Buyer beware. Don't click the buy button for the free sample and all will be well. I was so stupid one night and clicked buy a free sample of the Idrotherapy and then accidentaliy the Essence of Argon(very easy to do this). I did get the samples less than a week later. Didn't really see much of a change in skin appearance over the next while. The problem is the Very fine print that they don't tell you about. You get charged a ridiculous amount of money after the 14 days(which I was not aware of). Once you notice this of course try and cancel it. Oh boy, this is where the trouble comes in. I had to cancel my card and alert my bank that this was fraud. Their staff just try to get you to buy more, they will wheel and deal to try to get you not to cancel and then they say it will take 3-4 weeks to get your money back. I had to send the samples back and they charge you for the RMA codes! Wow what a scam. The first person I can barely hear or understand and she was very unresponsive on the refund. The second person was better but he couldn't do a darn thing to get my money back sooner. Just steer clear of this company and it's products and save yourself the headache.
