“I've ordered snap frames for posters from this website...”

I've ordered snap frames for posters from this website but I've never received them. I tried contacting the company by email and phone; left messages although no one contacted me back to see if they had received my order. Unsuccessfully I tried every way possible to reach them reason why I'm not recommending ordering from this company.
