Deceitful. Dishonest. False advertising.
We confirmed the price twice with two different employees prior to making the 4 hour round trip for nothing but a donut and the run-around. When they were confronted by THEIR mistake, we were treated poorly with at least five excuses for the ridiculous price hike/adjustment, and they couldn't get us out the door fast enough. One salesman who hounded us for the appointment snuck away and hid and the other one was rude and defensive. Save the stress and AVOID this dealer. Crushing disappointment. Not worth the donut!
The general manager stated he would look into it and call back the next day.
We are still waiting for the call two days later. They don't care about the customer. It's obvious.
