Please do not purchase any items from this website. I paid so much money and they mentioned it was readily available but I hear no details after the money was debited.
My order id *******. They are fraudsters. No one answers the phone number they provided and no communication through emails as well. Please avoid buying from such websites. I have to block my card now because of this.

I am extremely satisfied with my first time shopping experience with Maple Fashions.
The quality of sarees was exactly as shown in the pictures. I have had some bad experiences with few other sites where the online pictures are deceiving, but that's not the case with this store. I got exactly that has been shown on their website!
The delivery was fast & great service!
I will be definitely shopping with them again.

I was very hesitant to order any Indian dress on line as I had a very bad experience with a different company in the past. My cousin recently ordered 2 dresses thru them and both came in two weeks and looked exactly as the picture. This made me want to give them a try. My dress took 3 weeks but it was exactly as I ordered and the picture. There were no surprises and once they shipped it only took about 3 business days to receive it from India to USA. I gave them clear instructions to add sleeves and they did it perfectly. They also took all the measurements as I gave them. My experience was very positive and would definitely recommend and order again in the future.

They are scam. I never received my order nor they refunded my money. They don't reply to mails nor phone calls. They are cheat. Never use the site. I have used many companies of different company but never came across like such a fraud company. I would have given them negative rating if possible.

I am very satisfied with my order. I requested for a carrier/courier and specific measurements. Both requests were considered and fulfilled. I was thrilled to receive my order from Maple Fashions via my preferred choice of shipping service.

I placed an order for 4 items on 14 March 2016, the parcel arrive to me (Sandton, South Africa) on 24 March 2016. All outfits were stitched to perfection.

Ordered a green colored lehenga for my wife with customized stitching. Lehenga was as pretty as it is in the photo. Perfectly stitched. Was anxious about this arriving on time but it came as scheduled.
As a first timer, it was great experience with Maple fashions.

Ordered a red anarkali. Received my order yesterday. Beautiful and stunning outfit. Material was really good. Looks very classy. Ordering another kameez today in black Georgette. PricecwS very reasonable.

I ordered an outfit shown as a long dress, I have it posted to my brother in India as I go every year. My niece sent me photos and the long dress is not a long dress, be aware, the advertising is not as shown. I am very disappointed. I have sent messages via email to their customer support and have not received a satisfactory reply. Very very misleading! The customer support does not answer specific questions, they just keep repeating their standard" it is all described on our website" I will not be shopping form here again

I ordered a Purple Lehenga from maple fashion and got a pink lehenga instead.
I have been following up with their customer service for a 1 month and no response yet.
Their live chat is absolutely useless as well.

This has been by far the best website for Indian dress shopping. I live in New York and I barely go to India. So I was looking for a good website that sells Indian dresses for good price and with good meterial. And I found it. This is my fourth or fifth time shopping from you guys, I love it. GREAT communication, customer service, and fast! Thank you! You guys are Amazing!

I ordered 2 dresses from this site. It took them three months from the date of order to ship one dress. The quality is subpar at best. The lace is scratchy and the stitching was shoddy. The second dress that I had ordered, they said that it was out of stock. I got emailed two months saying "please order another dress of similar value and that's the least that we can do." I decided to give them another chance and picked out another dress. I gave them my measurements and asked them to ship as soon as possible. The second dress arrived with a broken side zipper, uneven stitching on the bottom of the dress so it looks lopsided and seams coming out of everywhere. They also didn't give me the bottom to the piece as they advertised. Bottom line is, if you want to throw away your money for nothing, then this is the best place to do so. These people pretend to have great customer service but stop responding the minute you actually email them to fix the issues.

This was a great experience for me. The saree was well represented by the picture online. It shipped to me in Toronto, Canada in 5 days even though I only used Standard Shipping! I bought the saree lined and with a petticoat which was measured and tailored to my specifications. All in all, a very positive experience--it couldn't have been better!

The make and fitting was excellent. It was true to color even more prettier than the pictures. Although the address was conpletely wrong what they gave to DHL.My package came a day late due to the wrong address but no harm done. I would surely purchase more in future.

I have ordered a lenga from Maple fashions. My lenga has not arrived and it has been over a month. They have taken my money and not bothered to delivery the goods. The customer service is non existent. Lies are told when they do pick up the calls. Now they have not bothered to pick up answers my calls or even reply back on messenger. Order *******

I ordered 2 sarees in August and I received one after a month, but still did not receive the other up until today. They said they couldn't send out the second saree because there was a flood and they would keep me updated but its been 3 months and they still did not get back to me. Besides, how could they send out one saree and not the other if there was a flood? They are careless. Also, I would like my money back but they are not willing to refund.

I had very low expectation for this purchase. I assumed the photo might have been stolen from the internet and the quality was going to be poor. I was so so wrong. My lehenga arrived within a week (international shipping)! The quality was beautiful! Exactly like the model in the picture. I was so stunned and pleasantly surprised. I wish I had more events to go to! I want to buy all of the outfits. Great price and amazing quality! Thank you so much!

They should not be able to sell to the UK. I tried for 2 days to place an order with them and their communication was awful. After 2 days of emails back and forth, they informed me that they had just run out of stock and i should have placed the order myself!
Very very unhlepful, not at all reliable and i wouldnt recommend or trust using their website!

I ordered a floral print lengha as per the image they advertised on their site, they sent me something completely different, it was supposed to be pastel print instead sent me a disgusting cheap version with bright colours, absolutely disgraceful. The lengha is horrible, it is made poorly with threads coming out, they have stuck patches of flowers on their, the iron on ones, the whole thing is a shamble. Really dissapointed, I want my money back!

I ordered a lehenga mid-February for a wedding I was going to in early April. The item was due to be delivered by mid-March. In mid-March, I received an email from Maple Fashions that they did not have the fabric for the item I purchased and I would not get the lehenga I ordered. They offered to make a similar item at a similar cost. Unfortunately, by that time they reached out to let me know of the mistake, it was too late to receive a new lehenga in time for the wedding I was attending and I asked for my money back. I have sent two emails asking for a reimbursement (about $200) and have not heard back. I would urge others not to use this site. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed!

We ordered a lehenga set and the shipment and delivery was super fast. We were worried about the quality, but couldn't ask for a better quality for the price we paid. The material did not look cheap at all. It matched what was shown in the picture. Overall a great experience!

I ordered a stitched saree back in August. It arrived very soon after ordering but the zip was broken on the blouse and the saree was not stitched. When I complained to them about this and sent photos they told me that the advertised product had two different styles for the saree and because they didn't know what style to do they did not stitch the saree. They made me pay for this work though and made no attempt to confirm with me the style of stitch I wanted my saree to be made. I requested a refund via paypal as maple fashions started to ignore my requests that they fix this problem. It took two months to get my money back, in part because of paypal and because of maple fashion's fraudulent practices. Maple fashions lie on their customs invoice (it makes exports cheaper for them, but they charge you retail export costs so they get more money from you), so the details I used were wrong and it means that if you have to send something back it may get stuck in Indian customs. My returned item is stuck in customs and I have asked maple fashions repeatedly to collect this package but they are ignoring me.

Use this company at your own risk, use a payment type which offers buyer protection and pray they haven't got your order wrong because when maple fashions get something wrong they ignore you.
