the association was OK otherwise but the last trip with MakeMyTrip was horrible and won't advise anyone to take services of MMT.
MakemyTrip confirmed the hotel booking on 19th March 2016, asked me to make payments for the travel date 24th March 2016 for Mahablaleswar at SAJ Resort - 4 Star.
After reaching on 24th March at Mahabhalesher, Saj Resort said, the booking was cancelled and they informed MMT via email on 19th March. They even forwarded me the cancellation email.
Due to the incompetence of MMT in informing us that cancellation has been cancelled, my family with 2 year old daughter ended-up on the road for like 5-6 hours... hot humid climate... due to to Holi Weekend, we couldn't get anything and ended up spending 10k+ and returned back to Bombay same night.
Absolutely poor service from MMT. Please keep yourself away from MakeMyTrip Services.
One of the best platform to Travel By MMT they give a customer to Good service and I always used MMT App for my travel such a Good company I am very satisfied.
I booked my tickets for chennai kolkatta on 24th February'15 and return also same date for travel in the month of march and April. Subsequently i got an sms from spicejet that my return ticket chennai kolkatta which is booked for 6th april'15 departure@6.05 has been postponed to 9.00. I was forced to cancel because if i take the 9.00 flight i will miss my attendance in college and hence i cancelled the same on 22nd March well in advance and subsequently spicejet also confirmed my cancellation and they said the refund amount will be approximately Rs. 3699/-. I also cancelled the same on makemytrip also and since then it is more than a month i have not got any response from your end. Whenever i call the call centre they say either their system not working nor it is on upgrading and come out with silly lame excuses. But i am really surprised when i want to make a booking immdtly they take and thir system will be working absolutely fine.
Pls let me know if you have any intention of refunding the amount or not otherwise i will put this publicly and will be forced to go legal as other customers says that makemytrip is known for cheating and dont refund the amount to customers at all and refund has never been in the history of makemytrip.
Am trying to escalate the issue in step 2 and it is not accepting or i dont know if it is designed like this.
Surprisingly they say that my refund amount of 260 has been credited to my account and after thorugh checking from my end and from their end that the same has also not been done. It is a smarter way of cheating customers.

I would like to advise people not to use this site for hotel bookings if possible I would have given 0 star when they had asked me to rate my experience, I had done booking in this hotel aerosuit which had bad reviews already yet I was ok with it but after booking I realised the hotel had some serious issues which very few people were aware of after realising the situation when I asked for refund they just denied and even hotel people wasn't ready to take any responsibility so my money got wasted when asked for justification they were telling about their policy. I have no problem with the policy but how MMT people can keep such hotels with low reputation the customer just trust them blindly and when I called them to do complain about the same i had to call them thrice and was waiting on hold for long time and even after putting so much efforts the result what I got was zero. I will suggest every one not to do booking with MMT as they are not bothered about customers convenience and I will request everyone to delete MMT account immediately if you have one
