I cannot for the life of me, understand why this field of employment is the only one where you pay money to apply for jobs. With StarNow being a waste of time, Spotlight costs an arm and a leg. It would seem Mandy and Backstage is the better option for professionals who make £50 per show, after 4 years in the industry. And each time I look on Mandy for job opportunities, which I cannot apply for unless I pay a subscription, they say no fee. So, it seems one must pay to apply for jobs that have no pay. You've got to spend money to make money they say, well with my £80,000 student debt, personal liability insurance, headshots, and showreel, not to mention home recording equipment, it seems the spending never stops. I cannot say any more about Mandy as I am only writing this review to get a 7-day free trial which I'm sure will be a waste of time and no paid job will come from.
Absolutely shocking service. There is NO way to get hold of anyone there. I have made contact with them in literally every conceivable way. Various email addressed. Filled in their online form. Facebook. Twitter. Instagram. I have a paid account I'm unable to log into. Its been nearly a week and N0 ONE has been in contact. Their only phone number goes to a voicemail telling me to email them. What fresh hell of customer service is this. I would not recommend paying money for this shocking service. They do not care about their customers.
I've used Mandy for quite some time, with a paid subscription and then again with a free trial. In neither of those times, for as long as I've held an account with Mandy did I hear back from ANY job offers I submitted as a composer and is the reason why I feel Mandy is a scam and should be avoided. I only gave one star because I had to put something at least.
I have joined mandy.com recently and keep getting updated with casting calls in film, television & theatre. Thank you mandy for taking us to the door of opportunity. Look forward to a long association. Cheers!
This is a great website for performers as new paid jobs are posted daily, giving you plenty of options. If you can't afford the premium version or don't feel ready to take on high level professional work, there's also plenty of unpaid opportunities in a separate section for free.

Ever since i joined Mandy, I've attended several reputable auditions. I really love utilizing their resource which are extremely helpful. Mandy is also a great learning experience for new theologians starting out in the world of entertainment. There are also many subject matter experts on this site that gives you an opportunity to ask questions. I recommend this site to anyone who is serious about an acting career.

I joined Mandy in 2020 for free and paid in 2021. I was satisfied with it before they started to change one thing after another. 2-step log in, less job offers since changes about a week ago, can't save my search anymore etc. I cancelled my Membership. Maybe they get it until June and I will join again, but atm I'm absolutely disappointed.
Awesome company plenty of opportunities to become exactly who you wanna be. Some of the best jobs and opportunities that are available come through Mandy you need these guys to grow if you have no personal networks or contacts. If you're smart you'll just go on the head and pay the fee because it's worth it

Mandy.com is very useful and helpful if you are looking for job opportunities in theatrical industry. It is good for technical jobs like: stage manager, lighting designer, puppet maker, etc. It has paid and unpaid offers, and it is clear to navigate through the menu. You can create your own dashboard which makes it easy for others to see your experience, as well as for you - to keep track of your work. I truly recommend it!
